Abstract

Therefore, a policy of using electronic presence, namely an online application (Akku Mobile) has been implemented by all ASN in the Indramayu Regency Government, which is directly recorded on the BKPSDM server. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the Online Attendance Application (Akku Mobile) on employee discipline at the Indramayu Regency Inspectorate. The research method used is an explanatory quantitative approach to see the influence of the Online Attendance Application (Akku Mobile) on employee discipline at the Indramayu Regency Inspectorate. The data source comes from primary sources through closed questionnaires. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence between the use of the Akku Mobile application on employee discipline at the Indramayu Regency Inspectorate of 0.004, while the correlation level is weak at 0.326 or only 32.6%, and the application usage variable (Akku Mobile) can only explain This relationship is 10.6% towards increasing employee discipline, while the remaining 89.4% is explained by other factors outside this research.

Abstract

Indonesia is a tropical country that has a fairly high exposure to sunlight, but excessive sun exposure can cause skin damage such as dry skin with prevalence of 41,2% to 99,1% in the elderly adult population  . Therefore, it is necessary to make products that function to moisturize the skin. Yellow pumpkin is an alternative ingredient that can be used as a skin moisturizer because it contains flavonoid compounds, tannins, saponins, alkaloids, and triterpenoids. The novelty in this study is that no one has researched yellow pumpkin fruit extract cream as a facial moisturizer, different measurement methods, substitution of ingredients in the formula from VCO to MCT and the addition of preservatives and fragrances. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of facial moisturizers, yellow pumpkin fruit extract creams, and the physical quality of preparations. In this study, the researcher used an experimental method. The extraction process uses a maceration method with a solvent of 96%, then a cream formula is made with a concentration of yellow pumpkin fruit extract of 5%, 10%, and 15%. The evaluation of facial moisturizing cream preparations includes organoleptis tests, homogeneity tests, pH tests, dispersion tests, adhesion tests, viscosity tests, and irritation tests. The tool used to measure skin moisture is Skin Analyzer CR-302 by looking at the percentage of moisture. The results of the effectiveness test of yellow pumpkin extract facial moisturizing cream (Cucurbita moschata D) for 28 days of use had a moisture percentage of 44.00% at an extract concentration of 5%, 48.67% at an extract concentration of 10%, and 55.00% at an extract concentration of 15%. The higher the concentration of the extract, the better the moisture level. The results of the effectiveness test of yellow pumpkin fruit extract cream preparations (Cucurbita moschata D) have effectiveness as a skin moisturizer with a sig value (0.008 0.050). The conclusion showed that the preparation of the moisturizing cream of yellow pumpkin fruit extract (Cucurbita moschata D) with the best concentration at a concentration of 15%. The preparation of the moisturizing cream of yellow pumpkin fruit extract (Cucurbita moschata D) meets the requirements of the evaluation test.

Abstract

Not all waste from natural materials produced can be utilized properly by humans to produce higher economic value. The waste in question is red dragon fruit skin which contains anthocyanin pigments and betasianin pigments. Pigments can be used as colorants in lipstick but the intensity of the resulting color is less attractive. This study aims to determine the lipstick combination of Red Dragon fruit peel extract (Hylocereus polyrhizus) and Beet tuber extract (Beta vulgaris L.) most preferred by panelists as a natural colorant. The method used in this study was experimental. Preparation of Red Dragon fruit peel extract and Beetroot tuber extract using maceration method with 70% ethanol solvent. Then the extract was made into 3 lipstick preparation formulas at a concentration of 30% with a ratio of 1: 2 (X1), 1,5 : 1.5 (X2) and 2: 1 (X3). Hedonic tests include texture, color, aroma and appearance of lipstick preparations using a Likert scale. The combination lipstick produces color and percentage of liking, namely purple and preferred by 43.75% (X1), pink with 51.25% hedonic percentage (X2), and the most preferred by 58.75% (X3) with a dark red color, while the negative control has a yellow color with the smallest liking value of 28.75%.
