This study aims to determine marketing communication strategies in attracting customers to use Bess Finance multipurpose financing services. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The in-depth interviews were conducted with 3 speakers who were internal parties of PT. Bess Finance which is directly related to the implementation of marketing communications at the service company and 2 customers who are domiciled in Palembang. Based on the analysis of the concept of the AIDA model, the results show that how the marketing process by introducing the services offered is able to influence customer interest in making decisions to trust and use Bess Finance multipurpose financing services.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan bekerjasama dengan Panitia Pengawas Pemilu Kecamatan (Panwascam) Suela Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kemampuan komunikasi tenaga pengawas pemilu di tingkat desa dan tempat pemungutan suara. Kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk Pengawas Kelurahan/Desa (PKD) dan Pengawas Tempat Pemungutan Suara (PTPS) di Kecamatan Suela. Untuk PKD diberikan tiga kemampuan teknis kepemiluan. Pertama, Kemampuan Teknis Fasilitasi dan Pembinaan Kapasitas Pengawas Kelurahan/Desa. Kedua, Kemampuan Teknis Pengawasan Masa Kampanye. Dan ketiga Kemampuan Teknis Fasilitasi Dan Pembinaan Kapasitas PKD dalam Pengawasan Pungut Hitung. Sedangkan untuk Pengawas Tempat Pemungutan Suara (PTPS), kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan penyuluhan tentang kemampuan teknis yang berkaitan dengan, Pertama kemampuan Teknis PTPS Tentang Pengawasan Pemungutan Dan Penghitungan Suara. Kedua, Kemampuan Teknis PTPS Tentang Evaluasi Pemungutan Dan Penghitungan Suara Pada Pemilihan Umum 2024.

Media framing will consciously or unconsciously select information and accentuate certain aspects to shape public perception of an event. This research aims to analyze the framing of the recitation of the Qur'an in the context of interfaith dialogue, particularly on the occasion of Pope Francis' visit to the Istiqlal Mosque. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this research examines in depth how the media, in this case Kompas TV, presented the event. The analysis is focused on the perspective of broadcasting law and contemporary Islamic law. The results show that the practice of reciting the Qur'an in the context of interfaith dialogue has great potential in promoting the values of tolerance and pluralism. However, there are different views among scholars regarding the limits of this practice. Legally, although there is no specific regulation, the general principles in the Broadcasting Law provide room for the practice. Meanwhile, from the perspective of Islamic law, there are differences of opinion among scholars regarding the permissibility of this practice. Qur'anic recitation in the context of interfaith dialogue can be an effective means of building better understanding between religious communities. However, it is important to maintain a balance between the spirit of inclusiveness and the prevailing religious principles. This study will identify the common ground and differences in the perspectives of the two legal systems, as well as their implications for the practice of broadcasting Qur'anic recitations in public spaces.

The transformation of education towards the Education 5.0 era requires human resources, especially teachers, to be prepared in mastering digital literacy that is in line with Islamic values. This study aims to systematically review literature discussing teacher digital literacy in the context of Islamic education, with a focus on the level of Human Resource (HR) readiness in responding to the challenges of the Education 5.0 era. Using a qualitative method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study traces publications from the DOAJ, Scopus, and Google Scholar databases published between 2015 and 2025. The findings indicate that the readiness of Islamic education HR is still in a transitional phase and is not yet evenly distributed among individuals and institutions. Although there have been efforts to integrate digital technology in alignment with Islamic values by some teachers and institutions, its implementation is generally still limited to technical and administrative aspects. Digital literacy has not yet been fully internalized as part of strategic, reflective, and transformative pedagogical reform. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening digital literacy training based on Islamic values, as well as the need for institutional policies and visionary leadership that support the sustainable integration of technology in Islamic education. Transformasi pendidikan menuju era Pendidikan 5.0 menuntut kesiapan sumber daya manusia, terutama guru, dalam menguasai literasi digital yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai keislaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji secara sistematis literatur yang membahas literasi digital guru dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, dengan fokus pada tingkat kesiapan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam merespons tantangan era Pendidikan 5.0. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR), studi ini menelusuri publikasi dari database DOAJ, Scopus, dan Google Scholar yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2025. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan SDM pendidikan Islam masih berada pada fase transisional dan belum merata antar individu maupun lembaga. Meskipun terdapat upaya integrasi teknologi digital yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai keIslaman oleh sebagian guru dan institusi, penerapannya secara umum masih terbatas pada aspek teknis dan administratif. Literasi digital belum sepenuhnya diinternalisasi sebagai bagian dari reformasi pedagogis yang strategis, reflektif, dan transformatif. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan pelatihan literasi digital berbasis nilai Islam serta kebijakan kelembagaan dan kepemimpinan visioner yang mendukung integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan Islam secara berkelanjutan. The rapid development of communication technology in the digital era necessitates significant efforts to address its impacts, beginning with the fundamental unit of society: the family. This research examined digital literacy practices within families of the Muhammadiyah community members in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. This study, employing a qualitative case study approach, it involved 26 purposively selected informants from Muhammadiyah’s administrators. This study conducted from March to July 2024 and utilized four data collection methods: namely observations, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, followed by qualitative analysis. The study revealed that the community generally followed three stages of family-based digital literacy management: First, digital literacy planning and preparation, characterized by internal family agreements and regulations on smartphone use; Second, digital literacy implementation, involving assistance, guidance, and advice on the healthy and correct use of smartphones and social media; and third is evaluation, encompassing control, assessment, and penalties for violations. The Muhammadiyah family-based digital literacy is predominantly preventive and focusing on mitigating negative impacts rather than promoting the positive aspects of technology. This study highlights the importance of comprehensive digital literacy including content and implementation, which should be fostered not only at the personal and family level but also institusionally by community organizations.

Apart from being a medium of entertainment, online games can also be used as a medium of communication between players, because online games have communication features that allow players to interact, even though they are in different places. The intensity of the interaction of free-fire online game players, depending on the duration of the game, the longer the duration of the game they participate in, the potential for negative communication behavior to arise spontaneously. This study found that there was a negative impact of the free-fire online game on the negative behavior and forms of communication of children playing free-fire online games in Bile Tepung Hamlet, West Lombok.

The North Lombok Regional General Election Commission (KPUD) is a state institution that regulates the implementation of democratic contestation at the regional level of North Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara Province. One of the main functions of the regional KPU is to carry out political communication activities to socialize the stages of the General Election (Election) to the public so that people's political participation increases. This study examines how the political communication strategy carried out by The North Lombok Regional General Election Commission (KPUD), from the aspects of Process, planning, messages, political communication media and community participation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, research data is obtained from various sources. The results of this study show that the process, planning, messaging, and political communication media of The North Lombok Regional General Election Commission (KPUD) in the 2024 election are carried out through political education, the use of cultural facilities, watching tancap screen movies together, through collection and counting simulations at TPS Real. Through the cooperation of local mass media, and the KPU Goes To School program. All of these activities are to awaken, and foster public awareness to go to the Polling Station (TPS).
