Abstract

Rendahnya kualitas pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan disebabkan oleh berbagai factor seperti faktor internal yang terdiri dari umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan dan masa kerja serta faktor eksternal yang terdiri dari pengetahuan, beban kerja dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang berhubungan dengan kualitas dan kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan di Puskesmas Kota Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel adalah 152 orang perawat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan distribusi pengetahuan perawat sebagian besar tinggi yaitu sebanyak 91 orang (59,9%), beban kerja perawat sebagian besar rendah yaitu sebanyak 87 orang (57,2%) dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi perawat sebagian besar tidak mampu yaitu sebanyak 90 orang (59,2%). Hasil uji statistik chi square ada hubungan umur, pendidikan, masa kerja, pengetahuan, beban kerja dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dengan kualitas dan kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan (p Value < ?=0,05). Variabel pemanfaatan teknologi informasi memiliki nilai odd ratio = 6,543 dan 12,68 yang merupakan odd ratio terbesar dalam pemodelan sehingga menjadi variabel paling dominan yang berhubungan dengan kualitas dan kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan.    Kata kunci: dokumentasi keperawatan, kualitas, kelengkapan   FACTORS RELATED TO THE QUALITY AND COMPLETENESS OF NURSING DOCUMENTATION   ABSTRACT The low quality of nursing care documentation is caused by various factors such as internal factors which consist of age, sex, education, length of work and external factors which consist of knowledge, workload and utilization of information technology. The purpose of this study was to identify factors related to the quality and completeness of nursing documentation in the Health Center, Pekanbaru City. This is quantitative research with cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling with a sample of 152 nurses. The results showed that the distribution of nurses' knowledge was mostly high as many as 91 people (59.9%), the workload of nurses was mostly low at 87 people (57.2%) and the utilization of information technology for nurses was mostly inadequate namely as many as 90 people ( 59.2%). The chi square statistical test results have a relationship between age, education, years of service, knowledge, workload and utilization of information technology with the quality and completeness of nursing documentation (p Value <? = 0.05). The variable information technology utilization has an odd ratio = 6.543 and 12.68 which is the largest odd ratio in modeling so that it becomes the most dominant variable associated with the quality and completeness of nursing documentation.   Keywords: nursing documentation, quality, completeness

Abstract

This analysis aims to develop learners worksheets based on Creative Problem Solving (CPS) with authentic learning to improve creative thinking skills. The steps of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) model are 1) Understanding the challenge, 2) Generating ideas, 3) Preparing for action and 4) Planning your approach. In the learning model of Creative Problem Solving (CPS) aims to increase creative thinking skills of learners by using authentic learning. Type of research is developmental research (research and development) using a 4-D model. The research phases are define, design, development and (disseminate). One step in define phase is the learners’ analysis that is limited to creative thinking skills analysis. The respondents selected in this study are students of class X MIPA 3 which consists of 35 students which are in SMAN 2 Padang. The analytical instrument used in this study is by using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques performed is in the form of scoring using Likert scale. For each item of statement provides 4 (four) alternative answers. Based on the analysis of data that has been done, research results can be stated, that is the average level of Creative Thinking Skills of learners is 48.6%, where 47.4% of learners are able to think fluently ( fluency ) ; 48.3% of learners are able to think flexibly ( flexibility ) ; 45% of learners are able to think originally ( originality ) ; and 53.7% learners are able to think in detail ( elaboration ). Overall, the levelof Creative Thinking Skill of learners is still in the low category. The suggested suggestion based on the result of field study is the condition of the learners is good, by using Creative Problem Solving (CPS) model, it is expected that the learners' learning result can be improved on the harmonic vibration material to improve the creative thinking skill of the learners in authentic learning contained in learners worksheets.

Abstract

Masa remaja terjadi apa yang dinamakan growth sport atau pertumbuhan cepat, juga pubertas. Fase ini ditandai dengan terjadinya pertumbuhan fisik disertai perkembangan mental kognitif, psikis, juga terjadi proses tumbuh kembang reproduksi yang mengatur fungsi seksualitas. Perilaku seksual merupakan segala tingkah laku yang didorong oleh hasrat seksual, baik dengan lawan jenisnya maupun dengan sesama jenis. Perilaku seksual remaja yang dilakukan saat berpacaran terdiri dari berbagai tahapan yaitu berpegangan tangan, berpelukan, berciuman, meraba bagian payudara, petting, oral sex dan berhubungan badan (Sexual Intercours). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas peer group education terhadap perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja di desa Kotabaru Martapura Ulu Timur Sumatra Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasy Eksperimental One Group Pretest-Postest dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel Quota Sampling. Hasil uji menunjukkan peer group education efektif terhadap perilaku seksual berisiko meliputi pengetahuan dengan p value 0,000, sikap dengan p value 0,000, dan tindakan dengan p value 0,031. Peer Group Education ini direkomendasikan kepada petugas kesehatan untuk melakukan promosi kesehatan guna memberikan informasi dan mengontrol remaja agar tidak mengarah kepada perilaku seksual yang berisiko.

Abstract

Hypertension requires patients to adhere to a medication regimen that needs to be adhered to for life to control blood pressure and prevent complications. A related factor to medication adherence is patients' health literacy, which influences their ability to maintain hypertension prescription regimens. This factor is critical in managing chronic diseases, such as hypertension, to achieve optimal health. This study aims to investigate the relationship between health literacy and medication adherence in patients with hypertension. The study was conducted at public health care centers in West Sumatra. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The researchers used a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, for a total sample of 175 respondents. Data were collected using the Morisky Medication Adherence (MMAS-8) and Health Literacy Survey Europe-16 (HLS-EU-Q16) questionnaires. Data were processed using computerization with chi-square test. The results showed that 41.7% of patients with hypertension have sufficient health literacy, and 46.9% have low levels of medication adherence. In addition, 52.3% with inadequate health literacy had low levels of medication adherence. The statistical test results obtained a p-value = 0.001 (p < 0.005), indicating a relationship between health literacy and medication adherence. It is essential to improve hypertension treatment adherence by improving the health literacy of patients with hypertension.

Abstract

Mahasiswa baru menghadapi kesulitan dalam transisi ke kehidupan di perguruan tinggi, yang yang akan memicu respon psikologis sehingga dapat menurunkan kesejahteraan psikologis. Salah satu penyebab menurunnya kesejahteraan psikologis adalah stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat stres dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada mahasiswa baru Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Andalas angkatan A 2023. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa baru program studi Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Andalas angkatan A 2023. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 121 orang dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan bentuk simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Student Nursing Stress Index (SNSI) dan Ryff’s Scale of Psychological Well-Being (RPWB). Analisis data menggunakan uji Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan tingkat stres dengan kesejahteraan psikologis (p=0,006) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (r=-0,249) memiliki arti negatif (berlawanan), yaitu semakin tinggi tingkat stres maka semakin rendah kesejahteraan psikologis, dengan kekuatan korelasi lemah. Diharapkan untuk pihak fakultas dapat mempertimbangkan untuk lebih meningkatkan pelaksanaan program kampus sehat terutama yang berfokus pada program kesehatan psikologis dan mahasiswa yang mengalami kesejahteraan psikologis yang rendah disarankan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan klinis dan berkonsultasi dengan psikiater/ psikolog agar mendapatkan penanganan yang lebih tepat.

Abstract

At the university level, critical thinking is an essential yet challenging skill for EFL students. EFL students often face various barriers to developing this skill. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that influence EFL students' abilities and to investigate the strategies they employ to develop critical thinking skills in academic writing. This study used a qualitative research design with a case study approach while the data was collected through semi-structured interviews with ten participants, specifically eighth-semester students majoring in English at a public University in Jambi. The researcher used purposive sampling to select participants based on specific criteria. The researcher used thematic analysis as a method to examine and interpret the collected data. The findings show that EFL students face several factors that affect their ability to develop critical thinking in academic writing including personal competence factors (lack of topical knowledge), linguistic factors (grammar and vocabulary), and psychological factors (low motivation, lack of self-confidence, and anxiety in supervision),. However, despite these influencing factors, EFL students also apply strategies to overcome challenges when developing critical thinking in academic writing, specifically self-management, technology support, learning atmosphere, support system, and mentorship schedule management. It can be concluded that this research is expected to be useful as suggestions and recommendations aimed to develop critical thinking in academic writing, especially for Indonesian students at the undergraduate level.

Abstract

Background: Students are one of the groups that are prone to experiencing anxiety psychological problems. Anxiety in students is caused by several factors, one of which is Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). The purpose of this study was to measure the relationship between Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and anxiety in the Andalas University A S1 student program. Methods: This research is a quantitative study with a correlational design using a cross sectional approach with a sample of 237 respondents who were selected using stratified random sampling according to the inclusion criteria that have been set. The instruments used in this study were Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7 (GAD-7) and Adverse Childhood Experiences International Questionnaire (ACE-IQ). Results: In the univariate analysis, the mean score of ACEs in Andalas University Nursing A S1 students was 2.47 with the highest mean dominance, namely neglect and the average anxiety score for Andalas University Nursing A S1 students was 8.24. Bivariate analysis in this study used the Pearson Product Moment test. Conclusion: The results showed that there was a significant relationship between Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and anxiety (p-value = 0.000) which had a positive or one-way correlation (r = 0.235) with a weak correlation strength. It is expected that educational institutions will conduct counseling programs and special interventions to prevent and overcome student problems.Keywords: Adverse childhood experiences, ACEs, Anxiety, Students, Nursing

Abstract

Background: During the current COVID-19 pandemic, causing an epidemiological and psychological crisis that creates concerns about the mental health of young people around the world which is a source of stress for students to carry out face-to-face learning directly, coping strategies are one of the efforts that can reduce stressors for students. The purpose of this study was to describe the coping strategies of nursing students who returned to face-to-face lectures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: This research is a quantitative research that uses a descriptive design with a sample of 166 respondents, using a total sampling technique. The instrument used in this study is the Brief-Coping Behavior Questionnaire (Brief-COPE) for coping strategies. Results: The results of this study indicate that more students use problem focused coping strategies with an average of 5.77. Conclusion: This study suggests to students to use coping strategies in order to overcome stressors in students when conducting face-to-face learning directly or clinical practice in hospitals so that students can adapt so as not to interfere with student concentration and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Keywords: COVID-19; coping strategies; student

Abstract

Adolescence is a critical developmental stage marked by physical, psychological, emotional, and social transitions that increase vulnerability to mental health challenges. Internal and external stressors such as academic pressure, peer relationships, and the school environment can heighten the risk of psychological distress. This community service program was conducted on 28 May 2025 at SMKN 1 Lembah Gumanti, Solok, West Sumatra, through collaboration between the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Andalas, and the school community. The program aimed to increase awareness of adolescent mental health and promote preventive strategies through school-based education. The intervention was delivered in three phases: (1) screening and problem assessment using the SRQ-29, (2) educational sessions, and (3) stress management workshops. A total of 196 Grade XI students participated. Pre-test and post-test results demonstrated measurable improvements in knowledge of adolescent mental health (Mean pre-test = 7.69, SD = 1.89; Mean post-test = 8.49, SD = 1.91). Students also reported increased awareness of internal (resilience, emotional regulation, mindfulness) and external (peer support, school environment) factors influencing mental health, as well as confidence in applying stress management techniques. These findings underscore the importance of school-based interventions in raising awareness, strengthening coping skills, and preventing mental health problems among adolescents. Future programs may expand by incorporating peer-support models such as student mental health ambassadors to ensure sustainability and long-term impact.
