Abstract

In Indonesia, now it doesn't look at gender differences, meaning that in this era it's not only men who can make decisions in doing business, but women can make decisions and to pursue the businesses they own. Currently, single parent women can also have a business to meet family needs and participate actively in social life, government organizations or local organizations. Therefore the district government. Sidoarjo provides assistance through the Independent Women's Business Card (KURMA) program for single parent women to create and advance their businesses. With the implementation of this program, many women experience confusion in creating new UMKM and developing their businesses. The purpose of this socialization is to assist women in providing UMKM business ideas, reducing women's poverty, increasing women's income, increasing knowledge and knowledge along with the quality of human resources, especially women. Apart from that, our goal is to invite the women's community to become a community that is friendly to banks and the economy.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat cepat mengubah peran manusia dalam melakukan pekerjaan dan mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan. Menghadapi lingkungan yang sangat dinamis, pelaku UMKM dituntut untuk mampu menghadapi tantangan utamanya menghadapi kemajuan teknologi digital yang sangat pesat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu memberikan pengetahuan pengelolaan SDM untuk menuju digitalisasi marketing, salah satunya pemberian pelatihan bagi pelaku UMKM untuk membuka wawasan dan menambah ilmu mengenai dunia marketing dengan memanfaat dunia digital untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM di Kelurahan Sepanjang, Kecamatan Taman – Sidoarjo. Saat ini, ditemukan masih terdapat UMKM dalam pengelolaan usahanya masih melayani secara konvensional. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut perlu dilakukan pengelolaan SDM kepada UMKM, salah satunya melalui pemberian pelatihan digital marketing. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, dimulai dari observasi, persiapan, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi pelaksanaan. Hasil pengabdian diharapkan bisa memotivasi dan menciptakan SDM yang unggul di era digitalisasi untuk memahami pengetahuan tentang pentingnya digitalisasi marketing, memberikan pelatihan seperti pembuatan Facebook, Instagram, Linkedln, blog, web yang bermanfaat dalam memperluas jaringan bisnis dan memperoleh peluang baru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara langsung dan tidak langsung profitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui corporate social responsibility (CSR) pada perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan analisis konten. Populasi penelitian mencakup perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2021-2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 31 perusahaan dan total terdapat 93 observasi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap CSR. Likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap CSR. Variabel CSR tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel CSR tidak dapat menghubungkan pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dan variabel CSR tidak dapat menghubungkan pengaruh likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) products through digitalization of production processes and inventory management. The activity was carried out in Sepanjang Village, Sepanjang District, Sidoarjo Regency, from April 20 to June 20, 2025. The main problems faced by MSMEs in this area are low operational efficiency due to manual recording, weak stock management, and lack of understanding of digital technology. The method of implementing the activity includes initial observation, counseling, training in digital applications for production management and inventory, and ongoing assistance. The results of the activity show that MSMEs are able to gradually adopt digital technology, increase efficiency in production time and costs, reduce recording errors, and maintain stock availability more accurately. Furthermore, this transformation also has an impact on improving the quality of customer service and strengthening the competitive position of MSMEs in the local market. This activity makes a real contribution to the empowerment of technology-based MSMEs and forms a more adaptive and sustainable business ecosystem.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to enhance the brand awareness of Minyn Collection MSME products in Sembung Village, Tulungagung, through digital marketing communication training focusing on the use of TikTok. Minyn Collection, a clothing convection business, still faces challenges in reaching a broader market. The training was designed to provide both theoretical understanding and practical skills related to digital marketing strategies, content production, and the use of TikTok features as a promotional tool. The results show that participants gained improved understanding, motivation, and the ability to apply digital marketing directly. This program had a positive impact on increasing the competitiveness and presence of local products in the digital ecosystem. It is recommended that similar training be conducted continuously to optimally support the digital transformation of MSMEs.
