The sampling technique was purposive sampling , with a sample size of 30 respondents. Data analysis was performed using the Marginal Homogeneity test. Results : The results of the study showed that the analysis of the effect of implementing medical play on the level of anxiety due to hospitalization in preschool children obtained a p-value of 0.00 (p < 0.05).Conclusion : There is a significant effect of the application of medical play on the level of anxiety in children during hospitalization. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for hospitals, especially in the application of the concept of atraumatic care , by utilizing play therapy as an effective alternative to reduce children's anxiety during treatment.

Abstract

Abstract

Low birth weight baby as LBW is The baby born weight less than 2500 grams. LBW is The high risk of infection and complication, therefore LBW need intensive care. to find out the effectiveness of left side lying on sleep duration and oxygen saturation in CPAP-installed BBLR in the NICU of Cengkareng Hospital. This study was a quasi-experimental study with a pre and post test with control group design. The population in this study were all CPAP-installed LBW patients in the NICU of Cengkareng Hospital. This study used 2 groups with 15 respondents in each group. The instrument in this study was to fill in the sleep duration and oxygen saturation observation sheet with an oximeter. Analysis using univariate and bivariate using the Mc Namar Test. Based on the results of the study, the P value was 0.016 <0.05, meaning that there was an effect before and after the left side lying intervention on sleep duration in CPAP-installed LBW. research results P value 0.031 < 0.05 means There is an effect before and after the left side lying intervention on oxygen saturation in LBW with CPAP installed. Research results P value 0.250 > 0.05 means There is no effect before and after the supine position on sleep duration in LBW with CPAP installed. Research results P value 1.000 > 0.05 means There is no effect before and after the supine position on oxygen saturation in LBW with CPAP installed

Abstract

Many school children still have limited knowledge about the safety of snack foods, causing them to choose snacks based on taste without considering the ingredients. To facilitate nutrition education for school children, instructional media in the form of PowerPoint slides were used. The snakes and ladders game method is highly suitable for school-aged students because it is interactive and enjoyable. The aim of this community service activity was to provide education on PJAS (school snacks) safety using the SAH approach (Fresh, Safe, and Hygienic) with the Biopsychosocial model. The method applied was lectures supported by PowerPoint slides. Based on the results of questionnaires regarding students' knowledge about PJAS safety, pre-test and post-test scores were obtained. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The analysis showed an increase in students' knowledge about snack food safety after the intervention. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test resulted in p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant improvement in students' knowledge and attitudes between pre-test and post-test. Thus, PJAS food safety education using the Biopsychosocial model approach was proven effective in improving students' knowledge and attitudes regarding snack food safety.
