Abstract

Abstrak: Kelompok usaha pindang bandeng di Kabupaten Bekasi memulai usaha dalam bidang perikanan sekitar 20 tahun. Selama perjalanan usahanya, produk pindang ikan bandeng diproduksi dan distribusikan secara konvensional. Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu keterbatasan dalam pengembangan usaha pindang bandeng. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan bagi pelaku usaha pindang bandeng terkait pemanfaatan teknologi digigal untu mendukung aktivitas usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan yaitu berupa seminar pemberian materi dan workshop keterampilan teknologi digital. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perubahan pengetahuan dalam proses pengemasan produk dan pemasaran menggunakan digital marketing. Seluruh peserta kegiatan menyatakan bahwa pendampingan pelaku usaha perikanan ini bermanfaat untuk mereka. Melalui kegiatan ini para peserta memeroleh pengetahuan, dan keterampilan tentang proses produksi dan pemasaran usaha pindang menggunakan teknologi digital. Diperlukannya tindak lanjut dan waktu pendampingan yang lebih panjang dalam upaya membuat pelaku usaha lebih mudah beradaptasi dan mandiri.Abstract:  Pindang bandeng business group in Bekasi Regency started a business in the fishery sector for about 20 years. During the course of its business, milkfish pindang products were produced and distributed conventionally. Human resources are one of the limitations in the development of milkfish pindang business. This activity is carried out to provide understanding and skills for milkfish pindang business actors regarding the use of digital technology to support business activities. The method used in the activity is in the form of seminars on providing material and workshops on digital technology skills. The results of the activity evaluation show that there is a change in knowledge in the process of product packaging and marketing using digital marketing. All participants of the activity stated that the assistance of fishery business actors was beneficial for them. Through this activity, participants gain knowledge and skills about the production process and marketing of pindang businesses using digital technology. The need for follow-up and longer mentoring time in an effort to make business actors more adaptable and independent.

Abstract

Penggunaan bahan plastik sangat erat kaitannya dengan kehidupan manusia modern. Bahan pembuatan plastik umumnya adalah polimer sintetis dengan sifat sukar terurai secara alamiah, karenanya sampai plastik cenderung akan menumpuk. Meningkatnya jumlah penduduk berbanding lurus dengan volume sampah, juga termasuk di dalamnya sampah plastik yang sulit terurai (non degradable) merupakan masalah yang terjadi di kota metropolitan. Proses pendidikan merupakan cara untuk mengatasi masalah lingkungan akibat sampah. Melalui proses pendidikan pengenalan bioplastik, pencegahan dan penanggulangan sampah plastik dapat dilaksanakan. Bioplastik lebih cepat terurai oleh mikroorganisme karena terbuat dari bahan terbarukan seperti pati, minyak nabati dan mikrobiota. Metode pelaksanaan berupa survey, pendekatan kepada pihak mitra guna perizinan, mengumpulkan perserta yang terkait, implementasi pelatihan bahan plastik ramah lingkungan; evaluasi kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner 1). Peserta kegiatan menyakatan tidak selalu membuang sampah pada tempatnya, 2) Peserta telah melakukan kegiatan untuk mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya. 3). Seluruh peserta menyatakan bahwa kegiatan ini bermanfaat. Penggunaan barang dan kemasan secara berulang kali dapat mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan. Kegiatan pengenalan dan pelathan pembuatan bioplastik dapat mengingkatkan kesadaran peserta untuk lebih peduli terhadap kelestarian lingkungan.Kata kunci: pencemaran lingkungan; plastik biodegradable; sampah plastikEfforts to Improve Environmental Care Attitudes Through Bioplastic TrainingABSTRACTThe use of plastic material is very closely related to modern human life. Plastic manufacturing materials are generally synthetic polymers with difficult to decompose naturally, so that plastic tends to accumulate. The increasing population is directly proportional to the volume of waste, including plastic waste that is difficult to decompose (non-degradable) is a problem that occurs in metropolitan cities. The education process is a way to overcome environmental problems due to waste. Through the process of introducing bioplastic education, prevention and prevention of plastic waste can be carried out. Bioplastics break down faster by microorganisms because they are made from renewable materials such as starch, vegetable oils and microbiota. This activity aims to find out the trainees perception about environtmentally friendly plastic and to know the activities that carried out by trainees in an effort to reduce the plastic waste. The method of implementation are surveys, approaches to partners for licensing, gathering relevant participants, implementing bioplastic training and evaluating. Based on the results of the questionnaire: 1) the participants of the disbursement activity did not always throw garbage in its place. 2) participants have carried out activities to reduce environmental pollution in their daily lives. 3) all participants stated that this activity was useful. The use of goods and packaging repeatedly can reduce environmental pollution. Abstract

Penggunaan kertas sudah menjadi hal yang selalu digunakan oleh kegiatan apapun, sehingga banyak kertas yang tidak dimanfaatkan kembali dan menjadi limbah kertas yang dibuang sia sia setelah digunakan. Hal inilah yang kemudian muncul ide untuk memanfaatkan dan dikaitkan dengan kegiatan pembelajaran yaitu sebagai media pembelajaran. Karena pada kegiatan belajar mengajar sangat diperlukan media yang sangat inovatif, kreatif dan memudahkan siswa-siswanya untuk mempelajari memahami materi pembelajaran. Salah satunya adalah pembelajaran biologi pada materi sel yang pemahaman akhir pembelajarannya mengharuskan peserta didik dapat memahami dan membedakan semua bentuk organelnya antara sel hewan dan tumbuhan. Dari permasalahan inilah maka diadakannya pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran sel dengan memanfaatkan kertas bekas. Metode pelaksanaan dalam pelatihan ini adalah dengan survey, pendekatan kepada mitra yang dituju, melaksanakan pelatihan dan evaluasi. Hasil kuesioner yang disimpulkan adalah 100% peserta pelatihan menyatakan kegiatan pelatihan ini  sangat bermanfaat, replika yang telah dibuat sangat memudahkan peserta didik untuk mempelajari sel hewan dan sel tumbuhan.  Kegiatan pelatihan ini untuk mengurangi kertas bekas dan memanfatkannya sebagai media pembelajaran yang menyenangkan.Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran; sel; kertas bekas Training on Making Cell Learning Media Using Waste PaperABSTRAC The use of paper has always been used by any activity, so many papers are not reused and become waste paper that is thrown away in vain after use. This then arises the idea to utilize and be associated with learning activities, namely as learning media. Because teaching and learning activities are very needed media that is very innovative, creative and makes it easy for students to learn to understand learning materials. One of them is the study of biology in cell matter, the final understanding of learning requires students to understand and distinguish all forms of organelles between animal and plant cells. From this problem, the holding of training in making cell learning media using paper was used. The method of this activity is to carry out training and approach the intended partners, carry out training and evaluation. The results of the questionnaire concluded that 100% of the training participants stated that the training activities were very useful, the replicas that had been made were very easy for students to study animal cells and plant cells. This training activity is to reduce waste paper and use it as a learning medium that makes it easier for students to understand cells in 3 dimensions.Keywords: learning media; cell; scrap paper

Abstract

Creative thinking skills are one of the 21st-century life skills. The development of students’ creative thinking skills is important as a learning goal. However, learning in schools still tends to prioritize short-term learning outcomes on product dimensions only. The mind mapping method in blended learning activities with the help of Microsoft 365 provides space for students to develop their creativity. This study aims to develop students' creative thinking skills through the Microsoft 365-based mind mapping method. A total of 68 students from public high schools in Jakarta were sampled in this experimental study. The results showed that there was an increase in the indicators of students' creative thinking in the experimental class on indicators of originality of 70.3%, flexibility of 61.3%, fluency of 30%, and better than the control class. Microsoft 365-based mind mapping learning can be used as an alternative in creating a learning atmosphere that develops creative thinking skills because students have the authority to arrange concepts to be conveyed by choosing words that represent concepts, through colors and appropriate forms of symbols. with student creativity. Microsoft 365 has features that can facilitate interaction in class, as well as reach individual student needs through the personalized section in the one-note feature. Other features, such as Microsoft Sway, Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft PowerPoint 365 provide full support for classroom learning interactions with the mind mapping method

Abstract

The 21st-century learning has undergone a paradigm shift in education from teacher-centered to student-centered. It recently emphasises students' critical and creative thinking abilities, effective communication, innovation, problem-solving, and collaboration. This study examined the Ricosre model's effectiveness with the Question Formulation Technique (QFT) in enhancing students' higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) and science literacy. It involved 296 fifth-grade students from three selected state elementary schools, chosen through cluster random sampling. Each group consisted of 148 students divided into control and experimental groups. Data were collected through multiple-choice and essay instruments and subsequently analysed using multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). The research variables were students' higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) and science literacy. The results indicated that the Ricosre model with QFT effectively improves students' higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) and science literacy, as it encouraged active participation during the learning process, trained students to develop questioning skills, find answers, analyse, share ideas, and draw conclusions. Thus, it can foster curiosity and metacognitive abilities among students.
