Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the leadership and competence on the performance of employees at Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Unit Ps. Duri city. The population in this study are employees of Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Unit Ps. Duri city which amounted to 32 people. Sampling was done using census techniques. The data analysis is done by using a reliability test, classic assumption test, F test, multiple regression R2 test and t test. The tests are conducted in order to determine the effect of independent variables (independend variable) with the dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the research that the quality of service simultaneously influence the patient's satisfaction with the value of the correlation R = 0.956 which indicates a very close relationship between the leadership and competence simultaneously with the performance of employees at Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Unit Ps. Duri city. While the percentage of leadership and competence influence on the performance of employees at Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Ps. Duri city there can be adjusted R square at 0.908, which means the leadership and competence have contributed a contribution of 90.8% to the performance of employees at Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Unit Ps. Duri city, as well as the negative effect of leadership and competence positive and significant impact on patients' satisfaction with the level of leadership and 00.001 sig sig. 0,000 for competence. The conclusion that the hypothesis simultaneously and partially between the leadership and competence variables on employee performance is proven and can be accepted as true

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine factors that affect the performance of employee at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru. Samples in this study were mostly employees at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru which amounted to 61 people. Sampling selected randomly using random sampling techniques (Sugiyono, 2010:93). While the variables studied in this research is the ability and motivation. Data analysis using multiple regression linear, using validity, reliability test, the classic assumption test, F test, t test R2. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the results of research on the ability and motivation variables on performance can be seen from Table F value obtained for F (0,05) (58) = 4,01, while F count on the F test is obtained from the data processed by 55,820, meaning F count = 55,820 > 4,01 means there is he ability and motivation variables on performance at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru. From the results of the t test that most affect employee performance at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru is ability with t value 8,062 > 2,00172 meaning the partial motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance, while the results of the regression equation linear is Y = 14,456 + 0,894X1 - 0,041X2.Therefore means that any changes in the ability amd motivation of both positive and negative will be amended also on the performance of employees at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru

Abstract

To attract consumers to make purchases, the company must be able to implement an appropriate marketing strategy in accordance with the market conditions faced. The success of a marketing strategy is influenced by several factors, namely market research and analysis, product decisions, pricing, sales promotion and distribution. This study examines how the influence of sales promotion on consumer decisions of Honda motorcycle credit service users at PT. Capela Multidana Pekanbaru Branch. Promotion is considered important because promotion is a form of communication and information between producers or product providers and the public or those who will consume the products they needFrom this research, the value of R2 or R Square is 0.310 or 31%. This value can be interpreted that changes in the value of Consumer Decisions are influenced by changes in the value of the Sales Promotion independent variable by 31% while 69% is determined by other variables that are not in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price on consumer decisions in buying a house type 42 Villa Arima Garden at PT Arima Karya Property Pekanbaru. From the results of the SPSS test, the t-count is 3.481 and also based  on the significance test table, the t-table is 2.022. From the two tests, it can be concludedthattcount(3.481) > t table (2.022). And also the significance level obtained is 0.01 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the price has a significant effect on consumer decisions in buying a house type 42 Villa Arima Garden at PT Arima Karya Property Pekanbaru. The value of R-square (Coefficient of Determinants) is 0.237.It can be concluded that the amount of price on consumer decisions in buying a house type 42 Villa Arima Garden at PT Arima Karya Property Pekanbaru is 23.70%. The relationship of price to consumer decisions in buying a house type 42 Villa Arima Garden at PT. Arima Karya Property Pekanbaru is negative as evidenced by the regression coefficient (b) of -0.34

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Kampar District Office. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Kampar District Office. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Kampar sub-district office, namely 32 people. In this study, sampling used a saturated sample, so the sample used in this study was 32 people. The data used are primary and secondary data with analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the work environment and organizational culture had a positive relationship to the performance of Kampar sub-district office employees. This can be seen in the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 9.324+0.541X1+0.451X2. And the results of the t test and F test showed that all independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable, and the magnitude of the independent variable's influence on the dependent variable was 61.7 percent while the remaining 38.3 percent was influenced by other factors not included in the study, for example factors of discipline, compensation, and leadership and others.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on the performance of warehouse employees at PT Kelian Mitra Karya Pekanbaru. In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 33 people. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The results of multiple regression show the value of Sig. Amounting to 0.000 <0.05, at an error rate of 5% and an F_count value of 10.107, it can be concluded that safety and health together have a significant influence on the performance of warehouse employees at PT Kelian Mitra Karya Pekanbaru. The t value for the work safety variable is 1.554 while the t table value is 2.039. it can be concluded that work safety has no significant effect on the performance of warehouse employees at PT Kelian Mitra Karya Pekanbaru. And the t value for work health is 4.036 while for the t table value is 2.039. it can be concluded that occupational health has a significant effect on the performance of warehouse employees at PT Kelian Mitra Karya Pekanbaru. The Adjuster R Square value of 0.363 means that the magnitude of the influence of safety and health on the performance of warehouse employees at PT Kelian Mitra Karya Pekanbaru is 36.30%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of civil servant teachers at SD Negeri 37 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were 31 civil servant teachers and the research sample was 31 civil servant teachers. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The average score for the entire statement about Work Discipline is 4.28, meaning that the respondent's answer to the statement about the Work Discipline of PNS Teachers at SD Negeri 37 Pekanbaru is strongly agreed. Meanwhile, the respondents' answers to the performance statement averaged 4.19, which means agree. The data analysis used is simple linear regression with the regression results obtained namely Y = 10,339 + 0.622X, which has a positive relationship direction, that is, if the Work Discipline variable increases, the Performance variable will increase. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the tcount was 6.264 > ttable 2.04523 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. This means that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servant teachers at SD Negeri 37 Pekanbaru. The R square value of 0.575 or 57.5% means that the Work Discipline variable has an influence on teacher performance of 57.5%.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of work environment on employee performance at Subur PS Poultry Farm Pekanbaru. To achieve this objective, the study was conducted using a sample of 55 respondents through a questionnaire method. The data analysis employed both descriptive and quantitative methods utilizing simple linear regression. Based on the testing results of the work environment variable (X) and employee performance variable (Y) using SPSS software, the obtained t-count (6.695) was greater than the t-table value (2.006), thus indicating that variable X or the work environment factor has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Subur PS Poultry Farm Pekanbaru. The R Square (R²) value of 0.463 (46.3%) demonstrates that employee performance at Subur PS Poultry Farm Pekanbaru can be explained by the work environment factor at 46.3%. Meanwhile, the remaining 53.7% represents other independent variables not observed in this study.

Abstract

This research was carried out to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Iin Jaya Pekanbaru car repair shop. The sample in this research was all 95 customers. Samples were taken from 95 people using the Slovin formula with an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. From the descriptive analysis, it was found that the respondents' response to the Service Quality variable statement was an average of 3.93 (Agree). Furthermore, the respondents' responses to the Customer Satisfaction variable statement were an average of 3.95 (Agree). The results of simple linear regression research in this study were Y = 28.645 + 0.470. By using the t test, the ttable value was obtained at 1.985 and the tcount value was 4.850, meaning tcount = 4.850 > ttable = 1.985, which means that service quality influences customer satisfaction at the Iin Jaya Pekanbaru car repair shop with a large influence of 20.2%
