Abstract

Abstract – To consider the results of student learning in each semester, usually the school selection of outstanding students. This is done so that the spirit of learning students continues to increase. Hopefully, with the selection of outstanding students, this can become a benchmark for the students so that they continue to develop and deepen the knowledge being learned. Some of the problems that occur in every school are less effective in determining student achievement, it still requires a lot of time in the process and finds out the results of the determination of student achievement. In determining the outstanding students of SMA Sejahtera 1 Depok still also have the same problem. Based on the analysis that has been done then the researcher using the method of Weighted Product (WP) in data processing to produce student achievement that aims to reduce the occurrence of errors in the determination of student achievement and facilitate the school in determining student achievement. The method of Weighted Product (WP) is one of the simple methods with the multiplication to connect the rating attribute. From the results of calculations using the method of Weighted Product (WP) obtained results that Irbah Luthfifah as the first rank a result 0.034774265, Adindha Nurpratiwi S. as the second rank with a result 0.033683226, and Aurel Griselda Luthfia as the third rank with a result 0.033150608.Keywords: Decision Support System, Achieving Students, Weighted Product  Abstrak – Untuk mempertimbangkan hasil belajar siswa dalam setiap semester biasanya pihak sekolah melakukan pemilihan siswa berprestasi. Hal ini dilakukan agar semangat belajar siswa terus meningkat. Diharapkan dengan adanya pemilihan siswa berprestasi ini dapat menjadi tolak ukur bagi siswa agar mereka terus mengembangkan dan memperdalam ilmu yang sedang dipelajarinya. Beberapa masalah yang terjadi disetiap sekolah salah satunya adalah kurang efektif dalam menentukan siswa berprestasi, masih membutuhkan banyak waktu dalam memproses dan mengetahui hasil penentuan siswa berprestasi. Dalam menentukan siswa berprestasi SMA Sejahtera 1 Depok masih juga mempunyai masalah yang sama. Berdasarkan analisa yang telah dilakukan maka peneliti menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP) dalam pemprosesan data untuk menghasilkan siswa berprestasi yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi terjadinya kesalahan dalam penentuan siswa berprestasi dan memudahkan pihak sekolah dalam menentukan siswa yang berprestasi. Metode Weighted Product (WP) merupakan salah satu metode sederhana dengan perkalian untuk menghubungkan rating atribut. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP) diperoleh hasil bahwa Irbah Luthfifah berada pada ranking pertama dengan hasil sebesar 0.034774265, Adindha Nurpratiwi S. sebagai ranking kedua dengan hasil sebesar 0.033683226 serta Aurel Griselda Luthfia sebagai ranking ketiga dengan hasil sebesar 0.033150608.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Siswa Berprestasi, Weighted Product

Abstract

The rapid development of technology and information in recent years has made the internet a communication tool that is widely used by the community. In the current pandemic period, where there are social restrictions, social media as a digital means, its presence is very important for all circles of society where one of the benefits of social media is as a promotional/branding media including for promotion of organizations, for example by making posts about activities related to social media. positive activities carried out by the organization on social media. Branding is an effort to promote something by forming a self-image so that it gains the trust of the general public. Karang Taruna is a forum for fostering and developing as well as empowering in an effort to develop productive activities by utilizing all the potential available in the environment, both human resources and natural resources that already exist and the use of the internet as one of its social activities. The Karang Taruna 07 management wanted to build organizational branding, but due to lack of knowledge about the importance of building organizational branding and did not know how to make organizational branding so that the Karang Taruna 07 management did not yet have the Karang Taruna 07 organizational branding. administrators and members of the youth organization about organizational branding and how to manage social media to improve the organization's image. In connection with the Covid19 pandemic, the community service program on "Utilization of Social Media for Branding of Youth Organizations RW 07 Kwitang Village" in the form of lectures, discussions and questions and answers and practicums was carried out using online media. From the implementation of this training, it is expected to increase the knowledge and abilities of the participants on how to use social media to build positive organizational branding so that they can support youth activities.

Abstract

PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk. (PJA) telah menerapkan E-Procurement sebagai salah satu aplikasi yang merupakan implementasi Good Corporate Governance. Penerapan e-procurement ini dimulai pada tanggal 20 Mei 2014 dan PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk. merupakan BUMD DKI Jakarta pertama yang menerapkan e-procurement yang terintegrasi dengan sistem keuangan dan sistem terkait lainnya dan saat ini menjadi BUMD percontohan dalam penerapan e-procurement. Fokus penelitian ini adalah observasi seputar work flow pengadaan barang/jasa yang manual dan menggunakan e-procurement. Observasi ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana perubahan work flow pengadaan barang/jasa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan e-procurement; teknologi informasi yang digunakan dalam penerapan e-procurement; manfaat dan kendala selama proses penerapan e-procurement dan menganalisis key success factor penerapan e-procurement. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif deskriptif.

Abstract

Penerapan ilmu komputer semakin meluas ke berbagai bidang. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memberikan dampak positif pula pada bidang kesehatan saat ini. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi pada bidang kesehatan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih baik. Salah satu implementasinya adalah untuk melakukan diagnosa penyakit gigi dan mulut. Penyakit gigi menjadi hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan oleh karena efek yang ditimbulkan penyakit gigi akan dirasakan juga oleh bagian tubuh yang lain. Selain dari itu, keterbatasan informasi, kehadiran tenaga medis gigi dan biaya perawatan yang mahal merupakan salah satu penyebab munculnya permasalahan yang lebih luas pada penanganan penyakit gigi. Pada penelitian ini dibangun suatu aplikasi sistem pakar berbasis webguna membantu konsultasi bagi pasien penderita sakit gigi dan mulut. Metode yang diterapkan adalah Forward Chaining dengan mempekerjakan pola algoritma. Diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat digunakan untuk mendiagnosa penyakit gigi dan mulut dimanapun dan kapanpun melalui device yang terhubung internet.

Abstract

Koperasi merupakan salah satu bentuk lembaga formal pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam bidang ekonomi. Dalam rangka pemberdayaan usaha kecil dan menengah di kalangan wanita dan ibu rumah tangga, masyarakat di perumahan Perumahan Atsiri Permai yang beranggotakan wanita khususnya ibu rumah tangga mendirikan koperasi. Koperasi ini didirikan bertujuan untuk menjembatani antara anggota koperasi itu sendiri dengan koperasi yang di kelola oleh ibu-ibu perumahan Atsiri. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dan informasi dalam beberapa tahun terkahir, menjadikan internet sebagai alat komunikasi yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran digital, saat ini menjadi sangat penting kehadirannya bagi para pelaku bisnis dalam mempromosikan produknya agar penjualan tetap tercapai meski dalam pembatasan sosial. Sehubungan dengan masih adanya pandemi Covid19, maka program pengabdian masyarakat tentang “Pelatihan Optimalisasi Konten Sosial Media Untuk Penjualan produk UMKM secara Online Pada Koperasi Wanita ATSIRI Bogor”. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam bentuk ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab dan praktikum dilakukan menggunakan media online. Dari pelaksanaan pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningakatkan kemampuan para peserta tentang cara mengoptimalkan media online dalam pemasaran dan penjualan produk. Sehingga pemasaran yang dilakukan mendapatkan keuntungan yang maksimal.

Abstract

Salah satu kebijakan pembangunan pemerintah Indonesia yaitu dalam bidang kesehatan. Posyandu merupakan salah satu Program Pelayanan Kesehatan yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah untuk dikelola dari, oleh dan bersama masyarakat, sebagai pelayanan kesehatan dasar dengan memberdayakan masyarakat. Kader Posyandu berperan sebagai pemberi informasi kesehatan dan penggerak masyarakat untuk melaksanakan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat serta datang ke Posyandu. Namun para kader posyandu Tulip RW. 028 Sukamaju, Depok mengalami kendala penggunaan sistem informasi yang mendukung proses pendataan, pembuatan laporan kegiatan-kegiatan yang diadakan oleh posyandu Tulip RW 028 Sukamaju, Depok dan penyimpanan data-data tersebut. Oleh karena itu pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan secara hybrid ini, diberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi SIPos untuk menunjang kinerja para kader posyandu Tulip RW 028 Sukamaju, Depok. Dengan diadakan pelatihan maka para kader posyandu Tulip RW. 028 Sukamaju dapat mendokumentasikan data-data tersebut dengan baik menggunakan aplikasi SIPos

Abstract

In recent years, diabetes mellitus in Indonesia has become a health problem in the community because its population has increased 2-3 times faster than in other countries. Diabetes prevalence in Indonesia ranks 4th highest globally after China, India, and the United States. People can prevent complications and premature death if they detect early symptoms of diabetes. However, people do not know that they are at risk of diabetes and do not have knowledge about the symptoms of diabetes, the complexity of the process of diagnosis, and the high cost of examinations. Therefore, we need an application that can provide the results of the type of diabetes and its management solutions as practiced by experts. This research aims to develop an expert system for detecting types of diabetes such as type one diabetes, type two diabetes, neuropathy diabetes, diabetes retinopathy, and diabetes nephropathy. The object of this research is diabetes, which was carried out from March to April 2019 in the Klinik Pratama Desa Putera. This study uses primary data from patients with a history of diabetes at Klinik Pratama Desa Putra and secondary data from literature, research journals, and data documents needed to compile this study. In addition, we generated a knowledge base using forward chaining. The test results show that the expert system meets the functional requirements, and the system performance reaches an accuracy of 100%. This expert system helps people in Indonesia to detect diabetes early so that it can prevent complications.

Abstract

Education has an important role as an effort to educate the nation. Education is the right of everyone, but not everyone can continue higher education for various reasons. One of them is limited financial and financial resources. TOPSIS is a multi-criteria dynamic strategy or elective decision which is an elective that has the littlest good ways from the positive ideal arrangement and the largest distance from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view using the Euclidean distance. This study aims to determine the criteria for scholarship recipients that can be implemented in a campus, school, or other social institution that provides funds for scholarship assistance. The research results are expected to serve as a reference for the decision making process. The results showed a preference value of 0.66 which is based on academic achievement.

Abstract

The Mathla'ul Anwar Satu Foundation is an Islamic educational institution located in Bogor, West Java. This foundation oversees several schools with an Islamic religious background. Teachers who teach at the Mathla'ul Anwar Satu Foundation are faced with the problem of an independent curriculum initiated by the Ministry of Education. The teachers who teach at the Mathla'ul Anwar Satu Foundation do not fully understand the implementation and application of the independent curriculum for students. The lack of ability to use technology-based devices means that teachers at the Mathla'ul Anwar Foundation have not been able to prepare interactive and optimal materials and learning materials. Based on this, community service was created in the form of MS Office Training to Support the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila at the Mathlaul Anwar Satu Foundation. The implementation of this community service takes the form of counseling on the use of MS Office in strengthening the profile of Pancasila for the implementation of the independent curriculum for students. By holding this activity, it is hoped that it can help Mathla'ul Anwar Satu Foundation teachers understand the independent curriculum

Abstract

Linear programming that can be found in life around is an assignment problem. Common assignment problems include n tasks that must be assigned to m workers assuming each worker has different competencies in completing each task. One of the methods in solving this problem is the Hungarian method. The purpose of this research is to optimize the assignment of employees by looking at the cost of daily wages. The problems that occur at the OneTop Frozen Store are the ineffectiveness of the work process and the swelling of operational costs, especially at work, Order Sorting, Packing, Labeling, Delivery with 4 workers. The application of the Hungarian method and testing of Software Quality Management obtains optimal wage costs so that operational costs can be reduced to a minimum without reducing the quality of service to consumers. Based on data processing in the Hungarian method, an assignment that is in accordance with the work in preparing Frozen Food orders at the OneTop Store can cost a daily wage of Rp.130,000 (one hundred and thirty thousand) to be the optimal wage cost per day. when compared with the previous calculation without using the Hungarian method by paying wages of Rp. 175,000 (one hundred and seventy five) per day. Based on the application of the Hungarian method, it is effective in determining an assignment and placement of workers so that they can work more effectively on a better and optimal Frozen Food ordering process.
