Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelatihan Masa Persiapan Pensiun (MPP) pada pegawai Bank Sulselbar adalah (1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana program pelatihan yang akan diselenggarakan termasuk manfaat dan materi yang digunakan guna menumbuhkan sikap produktif pada pegawai Bank Sulselbar, dan (2) untuk mengetahui implementasi dari program pelatihan Masa Persiapan Pensiun (MPP) pada pegawai Bank Sulselbar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah metode kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi kepada satu orang penanggung jawab pelatihan dan sembilan orang peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) program pelatihan pensiun yang difasilitasi oleh Bank Sulselbar berupa motivasi guna mempersiapan mental cara mengelola keuangan di masa pensiun, pelatihan kewirausahaan sesuai dengan minat dan bakat para pegawai seperti mengelola bisnis atau bahkan menyalurkan hobi. Materi yang diberikan juga telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang diperlukan para peserta pelatihan. Materinya antara lain financial quotient, leverage mindset, wisdom living, healthy session, dan manajemen psikologi. (2) Implementasi dari program pelatihan masa persiapan pensiun pada Bank sulselbar adalah pada pelaksanaan program ini terdapat beberapa pegawai yang telah mengikuti program pensiunan ini dan berhasil menerapkan hasil dari pelatihan tersebut. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyaknya manfaat yang didapatkan oleh para peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan dividen dan struktur modal, terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan transportasi dan logistik di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS 4.9 dalam proses pengolahan data selama periode penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2022 dan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Path, Uji Goodness-of Fit Test dan Pengujian Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (1) Perputaran piutang berpengaruh positif namun tidak sigifikan terhadap penjualan pada Perusahaan transportasi dan logistik di Bursa Efek Indonesia (2) Perputaran persediaan berpengaruh positif namun tidak sigifikan terhadap penjualan pada Perusahaan transportasi dan logistik di Bursa Efek Indonesia (3) Perputaran kas berpengaruh positif dan sigifikan terhadap penjualan pada Perusahaan transportasi dan logistik di Bursa Efek Indonesia (4) Perputaran piutang berpengaruh positif namun tidak sigifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada Perusahaan transportasi dan logistik di Bursa Efek Indonesia (5) Perputaran persediaan berpengaruh positif namun tidak sigifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada Perusahaan transportasi dan logistik di Bursa Efek Indonesia (6) Perputaran kas berpengaruh positif dan sigifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada Perusahaan transportasi dan logistik di Bursa Efek Indonesia (7) Perputaran piutang berpengaruh positif namun tidak sigifikan terhadap profitabilitas melalui penjualan pada Perusahaan transportasi dan logistik di Bursa Efek Indonesia (8) Perputaran persediaan berpengaruh positif namun tidak sigifikan terhadap profitabilitas melalui penjualan pada Perusahaan transportasi dan logistik di Bursa Efek Indonesia (9) Perputaran kas berpengaruh positif dan sigifikan terhadap profitabilitas melalui penjualan pada Perusahaan transportasi dan logistik di Bursa Efek Indonesia (10) Penjualan berpengaruh positif dan sigifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada Perusahaan transportasi dan logistik di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara langsung maupun tidak langsung antara penerapan prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG) terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kepuasan masyarakat, serta pengaruh secara langsung maupun tidak langsung antara budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kepuasan masyarakat pada Kantor Pengadilan Tinggi Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam menjawab masalah penelitian, serta melibatkan 115 responden, baik dari pegawai Pengadilan Tinggi Makassar dan dari masyarakat pengguna layanan kantor Pengadilan Tinggi Makassar. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling dengan pendekatan partial least square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan GCG berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, penerapan GCG berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, kepuasan kerja pegawai berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, penerapan GCG berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Good Corporate Governance; Budaya organisasi; Kepuasan Kerja; Kepuasan Masyarakat

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kebijakan deviden berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, kebijakan deviden berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara analisis path, kebijakan deviden berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui profitabilitas dan struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui profitabilitas.

Abstract

This study was conducted to explore the strategies implemented by the Compliance Director in realising a good level of bank health at PT. BPR Kredit Mandiri Sulawesi Selatan Sejahtera. Regulators and other stakeholders are gravely concerned about the growing number of BPRs that are experiencing financial difficulties and even being liquidated. Bank health is a critical metric that demonstrates the economic stability and quality of performance. With the increasing complexity of regulations in the banking sector, the role of the Compliance Director becomes crucial in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and maintaining bank stability. The research approach employed is qualitative, with a phenomenological design, which involves in-depth interviews with informants from relevant parties, including the President, Director, Commissioners, and other bank officials, as well as an analysis of related documents. The results of the study indicate that the Compliance Director at PT. BPR Kredit Mandiri Sulawesi Selatan Sejahtera implements strategies that involve the implementation of good governance, effective risk management, and prudent management of profitability and capital factors. These strategies contribute to enhancing the bank's health, with a focus on regulatory oversight and strengthening internal policies and procedures. Additionally, periodic evaluations of policies and routine training for employees help strengthen the organisation's culture of compliance. The study's conclusion suggests that implementing policies that adhere to the principles of good corporate governance and effective risk management can help maintain the bank's stable finances and operations. This study helps us understand what the Compliance Director does to make the bank healthier. Further research is needed on how technology can be utilised to enhance compliance and risk management

Abstract

This activity aims to build core competencies to address juvenile delinquency in schools through a strategic management approach. The method used was a material presentation combined with interactive discussions involving the village head, religious leaders, community elders, housewives, and youth figures. Internal school environment analysis was conducted to identify tangible assets, intangible assets, and organizational capabilities supporting delinquency prevention. Demographic data revealed that the 10–24 age group holds the highest potential for juvenile delinquency in Kassiloe Village. Addressing this issue requires synergy between family, community, and school environments. Schools must develop core competencies by enhancing infrastructure, building a good reputation, and strengthening management capabilities. The program was held on November 6, 2024, with active participation and discussions. The parent-student-teacher interaction model was also emphasized to strengthen collaboration in fostering youth character development.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a disease caused by a new type of corona virus, namely SARS-CoV-2. Covid-19 was first discovered in Wuhan City, China in December 2019 and was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) in March 2020. Covid Virus-19 can be spread by touching contaminated surfaces. One of the recommended preventive measures is adopting a clean lifestyle. The clean lifestyle that is applied is discipline in using hand sanitizer. One form of community service carried out by the Nitro Makassar Institute of Business and Finance Team is by distributing hand sanitizer to road users and mosque congregations. The distribution of hand sanitizers is a concrete form of preventing and breaking the chain of spread of Covid-19, especially in Makassar City. The hand sanitizer was obtained from the self-help of the service team. Hand sanitizer distribution is accompanied by education about the benefits and use of hand sanitizer. The activities carried out received a positive response from the community, especially road users and mosque congregations, they were very enthusiastic when hand sanitizer was distributed.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of discipline and motivation on the performance of Catholic religion teachers at the office of the Ministry of Religion in Tana Toraja Regency. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of discipline and motivation on the performance of Catholic religion teachers at the ministry of religion office in Tana Toraja district. This research is an associative type of research, and the location of this research is Jln. Pongtiku No.106, Pantan, District, North Makale, Tana Toraja Regency, South Sulawesi. The sample in this study was 32 people, with saturated sampling techniques. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection methods include questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used is quantitative. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression through the SPSS Version 29 application: f test (simultaneous), t test (partial). The test results that have been carried out from this study show that the results of multiple linear regression calculations obtained Y = 6.101 + 0.661 X1 + 0.772 X2. For the t test of the discipline variable (X1), t count (2.89)> t table (2.05), meaning that discipline partially affects performance. The t test of the motivation variable (X2) obtained a t count (2.57) > t table (2.05), meaning that motivation partially affects performance. for the f test, f count (10.78) > f table (3.33), meaning that there is a significant effect of discipline and motivation (simultaneously) on the performance of Catholic religion teachers at the office of the ministry of religion of the Tana Toraja district.

Abstract

Abstrak Tantangan permodalan yang dihadapi para pelaku UMKM, pemerintah hadir dengan program Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) sebagai solusi pembiayaan yang mudah, terjangkau, dan bersubsidi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor apakah yang mempengaruhi keputusan nasabah dalam memilih produk KUR Arrum Express Loan Di PT Pegadaian Limbung. Metode stastistik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor - faktor menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26.00. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisis faktor eksploratori, tidak ditemukan struktur faktor yang dapat dibentuk dari variabel yang diuji karena seluruh variabel memiliki korelasi antar-item yang rendah, meskipun reliabilitas masing-masing variabel tinggi. Adapun factor-faktor meliputi, Faktor Ekonomi, Faktor Sosial & Demografis, Faktor Psikologis & Prilaku, Faktor Prosedural & Pelayanan, Faktor Teknologi & Aksesibilitas, Faktor Regulasi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator-indikator yang digunakan bersifat mandiri dan tidak membentuk konstruk laten bersama. Faktor Regulasi dan Dukungan Pemerintah menjadi faktor paling tinggi, dengan nilai eigen sebesar 1,391. Faktor Sosial dan Demografi berada di urutan kedua dengan nilai eigen 1,216 dan Faktor Psikologi dan Perilaku menempati posisi ketiga, dengan nilai eigen 1,041.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction of Wardah cosmetics in Makassar City. The sample in this study was part of all Wardah consumers in Makassar City who were currently using Wardah products with a total of 100 respondents. The analysis method used in this study used Smart PLS, Descriptive Analysis Testing and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study indicate that (1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (2) Price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (3) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (4) Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (5) Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (6) Consumer satisfaction is able to relate positively and significantly between product quality and purchasing decisions (7) Consumer satisfaction is able to relate positively and significantly between price and purchasing decisions.
