Abstract

Green entrepreneurial education and motivation are critical because they foster a mentality oriented toward sustainability and environmental responsibility, which is necessary for creating green entrepreneurial purposes. This study examines the influence of green entrepreneurial education and green entrepreneurial motivation on green entrepreneurial intention among students at IPB University Business School. The study used a quantitative research design with a case study approach. Data collected by the questionnaire was distributed to 109 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. Data processing begins by conducting instrument quality tests, which include validity and reliability tests. Then the classic assumption test is run to ensure the model used does not have econometric problems. The t test and the F test are used to test the hypothesis. The findings show that partially, there is a positive and substantial impact of GEE on the formation of students' GEI (t calculated value 6.753 > t table 1.982). Partially, GEM has a positive and significant influence on GEI (t calculated 6.753 > t table 1.982). Simultaneously, GEE and GEM have a positive and substantial impact on GEI (F statistic is 1062.270, which is more than the F table 3.03). This study provides valuable insights for educational institutions to enhance support for students in developing green entrepreneurial intentions and initiatives.

Abstract

Working capital is the amount of current assets used to carry out the company's daily operations, while capital structure refers to the proportion of capital obtained from various sources, such as debt and own capital. Profitability is a measure of financial performance that shows how effectively a company generates profits from its operations. This study aims to analyze the effect of working capital (WCT) and capital structure (DER) on the level of profitability (ROA) of companies. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The data source is in the form of finances for manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector on the IDX for the 2019-2022 period. The sampling technique was porposive sampling so that 31 companies were netted. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, and f tests. The results of the study show that partially WCT has a positive and significant effect on ROA. partially DER has a positive and significant effect on ROA. Simultaneously, both WCT and DER have a positive and significant effect on ROA. The practical implication of this research is that company management can use the findings of this research to optimize the management of their working capital and capital structure, so as to increase the company's profitability.

Abstract

The banking industry serves a crucial role in the economy. Unpredictable conditions, such as the Covid-19 outbreak, have had a widespread effect on global health as well as banking. This study is to analyze the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak on solvency (CAR), profitability (ROA and NIM), and efficiency (OEOI), liquidity (LDR), and risk profile (NPL) of Commercial Conventional Banks in Indonesian. This study is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Secondary data from Indonesian Banking Statistics were used in this study. Data was collected 8 months before the pandemic Covid-19 (July 2019 - February 2020) and 8 months (April 2020 - November 2020) after the first case of Covid-19 was recorded in Indonesia on March 2, 2020. The finding of this study revealed that there was a significant difference in term of profitability, efficiency, liquidity, and credit risk of Commercial Conventional Banks before and after Covid 19. Meanwhile the level of solvency was not significantly different. However, the overall performance of Commercial Conventional Banks remains at a healthy level. As the pandemic is ongoing and continues to affect on the economy, our suggestion that banking resilience should be strictly monitored in the coming years.
