Abstract

Desa Bulu Cindea merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di  Kecamatan Bungoro, Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan (Pangkep). Desa ini merupakan wilayah dengan potensi alam tinggi, kekayaan hasil laut berupa garam dan ikan laut serta ikan bandeng dari empang masyarakat cukup melimpah. Desa Bulu Cindea juga merupakan daerah yang ditetapkan sebagai wisata mangrove. Untuk itu, Himpunan Mahasiswa Pendidikan Luar Sekolah melalui Program Peningkatan Kapasitas Organisasi Mahasiswa (PPK Ormawa) bertujuan membentuk Sekolah Perempuan  Melalui Program Sekolah Perempuan yang melibatkan perempuan desa secara maksimal melalui parenting class. Fokusnya adalah meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan mengurangi angka stunting. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melibatkan delapan tahapan intervensi, mulai dari persiapan hingga pelaporan, dengan tujuan akhir membentuk Sekolah Perempuan di Desa Bulu Cindea. Temuan utama adalah bahwa program ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman perempuan tentang pengasuhan yang baik, keterampilan dalam mengolah sumber daya alam menjadi makanan sehat, dan menghasilkan produk garam dan ikan yang lebih bernilai tambah. Selain itu, program ini juga bertujuan untuk mempromosikan dan menjaga keberlanjutan wisata mangrove di desa tersebut. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemecahan masalah stunting, peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dan pemberdayaan perempuan dalam pembangunan desa.Kata Kunci: Desa Bulu Cindea, Parenting Class, Perempuan, Potensi.

Abstract

Innovation refers to the creation, development, and implementation of new ideas, processes, products, or services that result in significant improvement, progress, or change in a variety of fields. Innovation is a major driver of economic growth, community advancement, and competitive advantage for and organizations. This research is aimed at finding out the impact of process innovation and product innovation on the performance of the company by PT. Kencana Energy Lestari, Tbk. This research uses quantitative methods, while the collection of data is carried out in the form of a questionnaire that is shared to 25 respondents of the officials of PT. Kencana Energi Lestari, Tbk. The results of this research show that: (1) process innovations have a positive and significant impact on the performance of the company by PT. Kencana Energy Lestari, Tbk. (2) product innovations had a positive impact and significant effect on the company's performance by PT. Kencana Energi Lestari, Tbk.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bulukumba merupakan sentra produksi yang mempunyai produktifitas untuk pertanian, perkebunan dan persawahan, dilihat dari hasil produksi. Namun, kemampuan petaninya dalam penerapan teknologi budidaya masih dalam ketegori rendah. Kurangnya pengetahuan petani terkait inovasi teknologi budidaya padi diduga karna adanya berbagai faktor sosial sehingga penerapan teknologi budidaya saat ini belum semua petani yang ada di Kecamatan Rilau Ale menerapkan program teknologi (SAHAJA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran penyuluh pertanian teknologi SAHAJA dalam meningkatkan kompetensi petani dan produktivitas budidaya padi di kabupaten bulukumba. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan statistika non parametrik uji korelasi Rank Spearman dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Peran penyuluh Tehnologi Sahaja berpengaruh terhadap Kompetensi petani  dan Produktivitas  budidaya padi di Kabupaten Bulukumba.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the mediating role of work engagement in the relationship between job resources, public service motivation, and affective commitment in employees in the Parakita Dental and General Clinic environment. The population of this study is the employee agencies in the region, with a sample unit of individuals working in the agency. Non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling was used in sampling, with a total of 100 respondents who had worked overnight for two years as research respondents. Data were obtained through a survey using a six-point Likert scale questionnaire, and data analysis was conducted using the SPSS version 25 program as well as the Sobel test as a tool to test the role of mediation. The results show that the importance of job resources and public service motivation in increasing work engagement, which in turn has an impact on employees' emotional attachment and desire to contribute maximally to the organization. By understanding the mediating role of work engagement, organizational management can design more effective strategies to improve work quality and employee engagement, and create a work environment oriented towards good public service values in the public sector.

Abstract

This study looks at how consumer decisions about what to buy at Tanah Kuning's Nero Homestay are influenced by social media and digital marketing. In this study, survey approaches are combined with quantitative methodologies. 385 individuals provided information via a questionnaire. Descriptive analysis and the structural equation model (SEM) were used in the data analysis, which was done with SPSS and SmartPLS. The study's findings demonstrate that, at Nero Homestay, social media and digital marketing significantly and favorably affect customers' decisions to buy. This means that the more effectively Nero Homestay uses social media and digital marketing, the more likely it is that customers will make a purchase. Keywords: digital marketing, social media marketing, and decisions purchase.

Abstract

Community engagement is one of the practical implementations of scientific knowledge that directly impacts society. This program is a collaboration between the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) and the Midwifery Academy Tahirah Al Baeti Bulukumba, aimed at enhancing language literacy, research skills, and health awareness among students at SMP Negeri 23 Senopi,Tambray Regency, Southwest Papua. A multidisciplinary approach was applied through three main aspects: language education to improve English language proficiency and the preservation of local languages, participatory research to foster critical thinking among students, and health counseling focusing on adolescent health issues and sanitation. The methods used included interactive lectures, group discussions, practical simulations, and mentoring in basic research activities. The results of the program showed an improvement in students' understanding across these three aspects, indicated by enhanced communication skills, increased awareness of the importance of research in daily life, and behavioral changes related to healthy living practices. This collaboration demonstrates that synergy between research institutions and midwifery academia can significantly contribute to community empowerment through educational and research-based approaches.

Abstract

This research aims to determine appropriate strategies for the development of layer chicken businesses in the Dua Pitue Sub-District of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The study was conducted in the Dua Pitue Sub-District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Respondents for this research were selected through purposive sampling, consisting of approximately twelve informants. The research is categorized as descriptive quantitative research. It identifies internal and external factors, which are then analyzed using an internal-external (IE) matrix. The results from the IE matrix serve as a reference for formulating development strategies using a SWOT matrix. The research findings indicate that the IE matrix falls into cell V, representing concentration through horizontal integration. Subsequently, strategies are formulated in the SWOT matrix, resulting in actionable strategies for the development of layer chicken businesses in the Dua Pitue Sub-District of Sidenreng Rappang Regency as follows: 1) Encouraging production growth by increasing the population of layer chicken breeds; 2) Advocating government involvement in supporting layer chicken businesses; 3) Strengthening the role of field officers in the livestock sector to enhance farmers' competencies; 4) Encouraging private sector and banking participation in the development of layer chicken businesses; 5) Maintaining good customer relations through attractive services and offers; 6) Enhancing production through pest and disease control for sustainable business operations; 7) Optimizing business capital and improving business development capabilities.

Abstract

Bakti sosial adalah salah satu kegiatan yang menunjukkan rasa kemanusiaan antar sesama. Kita dapat mempererat ikatan kekeluargaan melalui kegiatan bakti sosial. Tujuan bakti sosial ditentukan. Tujuan bakti sosial siswa sekolah kepada warga adalah untuk menumbuhkan rasa cinta, kerjasama, dan kepedulian terhadap sesama. Pengabdian masyarakat, dosen dan mahasiswa Institut Ilmu Sosial dan Bisnis Andi Sapada mengadakan sebuah kegiatan bakti sosial berupa pemberian santunan kepada anak yatim, memberikan game edukasi yang bermanfaat bagi mereka, dan melihat lingkungan tempat tinggal anak yatim di panti asuhan Panti Asuhan Qudratul Ummah. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini kita dapat merapatkan kekerabatan antar sesama dan melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat membantu memenuhi kebutuhan di panti asuhan, serta mempererat rasa persaudaraan antara lembaga pendidikan dan Lembaga sosial serta meningkatkan solidaritas antar sesama manusia.

Abstract

Annyorong Lopi is a form of gratitude from boat owners and craftsmen for the completion of the boat.This research aims to find out the rituals carried out by the Bontobahari community, with the aim of uncovering the symbolic meaning, impact of the ritual, and the religious perspective that accompanies its implementation. The research methodology used is qualitative-descriptive, using a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out through three methods, namely interview sessions, field observations, and ritual documentation. The data was analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The research results reveal that: 1) Rituals have meaning in warding off negative influences and warding off disasters, the implementation of which includes various stages that reflect gratitude for the opportunity to carry out traditions and the various values therein. 2) Rituals have a broad impact on the construction of pinisi boats, including physical, spiritual and symbolic aspects. 3)The implementation of the ritual adheres to the religious beliefs of the surrounding community. Drawing on prayers from the Quran, the ritual is conducted in accordance with Islamic teachings while preserving the cultural identity and ancestral traditions of the Bontobahari community. This ritual exemplifies the harmony between tradition, ancestral beliefs, and religion in the lives of the Bontobahari community.

Abstract

This article maps the maternal–neonatal ethnomedicine of the Ammatoa indigenous community, detailing lexicon, semantic categories, and speech practices that scaffold mother–infant care. Based on an inventory of 26 medicinal plants and practice notes, terms are grouped into four clusters: (1) materials/remedies, (2) actions, (3) prayers, and (4) symptoms. Findings show that the local pharmacopeia is tightly coupled with ritual utterances; water ‘bound’ by prayer soothes the mother, underpins household hygiene, and frames a stepwise pathway from comfort care to referral when danger signs emerge. The coexistence of sanro pammana (traditional birth attendant) and midwife indicates a practical division of labor, sanro on ritual/comfort, midwife on clinical actions, while the family, especially the husband, supports logistics and decision-making. Linguistically, the lexicon is transmitted in Konjo interspersed with Indonesian, functioning not only as labels but as a social protocol that orchestrates recovery rhythm and referral compliance. Practical implications include a bilingual glossary and culturally attuned health communication materials for mother–infant care.
