Abstract

AbstrakKemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi pada era globalisasi yang di mulai pada tahun 2000an membuat kehidupan manusia diwarnai penggunaan teknologi digital. Tidak terkecuali di dunia pendidikan dimana tenaga pendidik dituntut mampu menghadirkan kebaruan melalui pembelajaran berbasis digital. Oleh karena itu PT.Telkom hadir melalui Program Indonesia Digital Learning untuk memberdayakan guru sekolah dasar dan menengah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah program ini mampu memberdayakan peserta program dalam meningkatkan kapasitas mereka untuk melakukan pembelajaran berbasis digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rangkaian pelatihan berbasis digital secara intensif yang diberikan kepada tenaga pendidik mampu meningkatkan kemampuan dasar digital yang dimiliki oleh peserta ke tingkat yang lebih baik dari sebagai pengguna dasar perangkat pembelajaran digital menjadi instruktur terlatih yang selain mampu menghadirkan ragam pembelajaran berbasis digital di kelas yang mereka ajar juga mampu berkolaborasi dan berbagi kepada tenaga pengajar lain di sekolah mereka maupun di tingkat pelatihan nasional.Kata Kunci: Peningkatan-Kapasitas, Pendidikan, Program Pembelajaran Digital, Tenaga Pendidik. AbstractThe progress of information and communication technology in the era of globalization which began in the 2000s made human life colored by the use of digital technology. No exception in the world of education where educators are required to be able to present novelty through digital based learning. Therefore PT. Telkom is present through the Indonesia Digital Learning Program to empower primary and secondary school teachers in Indonesia. This study aims to determine whether this program is able to empower program participants in increasing their capacity to conduct digital based learning. The results showed that the intensive digital-based training series provided to educators was able to improve the basic digital capabilities of the participants to a better level than the basic users of digital learning devices to be trained instructors who were able to present a variety of digital-based learning in the classroom. they teach also be able to collaborate and share with other teaching staff in their schools and at the national training level.Keywords: Capacity-Building, Education, Digital Learning Programs, Educators.

Abstract

Village development is a priority in national development, because it is closely related to the third point of the President's Nawacita which states that it is developing Indonesia from the periphery by strengthening regions and villages within the framework of a unitary state. This study aims to describe the impact of BUMDES on the welfare of rural communities. BUMDES is one of the programs to strengthen the role of the region. village aik batu buding, Belitung Districts, Bangka Belitung Islands Province has become one of the best BUMDES in the Province in 2016, because it is interesting to see the impact of the existence of BUMDES in the village on community welfare. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and used in-depth interview and observation techniques. The results of the study have shown that BUMDES has had an impact on the village economy. BUMDES has an impact on community business development in Aik Batu Buding Village. In addition, BUMDES encourages people to start a new business according to the potential of the community. The impact of other BUMDES is to improve the level of children's education and improve public health

Abstract

This undergraduate thesis discusses about the correlation of work-life balance to job satisfaction among Yayasan Plan International Indonesia’s Employees. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive design. This research is background by the importance of employee’s satisfaction in the Human Service Organization’s setting. Meanwhile, the research about employee’s job satisfaction among Human Service Organization is still rare. The result of this research shows that there’s a very weak correlation between the level work-life balance to the level of job satisfaction among Yayasan Plan International Indonesia’s Employees. This can be caused by the difference in characteristic between HSO and company. Job satisfaction in HSO may not always be correlated with the level of work-life balance. It can be correlated with its characteristic, people as a raw material, unclear and problematic organizatinons goals, uncertainty in determining service technology, and intensive interaction between employee and client as one of core activities in HSO

Abstract

The study discusses about individualized outcome evaluation of young entrepreneur program evaluation at ministry of cooperatives and small medium enterprises for five beneficiaries from Jakarta City in 2012. This research used a qualitative approach with evaluation research. While collecting data using in-depth interview with 7 informans which consist 5 beneficiaries program and 2 program staff. This result of study show that 4 beneficiaries has achieve an outcome program because of the trainee characteristics, training design, work environment, attitude and self concept and design entrepreneurship factors support and 1 beneficiaries has a barrier in work environment, attitude and self concept and entrepreneurship design factors.

Abstract

This research is a study summative evaluation PUK Strengthening Program in Solo with a quantitative approach. The goal is to measure outcome indicators and analyzes the factors that influence the achievement of outcomes based on aspects of the process and input. The analysis was done by means of univariate and bivariate with cross table, Chi Square and Kendall Tau. The results showed that the outcome indicators has not been achieved. Factors that influence the outcome of the process aspect are ability to identify and solve problems, quality of production, volume of business, business innovation, profit exhibitions, as well as participation in training. Input factors affecting outcome that is age and education of respondents

Abstract

This article describes the effort in protecting children in need of special protection, especially to the family who have children in risk of being economically exploitated or children who have been economically exploitated by their parents. The problems of these children occur because they cannot access the basic services for them. This happened not only because the limited services from the government, but this could also happened because of the family life-style or the process of child rearing undertaken by their parents. Therefore this article describes the efforts in improving the resiliciency of poor family with children in the risk of being economically exploitated or children who have been economically exploitated by their parents or by their environments.

Abstract

Background of this research is based on the increasing opportunities for women to work. The aims of this research are to find out correlation between double role conflict with performance, and correlation between social support with performance of women civil servants at Social Welfare Office in Province of North Sumatra. Which is done at 85 respondents in 99 total respondents, this research indicates that correlation between double role conflict with performance, through Gamma test, has intermediate or enough degree of association in -0,423 and not be significant. Whereas, correlation between social support with performance, through Gamma test, has intermediate or enough degree of association in 0,470 and significance.

Abstract

To be able to realize child welfare, the family, society and the government should pay attention to the rights and needs of children. To ensure the psychological dan social development, children need love, understanding, recreational atmosphere, creative stimulation, self-actualization, and intellectual development. Therefore they require early socialization and basic education, the teaching of social responsibility, social roles and basic skills in order to become useful citizens. Children from poor families are often raised with parenting less conducive to their growth and development. One of the efforts undertaken is through communication training for mothers from poor families. Through this training the parents are expected to create an atmosphere conducive to the development of children.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study attempts to see the implementation of leadership development education programs as an effort to empower youth as an effort to empower youth. The leadership development education program that was highlighted was a leadership development program implemented by the non-profit organization named Rumah Kepemimpinan. This study will discuss how the implementation of leadership development education programs is one of the steps to empower youth, especially in capacity building related to aspects of knowledge, skills and attitudes. This study is taken with a qualitative approach that will involve a number of informants from internal organizations and beneficiaries. From the results obtained, the beneficiaries felt significant results, especially in the aspect of capacity building in the aspects of knowledge, skills and attitudes that were more optimal, targeted and measured. Abstrak. Studi ini mencoba untuk melihat pelaksanaan program pendidikan pengembangan kepemimpinan sebagai upaya pemberdayaan pemuda sebagai salah satu upaya dalam pemberdayaan pemuda. Program pendidikan pengembangan kepemimpinan yang disoroti adalah program pengembangan kepemimpinan yang dilaksanakan oleh organisasi non-profit Rumah Kepemimpinan. Studi ini akan membahas bagaimana pelaksanaan program pendidikan pengembangan kepemimpinan menjadi salah satu langkah pemberdayaan pemuda terutama pada peningkatan kapasitas yang berhubungan dengan aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan dan juga sikap. Studi ini diambil dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang akan melibatkan sejumlah informan dari internal organisasi dan peserta program. Dari hasil yang didapat, peserta program merasakan hasil yang signifikan terutama dalam aspek peningkatan kapasitas pada aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap yang lebih optimal, terarah dan terukur.
