Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about the efforts made by teacher guidance and counseling at MTs. Roudlotul Banat Sidoarjo to prevent student cheating behavior. Based on the results of the teacher's guidance and counseling research at MTs. Roidlotul Bannat Sidoarjo has made several efforts that are expected to prevent students from cheating. By using system support in the form of information services and orientation guidance which is expected to provide understanding to students in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects regarding cheating behavior

Abstract

Bagi masyarakat Madura, Arek”Celurit”tidak dapat dipisahkan dari budaya dan tradisi disana sampai saat ini. Terutama bagi generasi Y disana yaitu Kelompok anak muda yang juga disebut generasi milenium adalah mereka yang berusia belasan tahun hingga awal tiga puluhan (lahir awal 1980 hingga awal 2000) sendiri sudah mengenal betul makna senjata tradisional arek”clurit”. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif dengan pengambilan data secara wawancara. Penelitian Etnografi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perubahan dalam memaknai arek ”clurit” bagi genearasi Y yang berasal dari Kabupaten Pamekasan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat makna arek’clurit’ bagi generasi Y di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Makna arek”clurit” itu sendiri fungsi secara fisik sebagai senjata tajam, senjata tradisional masyarakat Madura, media pembelajaran pada perguruan pencak silat, sebagai alat pertanian. Secara fungsi sosial arek”clurit”sebagai senjata tajam untuk mempertahankan harga diri dan bentuk keberanian, seperti halnya yang digunakan jika carok atau hanya untuk pegangan jika dalam situasi bahaya istilah lainnya “nyikep” Penelitian ini diharapkan agar generasi Y di Kabupaten Pamekasan dalam memaknai arek”clurit”dapat lebih dikembangkan sehingga dapat melestarikan senjata tajam khas dari Madura tersebut baik secara fungsi fisik maupun secara fungsi sosialnya.

Abstract

The researchers wanted to learn more about the part school counselors play in helping high school kids with mental and emotional difficulties. A qualitative approach involving a literature review was employed for this investigation. An in-depth understanding of a topic or phenomena may be gained through a literature review, and the function of school counselors in helping high school students overcome mental and emotional issues is the focus of this particular review. The information was gathered through reading and analyzing a wide range of resources on the subject at hand, including books, scholarly journals, articles, and other papers; from these, the researcher identified overarching themes and drew definitive conclusions. This study's findings highlight the fact that every kid is an individual with their own set of strengths and weaknesses, and that the school counselor's job will change accordingly. High school students' cognitive and affective growth is greatly aided by the services provided by school counselors. Students' mental and emotional health, as well as their overall well-being and potential, can be greatly aided by the counseling and support offered by school counselors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to look at the efforts or strategies used by BK teachers at SMPN 1 Waru to help students reduce pessimistic attitudes and build their self-confidence in learning activities. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, and descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection methods used are through interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Based on the data collection efforts carried out, it is known that the BK Teacher at SMPN 1 Waru Pamekasan uses a smooth approach when helping students develop their self-confidence in learning. Apart from that, BK teachers also use classical guidance services, individual counseling, and group counseling to help students reduce their pessimistic attitude toward learning.

Abstract

The implementation of character education focused on discipline at MTs Tanwirul Ulum involves the enforcement of school regulations such as morning flag ceremonies, complete uniforms, punctuality, and the active role of guidance counselors in addressing students' behavior that is not yet optimal. The purpose of this study is to explain and describe the support provided by parents and guidance counselors in disciplining students. This research uses a qualitative approach and case study method, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis includes condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that parental support in improving the guidance counseling program and student discipline includes open communication with counselors regarding the child's development and issues, involvement in counseling activities, and creating a conducive learning environment at home. Additionally, parents collaborate with the school through regular meetings with the guidance counselors. In improving student discipline, parents set an example of disciplined behavior, participate in school activities, maintain communication with teachers, provide guidance or reprimands when necessary, offer encouragement, praise achievements, establish clear rules at home, and teach empathy and the importance of discipline in life.

Abstract

The purpose of the seminar is to provide participants with knowledge about the role of parental guidance in shaping the character of 4.0 in children. The implementation method is face-to-face with a duration of 3.5 hours. The equipment used is an LCD projector, laptop, manual, sound system, table, and chairs. Service flow: forming a committee; designing guidebooks, banners, and flyers; making invitations; implementation of seminars and evaluation of seminars. The results of the dedication: the seminar was successful with the following agenda: first the opening by the head of the study program; second, giving material I about character education, character 4.0 in children and the role of parents; third, the provision of material on approaches and guidance techniques; fourth discussion and fifth group photo. Conclusion: the seminar went according to the agenda. Suggestion: the seminar committee provides mini-assignments for seminar participants.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to raise parental awareness of their role as the first agents of moral education in children. Conducted through an educational seminar in Plakpak Village, Pegantenan District, Pamekasan Regency, the program implemented a Participatory Action Research (PAR) model to explore and address issues surrounding moral decline among students. The seminar provided insights on parenting approaches, character education, and moral development in children. Results showed a strong interest from parents in understanding moral education and the importance of collaboration between families and educational institutions. Despite limited attendance, the activity succeeded in promoting constructive dialogue and awareness on parenting practices that support character development.

Abstract

The biggest challenge in the current global era is internalizing the values of honesty, tawadhu values and ta'awun values for children as the essence of the development of spiritual intelligence. This condition is reinforced by the emergence of behavioral phenomena of children who like to lie, fight and commit acts of violence against parents, teachers or other people. This certainly contradicts the values contained in the essence of spiritual intelligence that every child should have. So from that it takes the right effort in overcoming this. The purpose of this study is to find out the efforts that can be used in developing children's spiritual intelligence contained in the concept of ecological counseling. The study method used is the study of literature. The results of the study carried out stated that there were several efforts that could be used in developing children's spiritual intelligence, namely the development of children's spiritual intelligence in the microsystem environment, the first and most important environment in a child's development, including the development of spiritual intelligence

Abstract

Smooth communication is an absolute factor that is needed in building a family and living a household life. Communication can be a means when someone wants to change the attitudes, opinions, or behavior of himself and others. Communication aims to help all family members express their feelings, such as feelings of happiness, sadness, desire to be heard, and the like. With good communication, various changes will be made, especially concerning family life. The success of communication in the family is also directly proportional to the harmony of the environment in this microsystem. If the communication between family members is positive, then the environmental harmony created is also positive, and vice versa. This study was conducted to provide an overview of the use of i-message techniques in forming positive communication patterns in a family. The research method used is a literature review. The results of the research conducted showed that the i-message technique helped build positive communication in the family. The application of this communication technique is carried out in the immediate family and extended family. In the immediate family, it is focused on communication between husband and wife, and both as parents and children (parenting), which is done by reducing the habit of you-message conversation and applying the three principles in Thomas Gordon's Parent Effectiveness Training Books. Then in big family communication patterns, it can be done by reducing you-message conversations and the suitability of time and conditions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine adaptation patterns, policies and efforts made by SDIT Multazam Pamekasan through a quality assurance system in order to optimize the implementation of independent/Merdeka learning. This study uses descriptive research methods and data collection techniques that are carried out, interviews, observation, and documentation. This research involved several important figures in SDIT Multazam Pemekasan. The results of the research conducted show that the principal and the team appointed as the education quality assurance system at SDIT Multazam Pamekasan have carried out their functions effectively and made several additional efforts so that the process of implementing the independent/Merdeka learning curriculum at SDIT Multazam Pamekasan can run well. These efforts are in the form of improvements to the school body by adjusting lesson plans, mentoring teachers and teaching staff, up to the preparation of 10 superior quality assurance programs as differentiating learning which are the output of the independent learning curriculum. These known efforts help increase motivation and interest in learning in students at SDIT Multazam Pamekasan.Keywords: Role, Education Quality Assurance System, Merdeka Learning Curriculum, Interest in Learning.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji pola adaptasi, kebijakan dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh SDIT Multazam Pamekasan melalui sistem penjaminan mutu dalam rangka optimalisasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran mandiri/Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan beberapa tokoh penting di SDIT Multazam Pemekasan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah dan tim yang ditunjuk sebagai sistem penjaminan mutu pendidikan di SDIT Multazam Pamekasan telah menjalankan fungsinya secara efektif dan melakukan beberapa upaya tambahan agar proses penerapan kurikulum pembelajaran mandiri/Merdeka di SDIT Multazam Pamekasan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Upaya tersebut berupa pembenahan badan sekolah dengan melakukan penyesuaian RPP, pendampingan guru dan tenaga kependidikan, hingga penyusunan 10 program penjaminan mutu unggulan sebagai pembeda pembelajaran yang merupakan output dari kurikulum pembelajaran mandiri. Upaya tersebut diketahui membantu meningkatkan motivasi dan minat belajar siswa di SDIT Multazam Pamekasan.Â
