Abstract

Specific Objectives of this research are: (1) analyze the attributes of organic agricultural products desired by consumers, (2) analyze the consumer preference for organic food product attributes, this research will be carried out in Bandar Lampung Supermarkets. The choice of location is done intentionally (purposive). Samples were taken as many as 30 respondents who consume organic agricultural products. The analytical method used, namely: Conjoint analysis, valuation of non-market value approach; contigensi valuation method (CVM). Research results show (1) A very important factor in the purchase of organic agricultural products is the first factor, namely: certificate of organic products labeled (for organic certification) reached 54.217%, the second factor is the availability or stock of organic products in the Supermarket (17.419%), the third factor is the packaging of organic agricultural products  (14.237%), and the last factor is the price of agricultural products (14.127), (2) Consumers prefer lower prices on organic products, organic agricultural products labeled (there is organic certificate of agencies or institutions), the availability or many stock of goods , and attractive packaging using sealed plastic and tidy.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan ketidakstabilan perekonomian terutama pada pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) sektor usaha kuliner makanan. Adanya Covid-19 membuat pemerintah mengeluarkan berbagai kebijakan yang membatasi pergerakan masyarakat sehingga pelaku UMKM kuliner perlu melakukan digitalisasi pada kegiatan jual belinya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan UMKM kuliner pengguna layanan online food delivery di Kota Bandar Lampung. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 70 UMKM kuliner pengguna layanan online food delivery yang menjual menu ayam geprek dan bakso. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis pendapatan dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai pendapatan UMKM Kuliner pengguna layanan online food delivery dalam satu bulan sebesar Rp 12.743.172. Faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM kuliner pengguna layanan online food delivery adalah harga, lama jam operasional, jumlah order, dan lama usaha.

Abstract

Kemasan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting guna menunjang pemasaran suatu produk. Produk yang baik hendaknya memiliki kemasan yang baik pula, disamping untuk menjaga kualitas, kemasan juga dapat menjadi daya tarik bagi konsumen untuk membeli produk tersebut. SMKN 1 Negeri Besar Way Kanan merupakan salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan yang ada di Kabupaten Way Kanan yang memiliki jurusan agribisnis dengan fokus ke arah pertanian dan menghasilkan produk-produk olahan pangan. Produk pangan olahan yang dihasilkan oleh siswa di SMKN 1, masih belum memiliki kemasan yang baik. Keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam membuat kemasan menjadi faktor utama dalam pengembangan dan pemasaran produk. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, perlu dilakukan pemberian informasi dan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya kemasan yang baik bagi suatu produk. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan, diskusi, dan pelatihan. Kegiatan pengabdian diikuti oleh guru-guru SMKN 1 Negeri Besar Way Kanan. Para peserta dapat memahami pentingnya kemasan yang baik bagi produk. Para peserta mengalami peningkatan keterampilan dengan rata-rata 50,67 dalam pembuatan kemasan produk olahan pangan. Para peserta dapat meningkatkan kualitas kemasan produk olahan pangan. Kata kunci: kemasan, pelatihan, produk

Abstract

Mitra kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah Komunitas Jendela Lampung (KJL). KJL merupakan komunitas sosial di Bandar Lampung yang dikelola dan digerakkan oleh para volunteer yang berasal dari berbagai latar belakang dan bekerja secara sukarela. Fokus kegiatan KJL yaitu pada segi pengembangan pendidikan anak terutama pada minat baca anak. Pendampingan terhadap anak-anak dari keluarga marginal dilakukan dengan metode Learning Community Station (LCS). LCS merupakan komunitas belajar yang berfokus pada pendampingan literasi anak-anak. Melalui program Learning Station Community, anak jalanan diberikan pendampingan baik hardskill maupun softskill. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk (1) meningkatkan pengetahuan anak-anak dari keluarga marginal tentang kekerasan seksual, (2) meningkatkan motivasi anak-anak dari keluarga marginal untuk rajin belajar dan membaca, dan (3) meningkatkan motivasi anak-anak dari keluarga marginal untuk melanjutkan Pendidikan.

Abstract

Local agri-food business actors require efforts to increase production scale, access to technology, capital, and market capacity in building their business sustainability. The sustainability of the agri-food business is related to the entrepreneurial intention and social capital of business actors. This study conducted to analyze the determinants of social capital and entrepreneurship in agri-food business sustainability. This study used a survey method in the central area of the local food processing industry in Central Lampung, Lampung Province. Respondents from MSMEs who are members of the Mulia Women Farmers Group Association (KWT) are 30 business actors. Data were analyzed using a path analysis regression model with entrepreneurship, environmental dimensions, economic dimensions, and social capital variables. The results show that entrepreneurial characteristics are built through the antecedent conditions of social capital within the framework of strong economic dimensions. The interaction of social capital and entrepreneurship works effectively in increasing the economic productivity of food industry business actors. The economic and environmental dimensions are determinants of social capital and entrepreneurship as key factors for the sustainability of food processing businesses. Pelaku usaha olahan pangan lokal memerlukan upaya peningkatan skala produksi, akses teknologi, modal, dan kapasitas pasar dalam membangun keberlanjutan usahanya.  Keberlanjutan usaha olahan pangan terkait dengan intensi kewirausahaan dan modal sosial pelaku usaha.  Tujuan studi ini adalah menelusuri hubungan determinan modal sosial dan kewirausahaan sebagai kunci keberlanjutan usaha olahan pangan.  Penelitian menggunakan metode survei pada kawasan sentra industri olahan pangan lokal Lampung Tengah, Propinsi Lampung dengan responden 30 pelaku UMKM yang tergabung dalam Asosiasi Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Mulia.  Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model regresi path analysis.   Pemodelan path analysis berlandaskan teori modal sosial dan kewirausahaan yang menghubungkan variabel karakter kewirausahaan, dimensi ekonomi dan lingkungan, dan social capital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik kewirausahaan dibangun melalui kondisi antesenden modal sosial dalam kerangka dimensi ekonomi yang kuat. Interaksi modal sosial dan kewirausahaan bekerja secara efektif meningkatkan produktivitas ekonomi pelaku usaha industri pangan.  Dimensi ekonomi dan lingkungan merupakan determinan modal sosial dan kewirausahaan sebagai faktor kunci keberlanjutan usaha olahan pangan.  Aspek internal dan eksternal yang mengancam usaha olahan pangan perdesaan meliputi ketidakpastian mutu dan harga bahan baku, persaingan usaha, teknologi produksi padat modal/mahal, persyaratan pasar modern ketat, teknologi informasi dinamis dan mahal.

Abstract

Pakuan Ratu Village is the largest cassava producer in Pakuan Ratu District in Way Kanan Regency. This study aims to analyze the factors of cassava production and analyze the income of cassava farming in Pakuan Ratu village. Population taking technique using random sampling method. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula with a significant level of 10%. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and farm income analysis. The results of this study based on the t-statistical test showed that land area (X1), seeds (X2), fertilizers (X3), and pesticides (X4) had a significant effect, while Labor (X5) had no significant effect on cassava production in the village. Pakuan Ratu, Pakuan Ratu District, Way Kanan. Based on the R Square value, it shows that cassava production in Pakuan Ratu Village is 94.9% influenced by variables of land area, seeds, fertilizers (urea, KCL, and NPK), pesticides, and labor. Analysis of the average income of cassava farming in Pakuan Ratu Village with an average production of 19,735 kg with a selling price of Rp. 1,200/kg obtained an average income of cassava farming in Pakuan Ratu Village of Rp. 8,829,623/farmer or Rp. 14,533 .791/ha which means that the income obtained by farmers can cover the total cost of Rp. 14,852,377/farmer or Rp. 21,064,857/ha used during production. Based on the calculation of the R/C Ratio and B/C Ratio, namely 1.59 and 0.59, it shows that cassava farming in Pakuan Ratu Village is profitable.

Abstract

Utilization of lebak swamp land for rice production is one of the government's efforts to increase rice production in East Lampung Regency. Rice farming carried out on lebak swampland has a greater risk than the risk for rice farming carried out on paddy fields. Especially in Braja Selebah District which is a buffer zone for elephant breeding forest areas. The purpose of writing this final project is to identify farming risks, calculate the level of production risk and the risk of rice farming income on lebak swamp land in Braja Selebah District, East Lampung Regency. The data collection method used was simple random sampling with 30 respondents. The data used is data for 1 planting season, namely 2021. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is a descriptive method and a quantitative method using the coefficient of variation (CV). Rice farming on lebak swamp land in Braja Selebah District has a high level of risk both from production risk and income risk, the types of risks that occur are production risk, price risk and income risk.

Abstract

Marketing distribution describes the distribution chain of a commodity from producers to final consumers to an area that involves a trading activity. The more marketing agencies that are involved in the marketing of products, the lower the price that will be received by the producers. This study aims to describe marketing channels and analyze actors in marketing institutions in Tanggamus Regency. Sampling was determined by the snowball method (snow ball sampling). The marketing agency informants in this study consisted of 35 producer informants, 30 agent informants and 35 retailer informants. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that there were 3 marketing channels in Tanggamus Regency, namely: 1. Channel I: Producers - Consumers, 2. Channels II: Producers - Agents - Consumers, 3. Channels III: Producers - Agents - Retailers - Consumers. Actors in marketing institutions in Tanggamus Regency consist of producers, agents, retailers and consumers. Producers are farmers who sell their rice to agents or directly to consumers. Agents are collectors and rice mills that collect rice from producers (farmers), which will later be resold to retailers or directly to consumers. Retailers are traders who sell the goods they sell directly to end users or end consumers in unit or retail quantities. The intended consumers in this study are people who buy and consume rice in Tanggamus Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pendampingan penerapan Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) terhadap produktivitas dan pendapatan petani cabai di Desa Cipendawa, Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Cianjur. Pendampingan dilakukan oleh Farmers Development Associate (FDA) melalui program “Bertani Untuk Negeri” oleh Edufarmers Foundation. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei, wawancara, dan observasi terhadap petani anggota Gapoktan Mujagi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam penerapan prinsip GAP, produktivitas, dan pendapatan usahatani. Rata-rata produktivitas meningkat dari 3,66 ton/ha menjadi 10,83 ton/ha. R/C Ratio setelah pendampingan sebesar 2,05 menunjukkan bahwa usaha tani cabai ekonomis dan menguntungkan. Dengan demikian, pendampingan GAP terbukti efektif dan layak direplikasi di wilayah lain.

Abstract

Rice is an important and staple commodity for the food consumption of the Indonesian people. Lowland rice production in East Lampung Regency is in second place with 466,563.66 tons after Central Lampung with 555,127.87 tons. In 2020 the fifth largest rice production in East Lampung Regency is Pekalongan District with 37,789 tons and has a harvested area of 6,910 ha. The agricultural area in Jojog Village is the highest compared to other villages in Pekalongan District. However, this area of land is not proportional to the amount of harvest produced and the income of farmers. The purpose of writing this final project is to analyze the income of paddy rice farming in Jojog Village. The determination of the sample in this final project uses a non-probability sampling technique, which is a data collection technique or sample so that all data is likely to be selected as a sample that is not the same size, using a purposive sampling technique, namely by deliberately determining respondents consisting of 60 farmers, namely 30 respondents rice farming established variety and 30 respondents rice farming impari variety 32. The analytical method used is the analysis of farm income. The results showed that the average production of established variety rice was 2,647 kg/farmer or 7,058 kg/ha with a selling price of IDR 4300/kg, while for the impari 32 variety 2,372 kg/farmer or 6,777 kg/ha with a selling price of IDR 4300/kg obtained an average income of rice farming of the impari 32 variety of IDR 5,664,603/farmer or IDR 16,184,581/ha. The R/C ratio value of the established variety was 2.23 and the B/C ratio was 1.23, while the R/C ratio value for the impari 32 variety was 2.25 and the B/C ratio was 2.25 indicating that lowland rice farming in Jojog village is profitable.
