Abstract

The study aim is to analyze are brand image and product quality partially positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions at Starbuck; Do brand image and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Starbucks; Which variable has the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions at Starbucks. In this study, the authors chose the research location in Starbucks, Trans Studio Mall, Makassar City. In connection with the problems previously stated, an analysis will be carried out based on the data obtained using the following calculation: (1) Validity test, used to measure whether a questionnaire is valid or not. A questionnaire is said to be useful if the questionnaire's questions can reveal something, which is measured by the questionnaire. The results showed that the brand image variable had positive and significant influences on purchasing decisions; this indicated that Starbucks should maintain a good brand reputation, increasing consumer loyalty. Introducing products to consumers will give a good impression, and consumers will also remember the product. The results showed that the product quality variable had positive and significant effects on purchasing decisions; this indicated that Starbucks had to improve the quality of the products offered to increase sales levels. 12.9% of variables are not examined in this thesis, and this also affects the purchasing decision at Starbucks Trans Studio Mall Makassar; the variables that are not examined are (Price, Location, and Lifestyle). Researched, so you can find out what variables influence a person to make purchasing decisions at Starbucks Trans Studio Mall Makassar. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola komunikasi dan digital marketing terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan UKM di Makassar melalui kerjasama tim. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi koefisien jalur yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan keadaan objek penelitian yang sesungguhnya untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi dan digital marketing terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan UKM di Makassar melalui beberapa item pernyataan kuesioner kepada responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi dan digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pola komunikasi dan digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kerjasama tim, serta pola komunikasi dan digital marketing juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan UKM di Makassar melalui kerjasama tim.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the Influence of Brand Image and Sales Promotion on Purchase Decisions of Top Coffee Palm Sugar Through Brand Equity as an Intervening Variable with a research period of 1 month starting from July to August 2024. The analysis method used is Path Analysis using SmartPLS Software ver 3 2024, the purpose is to describe the actual state of the research object to determine the Brand Image and Sales Promotion of the Purchase Decision of Top Coffee Gula Palm Brand Through Brand Equity as Veriabel Intervening in the Tamalanrea Village Community who consume Top Coffee Gula Palm through the submission of statements in the questionnaire. The results of the study were (1) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand equity, (2) Sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on brand equity, (3) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, (4) Sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, (5) Brand equity has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, (6) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions through brand equity, (7) Sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions through brand equity.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Transparansi Penanganan Perkara Dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Loyalitas Melalui Kepuasan Klien Pada Kantor Hukum Puspita Sukardi Dan Partner secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan keadaan objek penelitian yang sesungguhnya untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Transparansi Penanganan Perkara Dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Loyalitas Melalui Kepuasan Klien Pada Kantor Hukum Puspita Sukardi Dan Partner melalui pengajuan pernyataan di dalam kuesioner kepada klien. Abstract

Generasi Z disebut juga sebagai i-Generation yang umum dikenal dengan istilah Gen Z merupakan generasi yang tumbuh dengan teknologi digital sejak dini. Seiring dengan perkembangan bank digital saat ini maka Gen Z cenderung memanfaatkan transaksi keuangan berbasis digital yang praktis dan fleksibel. Namun belum diketahui secara pasti sejauh mana pemahaman Gen Z mengenai bank digital tersebut. Sehingga tujuan penelitiana dalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman Gen Z mengenai bank digital. Penelitian menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden yang ditetapkan berdasarkan proportionate stratified random sampling. Selanjutnya responden dipilih dengan incidental sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan rumus nilai indeks selanjutnya penetapan tingkat pemahaman responden diukur dengan rentang nilai three box method. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa tingkat pemahaman Gen Z mengenai Bank Digital termasuk kedalam tingkat pemahaman tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 95,75.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Pembiayaan Ultra Mikro PT. Pegadaian Persero Terhadap Perkembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah Di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang menggunakan kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian seluruh Nasabah pembiayaan Ultra Mikro di Bulukumba yang berjumlah 47 UMKM, sampel yang digunakan dengan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 130 responden. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bantuan Biaya UMKM berpengaruh Positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Perkembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Proses Kredit berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Perkembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Pendampingan UMKM berpengaruh Positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Perkembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Kata Kunci: Pembiayaan Ultra Mikro, Perkembangan, Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of human resource development strategies in enhancing the performance of educational staff through the deployment of Academic Information System version 4.0 at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Balikpapan. Employing a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach conducted during April-May 2025, the study involved 10 informants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation analysis, subsequently analyzed using the Miles & Huberman interactive model with NVivo 12 Plus software. The findings demonstrate that Siakad 4.0 implementation significantly enhanced work efficiency. Human resource development strategies encompassing technical training, soft skills development, and managerial competency strengthening contributed substantially to successful system adaptation. Primary supporting factors included management support, system quality, and organizational learning culture. However, challenges emerged including interface complexity, limited continuous training opportunities, and change resistance. The research underscores the critical importance of integrating human resource development with information technology for higher education organizational transformation..

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of competence and career development on employee performance with employee engagement as an intervening variable at Bank Papua Main Branch Jayapura. The research was conducted at Bank Papua Main Branch Jayapura over a period of two months, from June to July 2025. The population and sample in this study consisted of 84 employees of Bank Papua Main Branch Jayapura. This research used a survey method by distributing questionnaires to the research subjects. The statistical method used to test the hypotheses was Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the help of an application. The analysis results show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement; career development has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement; competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; career development has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance; employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee engagement as an intervening variable; and career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee engagement as an intervening variable

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction of Wardah cosmetics in Makassar City. The sample in this study was part of all Wardah consumers in Makassar City who were currently using Wardah products with a total of 100 respondents. The analysis method used in this study used Smart PLS, Descriptive Analysis Testing and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study indicate that (1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (2) Price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (3) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (4) Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (5) Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (6) Consumer satisfaction is able to relate positively and significantly between product quality and purchasing decisions (7) Consumer satisfaction is able to relate positively and significantly between price and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the comparison of financial performanceregarding the implementation of regional autonomy in North Toraja Regency before andafter the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in (BPKAD) North Toraja witha research period of 6 months. This research uses a comparative quantitative method byanalyzing using ratios, namely the degree of decentralization ratio, independence ratio,efficiency ratio, effectiveness ratio and financial dependence ratio and each ratio has ameasurement scale. The research results show less than optimal performance in theimplementation of regional autonomy in the pre- and post-Covid era, which is reviewedfrom five aspects of regional finance, namely the degree of decentralization ratio,independence ratio, efficiency ratio, effectiveness ratio and financial dependency ratio
