Abstract

This study aims to achieve an answer to the problem of the influence of visitor satisfaction on the tourist attraction of the Malino Highlands, Gowa Regency. The population of this study were visitors to the Malino Highlands tourism. The sample used is according to the wishes of 50 visitors. This type of research is quantitative research. The data techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is simple regression analysis. The simple linear results obtained Y = 3.601 + 0.216 means a constant value of 3.601 with a regression coefficient of 0.216 which states that the direction of the variable x to Y is positive and significant 0.000 0.05, which means that service has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the tourist attraction of the mountainous Malino Regency GowaKeywords:  Level Of Service, Visitor Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purposes of this study were to analyze the factors that affect the production of cocoa, identify the marketing channels of cocoa, analyze marketing margins received by marketing institutions, and determine the part of the price received by farmers. This study used a survey method to cocoa farmers and large traders (collectors). The analysis of production used Cobb-Douglas function while performance analysis was used to analyze the structure of behavioral marketing and market diversity. The results showed that factors affecting cocoa production in the district of Padang Pariaman and significantly influential as the input are labor, manure, chemical fertilizers, land area, number of crop yield and farmer’s education. The performance of cocoa marketing in Padang Pariaman District was not efficient, based on indicators of marketing margins, small parts of prices received by farmers and farmers markets not yet integrated with market traders in the district level. In the cocoa marketing activities in Padang Pariaman District, the largest margin was received by the village merchant marketing channel III. The amount of prices received by farmers can be determined from the marketing margin. If the part of the marketing margin is higher, the part of prices received by farmers will be smaller, as the case in marketing channels I and III. So the marketing channel II provides the most part of prices for the cocoa farmers in Padang Pariaman district. To increase the production and marketing of cocoa in Padang Pariaman District, several approaches could be implemented such as coaching, strengthening and empowering farmer groups that already exist.Keywords: cocoa, factors production, marketing channels, Padang PariamanABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi produksi kakao, mengidentifikasi saluran pemasaran kakao, menganalisis margin pemasaran yang diterima lembaga pemasaran, dan menentukan besarnya bagian harga yang diterima petani. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey kepada petani kakao dan pedagang besar (pengepul). Analisis produksi menggunakan fungsi Cobb-Douglas dan analisis performent digunakan untuk menganalisis struktur pemasaran perilaku, dan keragaman pasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi kakao di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman dan berpengaruh secara nyata sebagai input adalah tenaga kerja, pupuk kandang, pupuk kimia, luas lahan, jumlah tanaman menghasilkan dan pendidikan petani. Kinerja pemasaran kakao di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman tidak efisien, hal ini berdasarkan indikator besarnya margin pemasaran, kecilnya bagian harga yang diterima petani dan belum terintegrasinya pasar ditingkat petani dengan pasar ditingkat pedagang kabupaten. Pada kegiatan pemasaran kakao di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, margin terbesar diterima oleh pedagang nagari pada saluran pemasaran III. Bagian harga yang diterima petani dapat ditentukan dari margin pemasaran. Dimana semakin besar margin pemasaran maka bagian harga yang diterima petani akan semakin kecil, seperti yang terjadi pada saluran pemasaran I dan III. Sehingga saluran pemasaran II yang memberikan bagian harga tertinggi pada petani kakao di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Dalam meningkatkan produksi dan pemasaran kakao di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman dapat dilakukan dengan pembinaan, penguatan dan pemberdayaan kelompok tani yang sudah ada. Abstract

One of the tourist attractions that attracts the attention of domestic and foreign tourists is the marine beach in Kec. South Java. Looking at the history of this Marine Tourism Beach, it has been around for a long time, this beach is an empty beach and forest that is not managed or developed, since 2019 one of the residents of Jawai Laut Village has taken the initiative to invite local residents to explore this still beautiful beach and form an awareness group. Marine Tourism Beach tourism which has 52 members. The aim of this background is to increase tourist awareness in preserving the marine coastal tourism ecosystem in the Javai Laut village, Javai sub-district. The methods used in the activity include counseling and discussion. Based on outreach activities at the maritime coast of Jawai Laut Village, Kec. This outreach program conveys information regarding tourist awareness in preserving the marine coastal tourism ecosystem in Jawai Laut village, Jawai sub-district the tourists were very enthusiastic in taking part in the outreach that was carried out.

Abstract

One way to accelerate the digitalization of public services is through digital population identity (IKD) innovation. However, in its implementation, the percentage achievement of Digital Population Identity in Sambas Regency has only reached around seven percent. This is yet to be in accordance with the government's mandate that the national target was 25 percent of the total population in December 2023; even in 2024, it is targeted to be 30 percent. The purpose of the research is to obtain an overview and analyze the innovation of IKD implementation at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sambas Regency. The research method is quasi-qualitative. Researchers used semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the knowledge stage was shown through the socialization carried out by the Sambas Regency Population and Civil Registration Office through social media and ball pickup and the existence of clear procedures related to IKD activation. The persuasion stage is shown through the good attitude and response of the Sambas Regency Disdukcapil apparatus to follow up on IKD innovations. The decision stage is shown through the existence of good internal and external communication. The implementation stage shows that the development of achievements since the beginning of the implementation of IKD has not been significant due to the adjustment factor to its use in the community, especially for people who are elderly and technology illiterate. The confirmation stage is shown through the support of regional leaders in continuing the implementation of IKD innovations. However, there are still obstacles related to internet networks, especially in remote areas. In conclusion, the innovation of implementing the IKD application at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sambas Regency is implemented quite well, and this is because of the five dimensions used; there are still two dimensions that require improvement, namely the Implementation and Confirmation dimensions.

Abstract

Mengonsumsi ikan memiliki banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan, termasuk bagi pelajar. Kandungan DHA dalam ikan diyakini dapat mendukung fungsi otak, termasuk peningkatan daya ingat dan konsentrasi. Nutrisi dalam ikan, terutama omega-3, telah dikaitkan dengan peningkatan kemampuan konsentrasi dan perhatian. Ini dapat membantu pelajar dalam memahami materi pelajaran dan fokus selama kegiatan belajar. Kegiatan penyuluhan  ini bertujuan  untuk mengedukasi siswa tentang manfaat mengonsumsi ikan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan di Pondok Pesantren Al-amin Sungai kelambu, Kecamatan Tebas. Tahapan kegiatan yaitu penentuan lokasi, menentukan topik, menjadwalan, perizinan, pelaksanaan, dan dokumentasi. Metode penyuluhan yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, media visual, dan metode interaktif. Adapun hasil yang didapat bahwa penyuluhan yang dilaksanakan berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Peserta yang mengikuti  kegiatan penyuluhan  tersebut  sangat semangat dan  antusias dalam mendengarkan narasumber menyampaikan materi secara interaktif. Serta terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa untuk mengonsumsi ikan.

Abstract

Donuts are one of the most popular foods in the community that have a sweet, savory, and unique taste. One of the donut branches in this study is located in Drien Rampak Village, Johan Pahlawan, West Aceh Regency. This study used the Quality Control Circle (QCC) method with the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) and 5W + 1H approaches. The data analyzed included product defects during the period June 2023 to May 2024, which included burnt color, inappropriate size, flat, and not rising. The results showed that the average defect rate reached 6% of the total monthly production. By implementing the QCC method, the main causes of defects were successfully identified using tools such as Pareto diagrams, cause-and-effect diagrams, and control charts. Improvement steps include implementing SOPs, employee training, and quality control at critical stages of production. The implementation of this method succeeded in significantly reducing the level of product defects, increasing production efficiency, and improving consumer satisfaction. This study provides a practical contribution to companies in controlling product quality and is a reference for further research related to quality management using the QCC method.

Abstract

One of the applications of annuities in society is a credit financial instrument. In the credit system there are many risks, so this study is to compare the installment system according to the fastest and longest sample periods in credit with the ordinary annuity method system and maturity, in addition this study aims to see the movement of installments using flat interest and effective interest. The calculation results for a loan of Rp 17,915,000, within 11 months with 24% interest show the largest total interest on the flat interest type of Rp3,941,300 and the smallest total interest on the annuity interest due of Rp1,825,879. Meanwhile, the calculation of the second sample with a loan of Rp17,915,000, within 35 months with an interest of 17.32% obtained the largest total interest on the flat interest type of Rp9,050,055, with the smallest total on the effective interest type of Rp4,339,610, but only slightly different from the total interest on the annuity due of Rp4,347,542. From these results, creditors are advised to choose a credit in a period of 11 months with an annuity due, because the interest paid is much smaller than the 35-month period.

Abstract

Introduction: The digital economy has transformed legal structures, especially in insolvency law, where digital companies often treat personal data as a core asset. However, Law Number 37 of 2004 on Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations lacks specific provisions regarding personal data, while Law Number 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection does not address how data should be treated in bankruptcy. This regulatory gap risks the exploitation of personal data by creditors or curators, potentially violating constitutional rights.Purposes of the Research: This study aims to examine the legal consequences of the absence of clear regulations on personal data in bankruptcy cases and propose legal solutions to protect data subjects’ rights within digital insolvency proceedings.Methods of the Research: The research employs a normative juridical approach, combining statutory and conceptual analyses. It examines relevant Indonesian laws and draws comparisons with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to understand international best practices. Legal materials are analyzed qualitatively.Results Main Findings of the Research: The study proposes recognizing personal data as a sui generis legal object in bankruptcy proceedings, requiring distinct legal treatment and safeguards. It highlights the role of the Commercial Court in protecting data subjects’ rights and suggests amending the UUK-PKPU, issuing Supreme Court guidelines, and promoting interagency coordination. This research contributes a normative model to integrate personal data protection within Indonesia’s digital insolvency framework, ensuring constitutional rights remain upheld in the digital era.
