Abstract

Desa Sawah Lebar Baru, binaan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Bengkulu, merupakan lokasi di mana sejumlah Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) mengalami kesulitan dalam memasarkan produk serta menciptakan konten yang menarik bagi konsumen. Situasi ini berpotensi menghambat pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif, yang menjadi fokus utama Pembangunan Berkelanjutan. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, dilakukan pelatihan fotografi produk dan strategi pemasaran menggunakan media sosial Instagram bisnis. Metode pelatihan mencakup tahapan pra-pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi pasca-pelatihan. Peserta diberikan pemahaman dasar tentang teknik fotografi produk dan aplikasi penyuntingan Blend. Peserta juga diajarkan strategi pemasaran media sosial Instagram bisnis. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta, dengan peningkatan persentase mencapai 135%, 104.55%, dan 83.33% untuk aplikasi penyuntingan, fotografi produk, dan penggunaan Instagram Bisnis. Meskipun ada variasi dalam peningkatan, dampak positifnya masih terasa. Pelatihan ini membantu UMKM Sawah Lebar Baru meningkatkan kualitas produk dan daya tarik pasar, sekaligus mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif. Pengabdian ini memberikan manfaat signifikan dengan meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi peserta dalam pemasaran media sosial, sesuai dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The design of the steel frame structure for beam, column and beam-column elements which takes quite a lot of time makes engineers it difficult forin the field of building construction. Engineers have to do several experiments to findsteel profiles IWF and HCS that are safe, efficient and economical. The problems that arise due to the length of the design process are the basis for this research. The research was conducted on 100 profiles IWF and HCS which consisted of 81 profiles IWF and 19 profiles HCS. The analysis was carried out with reference to SNI 1729:2015. The results of this study are in the form of moment capacity graphs and tables of axial capacity of steel profiles as well as coefficients of m and U. Moment capacity graphs and tables of axial capacity of IWF and HCS profiles produced can assist in designing safe and efficient steel profiles as beam, column and column elements. column beam. Efficiency testing of steel profiles used as beam-column elements proves that the safety profile of the axial resisting profile and ultimate moment is close to the value 1.

Abstract

Budaya Alam Minangkabau (BAM) sebagai Mata Pelajaran Muatan Lokal diimplementasikan kembali pada Kurikulum Merdeka sebagai Mata Pelajaran Keminangkabauan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melengkapi tulisan dari Afrilya dkk., (2020) yang menyatakan faktor penyebab diberhentikannya BAM di Sumatera Barat, sehingga diperlukan solusi untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Sumber utama penelitian ini adalah sepuluh literatur yang diperoleh dari platform elektronik yang terindeks sinta, seperti Portal Garuda, Google Scholar, dan Direct of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) yang publish pada tahun 2019 sampai 2023. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Mata Pelajaran Keminangkabauan membutuhkan perhatian: 1) Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Barat 2) tim pengembangan kurikulum tingkat daerah 3) sekolah dan komite 4) Guru 5) Perguruan Tinggi Sumatera Barat 6) Balai Besar Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (BBPMP) Sumatera Barat dan 7) tokoh masyarakat seperti Lembaga Kerapatan Adat Alam Minangkabau (LKAAM). Penyediaan sarana dan prasarana pendukung merupakan tindakan yang dapat dilakukan sekolah dan komite untuk berhasil mengimplementasikan mata pelajaran Keminangkabauan dalam kurikulum Merdeka. Guru Keminangkabauan yang berpartisipasi aktif dalam MGMP/KKG dapat memperluas pandangan dan pengetahuannya dalam berbagai hal. Selain itu, juga perlu bekerja sama dengan Perguruan Tinggi, BBPMP dan LKAAM sebagai Lembaga yang memberikan sarana untuk melestarikan budaya dan Adat Minangkabau.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini membahas kampanye kebersihan dan sanitasi di Jalan Haluoleo, Kelurahan Mokoau, Kota Kendari, untuk meningkatkan perilaku bersih masyarakat. Kampanye ini melibatkan observasi awal, pemasangan poster edukatif, dan aksi pungut sampah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga kebersihan ruang publik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga kebersihan meningkat setelah kampanye, meskipun masih diperlukan peningkatan fasilitas pendukung seperti tempat sampah. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan interaktif dan partisipatif dalam kampanye kebersihan untuk mencapai perubahan perilaku yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Suku Rejang merupakan suku asli wilayah Bengkulu dan suku tertua di Sumatera yang mendominasi wilayah Kabupaten Kepahiang dengan menghuni rumah panggung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi sistem spasial rumah panggung Suku Rejang berdasarkan denah, susunan ruang, dan hirarki ruang menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengamati kondisi eksisting ruang rumah panggung untuk mengidentifikasi sistem spasial pad objek amatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tipe rumah panggung Suku Rejang di kabupaten Kepahiang berbentuk persegi panjang dengan perubahan memendek maupun memanjang. Lantai dasar mengalami perubahan dari yang tidak difungsikan menjadi ruang-ruang yang mendukung aktivitas profesi dan hunian di lantai tengah. Lantai tengah yang mengalami perubahan pada dopoa dan ga-ang. Faktor yang melatarbelakangi perubahan ruang berupa : faktor sosial, budaya, pengetahuan, mata pencaharian, teknologi, usia bangunan, ekonomi, gaya hidup, aktivitas dan minat serta keinginan pemilik rumah. The Rejang Tribe is indigenous to the Bengkulu region and the oldest tribe in Sumatra, which dominates the Kepahiang Regency area by living in stilt houses. The purpose of this study was to identify the spatial system of the Rejang Tribe's stilt houses based on the floor plan, spatial arrangement, and spatial hierarchy using a qualitative descriptive approach by observing the existing conditions of the stilt house space to identify the spatial system in the observed object. The results showed that the type of Rejang Tribe's stilt house in Kepahiang Regency is rectangular with changes in shortening or lengthening. The ground floor has been transformed from unused space into areas that support professional activities, while the middle floor now houses residential units. The middle floor has changed to the dopoa and ga-ang. Factors underlying changes in space include social factors, culture, knowledge, livelihood, technology, building age, economy, lifestyle, activities, interests, and the homeowner's desires.

Abstract

Education in this country is still dominated by a uniform national curriculum that does not fully provide space for the individual development of students' talents. This results in many students' potential not being optimally explored because the learning approach does not take into account cultural context and diversity of talents. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the implementation of a talent-based curriculum integrated with local cultural values in shaping strategies for developing students' talents. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects consist of teachers, school principals, and students involved in the implementation of the talent-based curriculum. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, using instruments such as interview guides, observation sheets, and document checklists. Data were analyzed using inductive thematic analysis with steps of coding, categorization, theme identification, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that a talent-based curriculum can be effectively implemented through the integration of local cultural values, particularly the philosophy of “Alam Takambang Jadi Guru.” Teachers act as facilitators and mentors in designing adaptive, collaborative, and contextual learning tailored to students' interests and talents in the fields of art, sports, technical skills, and language. In conclusion, the implementation of a talent-based curriculum integrated with local wisdom can create a holistic and empowering learning environment. This research implies the importance of developing a culture-based education model as an innovative alternative in supporting personalized learning and the development of students' talents.

Abstract

This article describes the research result of the effect of adding fly ash and water concentration of clay on red bricks’ compressive strength. Fisis characteristic and bricks’ compressive strength is according to SNI 15-2094-2000. Variation of fly ash that were used were 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30% from the weight of clay. Adding water concentration was based on three criterions of mortar clay condition, namely hard, normal, and soft. Hardmortar clayis a condition of the clay mixture which used less water than the normal mixture. Normal mixture is a condition ofthe clay mixture which usedwater based on usual concentration in brick factory. Soft mixture is a condition ofthe clay mixture that used much water than normal mixture. In this research, there are 8 sample for normal bricks and there are 144 sample for variation bricks. The optimum value of compressive strength for hard and normal mixture of variation bricks were obtained in 10% of fly ash variation which increased 33,59%, and 2,82% from normal bricks. Compressive strength for soft mixture of bricks was obtained in 5% of fly ash variation which increased 28,25% from normal bricks.

Abstract

Red brick is a building element used in the construction of buildings and made of clay plus water with or without material mixture of other materials. Fly ash and rice husk ash contain silica. Silica is a material that has the nature of pozzolan which can increase the compressive strength of the brick when mixed with the soil. This study aims to determine the effect of the addition of fly ash and rice husk ash (ASP) to the value of compressive strength of clay brick. The process of making the test specimen follows the procedure in the brick factory.Variations of specimens made were normal bricks and bricks with the addition of fly ashand rice husk ash (ASP) used were 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% to the weight of clay.The number of test specimens of each percentage of fly ash and rice husk ash (ASP) as much as 12 specimens. The method of testing of red brick strength is referred to SNI 15-20942000. The result of the research shows that the compressive strength of the clay brick has decreased from normal clay brick by 38,97 kg/cm². The biggest decrease in compressive strength value obtaines at clay brick with 30% ashes (48,04%) and the smallest decreased obtaines at clay brick compressive strength in clay brick with 5% ash (5,98%). The decrease of the compressive strength is influenced by the amount of ash addition, water quantity and moisture content.

Abstract

Eggshell powder is obtained from crushed dried eggshell waste. Egg shells contain 97% calcium carbonate. The large calcium content has the potential to be used in cement. This study aims to determine the compressive strength and absorption of mortar by adding 2,5% to 15% eggshell powder with a range of 2,5%. The method of manufacture and test compressive strength and absorption of the mortar refers to SNI 03-6825-2002 and SNI 15-2049-2004. The total of mortar cubes are 84 pieces with dimensions 50 mm. Each variation has 8 mortar cubes for compressive strength and 4 mortar cubes for absorption. The range of initial flow values used are 105%-115%. Mortar cubes soaked for 26 days and test of mortar conducted at 28 days. The highest value of mortar compressive strength occurred in addition 12,5% eggshell powder (13,49 Mpa) with increased percentage of 22,04% from the normal mortar. The smallest value of mortar absorption occurred in addition 12,5% eggshell powder (8,76%).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the comparison of compressive strength mortar with additional material rice husk ash to normal mortar. Rice husk ash used has been burned at high temperatures above 400°C. The percentages of rice husk ash used are 6%, 9%, 12%, and 15% with 7 samples in each variations. The total of mortar cubes are 105 pieces sized 50mm x 50mm x 50mm. The range of initial flow values are used 105%-115% (SNI 03-6882-2002). The test specimen was immersed for 13, 20, and 27 days and mortar compressive strength test was conducted at the age of 14, 21, and 28 days. The highest compressive strength occurred at 9% variation with an average compressive strength value of 13,24 MPa, with a percentage increase of 10,15% from normal mortar. The lowest compressive strength occurred at 6% variation with an average compressive strength value of 11,22 MPa, with percentage decrease of 6,66% from normal mortar. The result shows that the use of rice husk ash with variation 9% and 12% produce higher compressive strength than normal mortar.
