Abstract

Tujuan-dalam penelitian yakni agar dapat mengetahui adanya kaitan atara harga-diri dan dukungan social dengan-kesejahteraan-psikologis,pada pengajar guru yang berada dimadura. Variabel yang diteliti pada penelitian yaitu kesejahteraan psikologis sebagai variabel dependen setelah itu harga diri dan-dukungan-sosial-sebagai variable independent, penelitian-ini-menggunakan-metode-kuantitatif. Subjek-dalam-penelitian-ini-adalah guru memiliki double jobs dan bertempat tinggal dimadura dengan subyek sebanyak 140 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini  ialah skala kesejahteraan psikologi, skala harga diri serta skala, dukungan sosial yang disusun menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis  menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil-analisis-menunjukkan terdapat hubungan harga diri dan dukungan sosial dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada guru dapat diterima Hal ini dilihat dari taraf f hitung sebesar 33.288 pada dan taraf signifikansi 0,000 sehingga hipotesa diteriam, terdapat-hubungan-positif-harga-diri dengan kesejahteraan psikologis, Hal ini dilihat dari taraf thitung sebesar t = 3.718 pada p = 0,000-(p < 0,01) yang berarti diterima, dukungan social tidak mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis pada guru dimadura. Hal ini dilihat dari taraf thitung sebesar t = 1.815 pada p = 0,072 (p < 0,01) yang berarti ditolak. Hasil penelitian diatas disimpukan bahwa kesejahteraan psikogis dapat diterima karna harga diri dan dukungan sosial, namun dukungan sosial tidak mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis pada guru-guru yang ada di Madura.

Abstract

The finance industry is increasingly promoting innovation as a means of growth. It is thought to have created advancements that make transactions easier for users through the mobile banking function. The customer's adoption is also aided by several internal elements at the customer's disposal. This is a quantitative study in Indonesia to determine the link between perceived helpful factors, perceived ease of use, attitude toward usage, and behavioural intention. The data analysis approach used in this study is SEM-PLS. For example, consumer attitude and behaviour, the attitude variable in mobile banking may streamline the transaction process, feels enjoyable, and is easy to use, whereas the online payment application feels simple and ensures its anonymity. Users will find it simple to use the program for online payments, transactions will be secure, and payments for online shops will be considerably more manageable.

Abstract

The research aims to explain and describe modeling techniques, polite behavior, and the impact of modeling techniques on students' helping and polite behavior at Raudhatul Athfal Nurul Hidayah Pemakasan. The research method is qualitative through a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing techniques involve condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques include credibility. Research findings: (1) Modeling techniques: Attention Stage with student conditioning, attracting students' attention through singing and guessing games, and demonstrating helpful and polite behavior. Retention Stage involves recalling demonstrations and applying behavior. The reproduction Stage involves repeating behavior and giving tasks. The motivation Stage involves giving rewards and punishments. (2) Polite and courteous behavior: students helping each other in small matters, such as completing tasks or providing pencils, also being polite to teachers. (3) Impact: Students start helping each other in small matters, such as completing tasks providing pencils, and being polite to teachers.

Abstract

This case study sought to determine the effectiveness of Flipgrid in enhancing the speaking abilities of 20 secondary school teachers representing a variety of subject disciplines. After recording three video monologues and writing reflective journals about their practice experience, all participants responded to questionnaire and interview to express how Flipgrid affected their motivation and self-confidence in speaking English along with their perception of the platform. The interview data was analyzed using Nvivo software by utilizing In Vivo coding. Then, the analysis result was triangulated with the questionnaire. It was concluded that Flipgrid was suitable for participants with English basic proficiency. It also assisted those with intermediate and advanced levels to practice speaking English independently. All participants were motivated due to the excitement, enjoyment, challenge, and self-assurance to speak more effectively. It affected their confidence because their pronunciation, vocabulary, fluency, and grammar improved. Despite minor obstacles in operating Flipgrid, it was considered effective due to its accessibility, helpfulness, and friendliness. This research revealed that using Flipgrid and combining it with face-to-face learning would be a good way to practice speaking English and in future studies, the efficacy of these two strategies would be worth investigated.

Abstract

This study critically analyzes the food delivery digital (video) advertisements by GoFood and GrabFood in Indonesia using Norman Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis approach. It aims to uncover how language in these advertisements shapes social reality and communicates specific ideologies to consumers. Through text analysis, discursive practices, and socio-cultural context, the study evaluates how these advertisements serve as promotional tools and embed social values and norms influencing consumer identity and behavior. The qualitative descriptive methodology focuses on GoFood and GrabFood YouTube advertisments, highlighting the strategic use of language and visual representation. Findings indicate that GoFood “Breaking News” and GrabFood “Hematematika” advertisements optimize linguistic and structural elements to convey ideologies of efficiency and modernity. The discussion explores the implications of these findings within social and cultural practices and their impact on economic and social dynamics. The study contributes to developing more inclusive and representative communication strategies in digital marketing. Further research should investigate similar advertisements in different cultural contexts to understand the broader impact.

Abstract

Tanaman bambu banyak ditemukan di Indonesia mulai dari dataran rendah sampai pegunungan. Di Desa Kalirancang terdapat potensi keahlian atau keterampilan para pengrajin bambu di desa serta budaya masyarakat dalam mengelola dan memanfaatkan tanaman bambu. Pusat Ekonomi (EconHub) yang berisi kegiatan strategi pemasaran, inovasi produk, serta mengenalkan konsep ekonomi kreatif dapat menjadi inovasi dan motivasi pengrajin bambu di Desa Kalirancang untuk meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM pada kerajinan bambu. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan suatu fenomena, peristiwa, gejala dan kejadian secara sistematis, faktual serta akurat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling terhadap Kelompok Pengrajin Bambu di Desa Kalirancang, Kecamatan Alian, Kabupaten Kebumen. Kata Kunci: Bambu, EconHub, Kerajinan Bambu, dan Desa Kalirancang ABSTRACT  Bamboo plants are commonly found in Indonesia, ranging from lowlands to mountainous areas. In the village of Kalirancang, there is potential in the skills and craftsmanship of the bamboo artisans, as well as the community's culture in managing and utilizing bamboo plants. The Economic Center (EconHub), which includes marketing strategy activities, product innovation, and the introduction of creative economy concepts, can serve as an innovation and motivation for bamboo craftsmen in Kalirancang Village to increase the income of small and medium enterprises in bamboo crafts. Quantitative descriptive research aims to systematically, factually, and accurately describe a phenomenon, event, symptom, and occurrence. The sampling was conducted using purposive sampling on the Bamboo Craftsmen Group in Kalirancang Village, Alian District, Kebumen Regency.

Abstract

The implementation of character education focused on discipline at MTs Tanwirul Ulum involves the enforcement of school regulations such as morning flag ceremonies, complete uniforms, punctuality, and the active role of guidance counselors in addressing students' behavior that is not yet optimal. The purpose of this study is to explain and describe the support provided by parents and guidance counselors in disciplining students. This research uses a qualitative approach and case study method, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis includes condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that parental support in improving the guidance counseling program and student discipline includes open communication with counselors regarding the child's development and issues, involvement in counseling activities, and creating a conducive learning environment at home. Additionally, parents collaborate with the school through regular meetings with the guidance counselors. In improving student discipline, parents set an example of disciplined behavior, participate in school activities, maintain communication with teachers, provide guidance or reprimands when necessary, offer encouragement, praise achievements, establish clear rules at home, and teach empathy and the importance of discipline in life.

Abstract

The application of understanding short hadiths in shaping the prosocial behavior of children at RA-B Al-Mardiyah needs to be developed in accordance with the behavior exemplified by the Prophet. . So the researchers took the initiative to conduct research at the institution with the aim of knowing the application of understanding short hadiths in shaping children's prosocial behavior and to find out the forms of children's prosocial behavior in RA-B Al- Mardiyah. The approach used in this research is qualitative with the type of case study research. While the data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis used is data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study indicate that (1) the method used by teachers at RA-B Al- Mardiyah through the 6M method, namely, reciting words, repeating readings, alternating reading between teachers and students, reciting together, moving both hands and sing with joy. (2) Forms of children's prosocial behavior include helping behavior, sharing, working together, donating, being honest, generous and prioritizing the rights and welfare of others.

Abstract

The Joker film aired in Indonesia on October 2, 2019. This film was widely discussed by the audience and succeeded in bringing the audience into the atmosphere of the film. This is because the problems that are taken often occur in the life of the general public. This film tells the story of Arthur aka Joker, whose life is filled with sadness, cheating, injustice as a lower middle-class citizen so that he is treated inappropriately by society and his family. Everything that happened to him resulted in the victim becoming the perpetrator of violence. Researchers are interested in analyzing the Joker film more deeply, and this is because the shows in the film contain violence that can trigger various physical and mental conditions such as aggressive behaviour, violent behaviour, bullying, fear, depression and nightmares for those who watch it. The purpose of this research is to find out how the representation of violence in the Joker film viewed from the Semiotics of Roland Barths to determine a meaning using the concepts of denotation, connotation, and myths taken from several scenes that represent the value of violence in the Joker film. The findings from the results of this study indicate that there are 16 scenes that present violence. The violence is in the form of physical violence, psychological violence, financial violence, functional violence, and rational violence. The Joker film shows that perpetrators of violence still often occur in life, even victims can become perpetrators of what happened to them. Often times people think this is normal because not everyone understands the importance of humanity and justice for others.

Abstract

Community empowerment is a very important service activity and must be carried out in an effort to free the community from various adversity, backwardness and backwardness. One of the villages that is considered necessary for community empowerment activities to be carried out is the village of Tamberu Alet Batustar, Batumarmar, Pamekasan. The community empowerment activities in the village are carried out with an interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral approach, namely through service programs. This service is carried out in two fields, namely economics and education. In the field of student education, it has been carried out successfully by holding an educational program for the mindset of kindergarten parents through teaching, mentoring and in the field of economics making products.
