Abstract

PsPSP method is cultural technique of cacao cultivation for handling Cocoa Podborer (Conopomorpha cramerella Snell.), but less aplicated by farmers in Lampung Province. The research objective are investigated the adoption level and analyze influence factors toward PsPSP method of the cacao farmers adopted in Pekon Kuripan, Kecamatan Limau, Kabupaten Tanggamus. The research used survey method. Responder determined through randomized by taking 40 people of cocoa farmers. The research was carried out on October until November 2014. Scoring system is an instrument to analyze adoption level and Multiple Linier Regresion to analyse the influence factors of PsPSP method. Based on the result of interview used questioner known that the adoption level of cacao farmers are still less than average  value. Self inside factors (age, education level, cultivation experiences) and outside factor of farmer (elucidation intensity) are significant toward adoption level of PsPSP method. Abstract

Inventory is an important thing for the industrial company, so determination of order quantity must be done optimally and reduce the inventory cost.  PT Keong Nusantara Abadi is an industrial company for processing of nata de coco that requires an inventory control system so that the purchase of raw material becomes optimal.  Therefore, this research was conducted to analyze inventory control carried out by PT Keong Nusantara Abadi and determine alternative methods of inventory control of raw material for the company.  This research use Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system.  MRP system has two ways to determine the order quantity called lot sizing decision.  Techniques for determining the quantity of order is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Lot for Lot (LFL), and Part Periode Balancing (PPB).  The technique of determining the order quantity that is best use by PT Keong Nusantara Abadi is EOQ which result in lower inventory cost than inventory control techniques by the company that is saved by 9%, 10%, 7,3% consecutively during 2015, 2016, and 2017.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan ketidakstabilan perekonomian terutama pada pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) sektor usaha kuliner makanan. Adanya Covid-19 membuat pemerintah mengeluarkan berbagai kebijakan yang membatasi pergerakan masyarakat sehingga pelaku UMKM kuliner perlu melakukan digitalisasi pada kegiatan jual belinya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan UMKM kuliner pengguna layanan online food delivery di Kota Bandar Lampung. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 70 UMKM kuliner pengguna layanan online food delivery yang menjual menu ayam geprek dan bakso. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis pendapatan dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai pendapatan UMKM Kuliner pengguna layanan online food delivery dalam satu bulan sebesar Rp 12.743.172. Faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM kuliner pengguna layanan online food delivery adalah harga, lama jam operasional, jumlah order, dan lama usaha.

Abstract

Kemasan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting guna menunjang pemasaran suatu produk. Produk yang baik hendaknya memiliki kemasan yang baik pula, disamping untuk menjaga kualitas, kemasan juga dapat menjadi daya tarik bagi konsumen untuk membeli produk tersebut. SMKN 1 Negeri Besar Way Kanan merupakan salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan yang ada di Kabupaten Way Kanan yang memiliki jurusan agribisnis dengan fokus ke arah pertanian dan menghasilkan produk-produk olahan pangan. Produk pangan olahan yang dihasilkan oleh siswa di SMKN 1, masih belum memiliki kemasan yang baik. Keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam membuat kemasan menjadi faktor utama dalam pengembangan dan pemasaran produk. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, perlu dilakukan pemberian informasi dan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya kemasan yang baik bagi suatu produk. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan, diskusi, dan pelatihan. Kegiatan pengabdian diikuti oleh guru-guru SMKN 1 Negeri Besar Way Kanan. Para peserta dapat memahami pentingnya kemasan yang baik bagi produk. Para peserta mengalami peningkatan keterampilan dengan rata-rata 50,67 dalam pembuatan kemasan produk olahan pangan. Abstract

Koperasi NCT merupakan koperasi yang bergerak di bidang pembibitan sapi potong dan hasil turunan lainnya. Koperasi NCT melakukan kemitraan dengan CV RST, hal yang mendorong koperasi NCT melakukan kemitraan yaitu karena masalah yang dihadapi koperasi NCT dalam restocking sapi bakalan dan pemasaran sapi potong. Berdasarkan hal itu kemitraan menjadi solusi dan manfaat bagi koperasi NCT. Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk (1) menjelaskan prosedur kemitraan Koperasi NCT dengan CV RST (2) menganalisis pola kemitraan antara Koperasi NCT dengan CV RST. Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk menjelaskan prosedur kemitraan dan menganalisis pola kemitraan. Hasil analisis dan pembahasan (1) prosedur kemitraan antara Koperasi NCT dengan RST terdiri dari (a) mengajukan permohonan bermitra oleh Koperasi NCT, (b) mengisi formulir dan kelengkapan data, (c) verifikasi data, (d) pembuatan kontrak kerjasama dan penandatanganan kontrak. (2) Pola kemitraan antara Koperasi NCT dengan CV RST adalah pola kemitraan dagang umum

Abstract

Pakuan Ratu Village is the largest cassava producer in Pakuan Ratu District in Way Kanan Regency. This study aims to analyze the factors of cassava production and analyze the income of cassava farming in Pakuan Ratu village. Population taking technique using random sampling method. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula with a significant level of 10%. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and farm income analysis. The results of this study based on the t-statistical test showed that land area (X1), seeds (X2), fertilizers (X3), and pesticides (X4) had a significant effect, while Labor (X5) had no significant effect on cassava production in the village. Pakuan Ratu, Pakuan Ratu District, Way Kanan. Based on the R Square value, it shows that cassava production in Pakuan Ratu Village is 94.9% influenced by variables of land area, seeds, fertilizers (urea, KCL, and NPK), pesticides, and labor. Analysis of the average income of cassava farming in Pakuan Ratu Village with an average production of 19,735 kg with a selling price of Rp. 1,200/kg obtained an average income of cassava farming in Pakuan Ratu Village of Rp. 8,829,623/farmer or Rp. 14,533 .791/ha which means that the income obtained by farmers can cover the total cost of Rp. 14,852,377/farmer or Rp. 21,064,857/ha used during production. Based on the calculation of the R/C Ratio and B/C Ratio, namely 1.59 and 0.59, it shows that cassava farming in Pakuan Ratu Village is profitable.

Abstract

Vaname shrimp is a commodity that has high economic value so that it is widely cultivated by Indonesian people. Apart from the production costs incurred, there are also transaction costs that are often not taken into account by cultivators. The purpose of this study was to identify components and calculate transaction costs and analyze the economic efficiency of vannamei shrimp farming in Ketapang District based on transaction costs incurred. This study uses secondary and primary data with samples selected by cluster proportional simple random sampling. The selected respondents were vannamei shrimp cultivators from six vannamei shrimp pond center villages with traditional, semi-intensive and intensive technology as many as 30 people. The data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The data obtained is then analyzed by transaction cost analysis. The results showed that the components of the transaction costs of the vannamei shrimp farming business and their ratios consisted of market information costs (0.02), input and output costs (0.01), implementation costs (0.19), licensing fees (0.23) , and levy fees (0.55). The economic efficiency of aquaculture can be seen from the ratio of transaction costs to production costs and revenues of 0.08 and 0.04 respectively.

Abstract

Corn is one type of food crop that has high economic value. The purpose of this study was to analyze the cost and income of corn farming, to analyze the factors that influence corn production, to analyze the economies of scale for corn farming in Gunung Sugih District. This research was conducted in Gunung Sugih District, Central Lampung Regency. The sampling method uses probability sampling with 32 respondents. The data analysis method used is income analysis, analysis of production factors with the Cobb-Douglas production function and the level of business scale (return to scale). Based on the results of the analysis it is known that the average income of corn farming is IDR 10,148,235.09/ha. Production factors that significantly influence corn production in Gunung Sugih District are land area (X1) and seeds (X2). Corn farming activities are at the level of business scale in field II (constant return to scale), which means that if the use of production factors is added, it will result in an increase in production in the same proportion as the input allocation.

Abstract

Peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pola hidup sehat dan keberlanjutan lingkungan mendorong permintaan terhadap produk organik, khususnya sayuran organik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pengambilan keputusan konsumen serta menguji pengaruh variabel harga, rasa, dan kualitas terhadap keputusan pembelian sayuran organik di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tiga ritel modern, yaitu Chandra, Superindo, dan Fitrinofan, dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling terhadap 100 responden. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan menggunakan regresi logistik biner. Hasil uji Wald menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, rasa, dan kualitas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, masing-masing dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 dan nilai odds ratio berturut-turut sebesar 1,842; 2,316; dan 2,005, yang menunjukkan peningkatan peluang keputusan pembelian sayuran organik. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa konsumen lebih cenderung melakukan pembelian jika sayuran organik dinilai layak dari sisi harga, memiliki cita rasa yang baik, serta berkualitas tinggi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi pemasaran berbasis peningkatan kualitas dan kompetisi harga untuk mendorong pembelian ulang dan memperkuat loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk organik.

Abstract

The agricultural subsector that supports the economy in Indonesia is horticulture. There are various types of papaya fruit, including California papaya. The potential for papaya fruit is quite large for development. Papaya cultivation is apart from the problems that often arise, such as those that occur in Sukoharjo District, Pringsewu Regency. The problems faced include the high prices of fertilizers and pesticides used, the presence of pests that damage trees and fruit on plants which causes revenue to decrease, a profit that occurs. So it is necessary to carry out an analysis of the feasibility of California papaya farming from a financial aspect, a sensitivity analysis of California papaya farming in Sukoharjo District if there are changes in factors that can influence benefits and costs. The results obtained by California papaya farming based on financial aspects were declared feasible to be cultivated and developed with an NPV value of IDR 21,704,307, IRR 37%, Net B/C 1.96, a sensitivity analysis of California papaya farming was declared unfeasible if there was an increase in fertilizer costs of 18% with NPV –Rp 17,486,037.
