Abstract

This study aims to achieve an answer to the problem of the influence of visitor satisfaction on the tourist attraction of the Malino Highlands, Gowa Regency. The population of this study were visitors to the Malino Highlands tourism. The sample used is according to the wishes of 50 visitors. This type of research is quantitative research. The data techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is simple regression analysis. The simple linear results obtained Y = 3.601 + 0.216 means a constant value of 3.601 with a regression coefficient of 0.216 which states that the direction of the variable x to Y is positive and significant 0.000 <0.05, which means that service has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the tourist attraction of the mountainous Malino Regency GowaKeywords:  Level Of Service, Visitor Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, as well as taxpayer compliance in paying hotel tax and restaurant tax in the regional revenue agency of Gowa Regency.               This research is a qualitative descriptive type of research. This research data includes primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using library research techniques and documentation study research. The results showed that the factors that influence taxpayer compliance to pay hotel tax and restaurant tax at the regional revenue agency of Gowa Regency are still very ineffective due to the level of compliance and awareness of taxpayers themselves who are still lacking in paying their taxes. In the implementation of the research, there are still obstacles that affect the awareness and compliance of taxpayers in paying hotel taxes and restaurant taxes in the regional revenue agency of Gowa Regency. The benefit obtained from this research is to provide answers to the problems studied and can be used as input for those who experience and are directly involved with this title.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian language students in class V at SD Negeri Caturtunggal I Depok, Yogyakarta Special Region in the competency of listening to children's stories by utilizing YouTube media. This study used the CAR class action research method. The subjects in this study were fifth grade students at SD Negeri Caturtunggal I Depok, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data were collected by observation, tests, and interviews. Data were analyzed with an interactive analysis model including reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results prove that; 1) there is a change in lesson planning, from conventional learning to modified learning designed by researchers by applying YouTube media in learning. This can be seen from the learning in pre-action, cycle I and cycle II. 2) There is a change in the implementation aspect of the learning action. All forms of learning problems faced by teachers have been corrected so that the learning process can run well. In other words, the application of YouTube media in learning Indonesian for the material "Listen to Children's Stories" can improve the quality of the learning process. 3) The application of YouTube media in Indonesian language learning material "Listen to Children's Stories" can improve student learning outcomes. The increase in learning outcomes was marked by an increase in the number of students who reached the limits of completeness from pre-action, cycle I, to cycle II.

Abstract

This research aims to know the application of the compliance audit in the management of accounts receivable accounts receivable to minimise not collectible at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Makassar Branch. Methods of analysis used in this study is a qualitative method of analysis. In this case the researchers are using a risk-based audit approach, i.e. audit approach where checking is done against the harmony between the policy and the procedures are carried out with the provision of regulation. So, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Makassar Branch should be in line with regulations or procedures that have been held by Bank Indonesia (BI) in terms of financing. Based on the results of the study, pointed out that Compliance Audits conducted by the Director of compliance and Compliance Work Unit PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Makassar Branch has gone well in accordance with the duties and those powers and keep independensinya properly because it had working guidelines, systems and procedures of work refers to the provisions of the applicable legislation. As well as in terms of the management of accounts receivable to the customer were in accordance with the applicable procedures. Each of these stages did not escape from the supervision of the compliance group so that each part or section associated on the stage professionally responsible.

Abstract

Abstrack This study aims to see and know how big influence on the management information systems to employee performance pa PT. Metro Batavia Air district of Makassar.The research was conducted at PT. Metro Batavia Air District of makassar. The research model using a questionnaire, which is a collection of data through a data list of questions prepared for each respondent. The researcher also interviews with parties terkaitdalam systematic changes berdasrkan research purposes. The analytical method used is simple linear regression to see the effect of management information systems to employee performance.The results showed that the variables of management information systems (X) has positive influence terrhadap kinerjaa employees (Y) at PT. Metro Batavia Air District of Makassar. Key Word : Management Information System, Employe Performance  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen terhadap terhadap kinerja karyawan pa PT. Metro Batavia Air distrik Makassar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Metro Batavia Air Distrik Makassar. Model penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, yang merupakan pengumpulan data yang melalui daftar data pertanyaan yang di siapkan untuk masing-masing responden. Selain itu dilakukan juga wawancara dengan pihak-pihak yang terkaitdalam perubahan sistematis  berdasrkan tujuan penelitian.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana untuk melihat pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable sistem informasi manajemen (X) berpengaruh positif terrhadap kinerjaa karyawan (Y) pada PT. Abstract

AbstrackThis study aims to determine the effect of age on the level of income and credit provision (mortgage) and the most dominant factor in their lending Home ownership in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Branch office Panakukkang. Analysis of data using multiple regression. The study concluded that administration of mortgages on BRI Kanca Panakkukang Makassar provides decision / approval of credit based on credit analysis results the qualitative aspects of credit (5C) and the results of analysis of regression coefficients between income levels with age,, has a positive relationship. Multiple dimensions (age and income level) respectively interplay between each other. Where change up / downs dimension income level and age are significant effect. It shows there are many other considerations in the value of the Bank to provide credit.Keywords: mortgages, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat penghasilan dan umur terhadap pemberian kredit kepemilikan rumah (KPR) dan faktor yang paling dominan dalam pemberian kredit Kepemilikan Rumah pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Panakukkang. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pemberian KPR pada BRI Kanca Panakkukang Makassar memberikan keputusan/persetujuan kredit berdasarkan hasil analisis kredit secara kualitatif terhadap aspek-aspek perkreditan (5C) dan hasil analisis koefisien regresi antara tingkat penghasilan dengan umur, ,mempunyai hubungan yang positif. Beberapa dimensi (umur dan tingkat penghasilan) masing-masing saling mempengaruhi antara satu sama lainnya. Dimana perubahan naik/turunnya dimensi tingkat penghasilan dan umur terlalu  berpengaruh signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan masih banyak pertimbangan-pertimbangan lain yang di nilai Bank dalam memberikan kredit. Kata Kunci: Kredit Pemilikan Rumah, Bank Rakyat Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efficiency of freshwater fish farming in Gowa District so that it can be estimated the economic feasibility of freshwater ponds. Research using primary and secondary data, data analysis is done through calculation of R / C ratio. The results showed that the freshwater pond cultivation conducted by the community of Bajeng District of Gowa Regency is profitable and feasible to be cultivated. This is shown from the R / C ratio of 13.61 which means that the farming is at a favorable level. The income received is generally moderate, indicated by the number of respondents who have income between Rp. 39,145,000 - 149,793,750 as many as 80% of respondents.

Abstract

This research aims to find out some determinants of outflow migration in Bulukumba. The required data consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through interviews with selected respondents using a pre-prepared questionnaire (questionnaire). Determination of the respondents intentionally from the number of population as many as 200 people sampled 10% (20 people) simple random sampling (simple random sampling). Furthermore, the list of questions is followed directly by the researchers while conducting in-depth interviews on several respondents. While secondary data will be collected through literature studies, reports, or other documentation contained in the office or related agencies such as village offices / sub-districts, statistical offices and other relevant agencies. The data collected in this study is further presented in the form of description to obtain an overview of the factors that affect the outflow migration that is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Quantitatively used simple statistical methods through the frequency distribution table using percentages and averages and graphs.The conclusions of this study are (1) Factors driving the outflow of migration in Bontotiro Sub-district, Bulukumba District is the absence of work, the absence of workable land, low wages, and due to follow-up. (2) The outflow migration factor in Bontotiro sub-district is a high salary factor in the destination, easy work requirements, available jobs at all times, and family influences. (3) The level of income of migrants out in Bontotiro District is quite high, which ranges from Rp. 1,000,000, - hinggar Rp. 2,500,000, - upwards per month, well above the provincial minimum wage (UMP) set by the Manpower and Transmigration Office of South Sulawesi Province of Rp. 400,000, - per month.

Abstract

menyongsong era globalisasi yang sarat dengan kompetisi diberbagai bidang, maka semua aspek kehidupan akan terkena pengaruhnya, termasuk pula bidang perekonomian. Dalam perkembangan dunia usaha dewasa ini, berbagai cara ditempuh oleh para pelaku bisnis untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup usahanya, atau berusaha melakukan terobosan dalam upaya pencapaian tujuan perusahaan yang bersangkutan. Kemampuan untuk menciptakan terobosan-terobosan bam harus dilakukan untuk menarik simpatik para konsumen atau calon pembeli agar menaruh minat pada produk yang ditawarkan. Salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam menunjang pemasaran adalah faktor komunikasi. Komunikasi pemasaran sangat berperan dalam menarik minat masyarakat.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Variabel keunggulan produk, daya tahan, kecepatan dan kenyamanan, dan citra perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam pemakaian suku cadang mobil  pada PT. Sinar Agung Prasadikindo Makassar. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil pengolahan data statistik yang menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan (bersama-sama) seluruh variabel X memiliki pengaruh signifikan yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil uji f, dimana nilai f hitung adalah sebesar 8,318 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (jauh lebih kecil dibanding a = 0,05. (2) Secara parsial, variabel keunggulan produk menjadi variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam pemakaian suku cadang mobil  pada PT. Sinar Agung Prasadikindo Makassar. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai t hitung yang paling besar dibanding variabel X lainnya, yaitu sebesar 2,599 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,017 (lebih kecil dari a = 0,05).

Abstract

The research was done by using simple linear equation method with t test. This method is conducted to determine the effect of wages on the level of productivity employee work in the company of PT. PP London Sumatera Tbk in bulukumba.Data in the form of Journals and Data obtained in the form of writing in the form of general overview of the company, namely data collection through obsveration and direct interviews in the office of the company related to the issues to be in carefully.The results concluded that there is influence between wages on employee productivity employee productivity work at PT. PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk Bulukumba District Tamatto Village.
