Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hunungan Antara Kepemimpinan Transformal dengan Kepala Sekolah dan Kompetensi Kepala Sekolah dengan Manajemen Mutu Pendidikan SDIT di Kecamatan Serang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kepala Sekolah SDIT di Kecamatan Serang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasi. Desain ini hanya melihat apakah ada hubunga antara kepemimpinan transformasional Kepala Sekolah dan Kompetensi Kepala Sekolah dengan manajemen mutu pendidikan SDIT di Kecamatan Serang. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan: (1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolaht ransformasional terhadap manajemen mutu pendidikan sebesar 59,3 %. (2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi kepala sekolah dengan manajemen mutu pendidikan sebesar 2,2%. (3) Terdapat? pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah transformasional dan kompetensi Kepala Sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap manajemen mutu pendidikan sebesar 59.6%. Dari data hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama, yaitu: adanya hubungan anatara kepemimpinan transformasional Kepala Sekolah dan kompetensi Kepala Sekolah dengan manajemen mutu pendidikan.Kata Kunci : ?Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kompetensi Kepala Sekolah, Managemen Mutu Pendidikan

Abstract

 AbstractThis research was conducted for the purpose of described the implementation of a Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 at vocational school (case study at SMK N 3 Pontianak). The method used in this research is a case study. Researchers conducted a series of activities in the field, ranging from the assessment to the study site, study orientation and continued with studies focused way. In this study the data captured by the approach of in-depth interviews and observation.Data analysis techniques used Miles and Hubberman model data analysis techniques which reduction of the data, verification or presentation of the data and the withdrawal of the conclusion.  Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of the QMS ISO 9001:2008 through eight quality management system principles at SMK N 3 Pontianak has been effective, that eight principles have been implemented simultaneously and integrated with the ISO 9001:2008 QMS principles. Therefore some obstacles faced through implemented in the eight principles QMS  of ISO 9001:2008.Some obstaclesin the eight principles include 1) customer focus, 2) leadership, 3) involving people, 4) process approach, 5) system approach, 6) continuous improvement, 7) factual decision, 8) mutually beneficial supplier relationship.Those obstacles could be concluded rever to changing attitudes, mental behavioral all the elements that exist in the school, such as low of self-initiative, sense of quality and sense of responsibility. There are some corrective action to carried out those obstacles. Moreover there are some impact which implemented QSM ISO 9001:2008 at SMK N 3 Pontianak such as quality of education graduated absorption characterized by a high rate, graduation rae each year, good working environment, external custumer satisfaction at school graduated so that can be fulfilled for customer satisfaction.        Keywords: Quality Management System (QMS), Customer Satisfaction, Vocational Education

Abstract

Abstrak:   Kemajuan dan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi saat ini telah memasuki berbagai bidang kehidupan masyarakat, yang akan berdampak pada kehidupan masyarakat. Perkembangan informasi dan teknologi (IT) saat ini menjadi sebuah keniscayaan di era saat ini. Di era teknologi ini, setiap manusia akan selalu terikat dengan alat informasi visual yang menyertainya, yaitu media massa. Munculnya era digital ini akan memberikan manfaat yang besar untuk melakukan kegiatan dakwah Islam. Media massa dianggap sebagai pilar keempat dalam menegakkan demokrasi di suatu negara, menandakan bahwa media massa sangatlah penting. Secara umum, media massa merupakan sarana komunikasi massa. Dakwah merupakan suatu proses penyampaian, ajakan atau seruan kepada orang lain atau kepada masyarakat agar bersedia memeluk, mempelajari, dan mengamalkan ajaran agama dengan penuh kesadaran. Keberadaan media massa memberikan suasana baru bagi penyampaian pesan-pesan dakwah yang lebih dinamis dan fleksibel, tentunya mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Dalam konteks dakwah Islam, media massa memiliki peran penting sebagai sarana untuk menyebarkan pesan-pesan Islam secara global.   Abstract:  The progress and development of science and technology has now entered various fields of community life, which will have an impact on people's lives. The development of science in the field of information and technology (IT) is currently a necessity in the current era. In this technological era, every human being will always be bound by the visual information tools that accompany him, namely the mass media. The emergence of this digital era will provide great benefits for carrying out Islamic preaching activities. The mass media is considered the fourth pillar in upholding democracy in a country, showing that the mass media is very important. In general, mass media is a means of mass communication. Da'wah is a process of delivery, invitation or appeal to others or to the community to embrace, study, and practice religious teachings consciously. The existence of mass media provides a new atmosphere for the delivery of da'wah messages that are more dynamic and flexible, of course following the times. In the context of Islamic da'wah, mass media has an important role as a means to spread Islamic messages globally.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication between students and lecturers plays an important role in increasing learning motivation both on and off campus. Effective communication is essential to support smooth academic interaction. Meanwhile, religious tolerance encourages individuals to socialize not only with those of the same faith but also with those of different beliefs, thereby creating a harmonious environment. This study aims to explore the dynamics of interpersonal communication and religious tolerance between students and lecturers in an academic setting. This study employed a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, involving 99 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed several indicators of interpersonal communication, including openness (25%), empathy (31%), support (33%), a positive attitude (32%), and equality (34%). Indicators of religious tolerance included care (38%), compassion (38%), mutual respect (40%), openness (44%), and comfort (36%). The average scores for interpersonal communication and religious tolerance were 31% and 39%, respectively. These findings indicate a positive pattern of communication in the academic environment and a fairly good level of tolerance among students and lecturers. The results provide a foundation for designing training programs that strengthen interpersonal communication skills and promote religious tolerance in higher education institutions.

Abstract

Mandalika tourism serves as a key economic driver in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, contributing significantly to regional revenue. To boost tourist arrivals, the local government uses social media, particularly X, as a digital communication platform to promote the destination. This study explores the impact of X-based communication on tourists’ perceptions and decision-making, while also identifying factors that influence the effectiveness of destination promotion. A combination of qualitative and quantitative methods was employed, including a survey of thirty respondents from both within and outside Lombok and a content analysis of tourism-related X posts published between July - December 2024. The survey data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression techniques. Findings demonstrate that X plays a significant role in shaping tourists’ perceptions and increasing awareness of Mandalika. Information relevance and visual content quality emerged as the most influential factors in travel decision-making. However, excessive posting frequency can lead to reduced interest, whereas positive engagement with content increases visitor attraction. Content analysis further reveals high engagement levels, with seventy five percent of posts reflecting positive sentiment and strong support from official accounts and local influencers. The study concludes that X is an effective promotional tool for tourism when supported by relevant, engaging, and data informed communication strategies. These results provide practical insights for tourism stakeholders and policymakers aiming to enhance digital marketing efforts in Mandalika and similar emerging destinations.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the history, Islamic values, and socio-cultural aspects of the Lombok shadow puppet show. This research method uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods, data collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with puppeteers and community leaders, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that Lombok shadow puppets are influenced by Javanese and Balinese culture, but have been adapted to reflect the local identity of the Sasak people. Malat shadow puppets, as one of its types, contain Islamic values ​​such as monotheism, noble morals, and the concept of jihad combined with local culture. This performance also reflects the socio-cultural aspects of the Lombok people, such as belief systems, moral values, social structures, and local traditions. Lombok shadow puppets not only function as entertainment, but also as a medium for preaching and preserving oral traditions. The conclusion shows that Lombok shadow puppets are the result of cultural acculturation that strengthens the identity of the Sasak people and plays an important role in preserving local cultural heritage. Abstract

This study aims to explore the perceptions of students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram towards the normalization of cyberbullying on social media and to formulate appropriate prevention strategies. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive exploratory design. The results of the study indicate that the normalization of cyberbullying occurs due to the lack of social regulation in digital media, low digital literacy, and negative influences from the family and school environment. Students identified forms of cyberbullying such as body shaming, public insults, and hurtful jokes as part of interactions that are often considered "normal". Suggested prevention strategies include digital education, social campaigns, parental and school involvement, and the application of legal sanctions. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of the active role of students as agents of change in creating a healthy and safe digital space through good interaction ethics, as well as building collective awareness of the dangers of normalizing negative behavior on social media. Abstract

The rapid development of communication technology in the digital era necessitates significant efforts to address its impacts, beginning with the fundamental unit of society: the family. This research examined digital literacy practices within families of the Muhammadiyah community members in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. This study, employing a qualitative case study approach, it involved 26 purposively selected informants from Muhammadiyah’s administrators. This study conducted from March to July 2024 and utilized four data collection methods: namely observations, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, followed by qualitative analysis. The study revealed that the community generally followed three stages of family-based digital literacy management: First, digital literacy planning and preparation, characterized by internal family agreements and regulations on smartphone use; Second, digital literacy implementation, involving assistance, guidance, and advice on the healthy and correct use of smartphones and social media; and third is evaluation, encompassing control, assessment, and penalties for violations. The Muhammadiyah family-based digital literacy is predominantly preventive and focusing on mitigating negative impacts rather than promoting the positive aspects of technology. This study highlights the importance of comprehensive digital literacy including content and implementation, which should be fostered not only at the personal and family level but also institusionally by community organizations.

Abstract

The North Lombok Regional General Election Commission (KPUD) is a state institution that regulates the implementation of democratic contestation at the regional level of North Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara Province. One of the main functions of the regional KPU is to carry out political communication activities to socialize the stages of the General Election (Election) to the public so that people's political participation increases. This study examines how the political communication strategy carried out by The North Lombok Regional General Election Commission (KPUD), from the aspects of Process, planning, messages, political communication media and community participation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, research data is obtained from various sources. The results of this study show that the process, planning, messaging, and political communication media of The North Lombok Regional General Election Commission (KPUD) in the 2024 election are carried out through political education, the use of cultural facilities, watching tancap screen movies together, through collection and counting simulations at TPS Real. Through the cooperation of local mass media, and the KPU Goes To School program. All of these activities are to awaken, and foster public awareness to go to the Polling Station (TPS).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Islamic Education to improve aspects of religious and moral development, and what methods are used in the implementation of Islamic educationin Intan Cendekia Islamic Preschool. This research approach is a qualitative research with descriptive qualitative research which aims to explore and obtain accurate and objective data about the implementation of Islamic educationin Intan Cendekia Islamic Preschool. Qualitative data analysis is carried out interactively and takes place continuously at each stage of the research so that it is complete, and the data is saturated. Activities in data analysis, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that the implementation of PAI in Intan Cendekia Islamic Preschool was quite good which was carried out through: (1) planning; (2) implementation; (3) evaluation. The method used in the implementation process is good. The methods chosen are the Play Method, Field Trip Method, Storytelling Method, Habituation Method, and Exemplary Method. In this way, the development of children's religious and moral values can develop properly.
