Abstract

When applying unthinking and organicist approaches in instructive settings, they take diverse shapes. An instructive hypothesis surrounded by unthinking suspicions would state that people are a kind of machine. Like every machine, execution will illustrate viable work, which in people will be its outside behavior. Instruction will be one of the implies to form this outside reaction is as viable as conceivable. We will see an understudy as an officer whose work someone can purposely direct from the exterior. Abstract

Keberhasilan pendidikan di sekolah ditentukan oleh keberhasilan kepalasekolah dalam mengelolah tenaga pendidik yang tersedia di sekolah. Staf tata usahamempunyai hubungan yang penting dalam pencapaian keberhasilan suatu pendidikan,Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah Ada HubunganKemampuan Operasional Kepala Sekolah Dengan Produktivitas Kerja Staf Tata UsahaDi SMAN 2 Pujut Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016?”. Sedangkan tujuandari penelitian ini adalah “Untuk Mengetahui Hubungan Kemampuan OperasionalKepala Sekolah Dengan Produktivitas Kerja Staf Tata Usaha Di SMAN 2 PujutLombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016”. Penelitian ini mengunakan penelitianpopulasi. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu metodeangket sebagai metode pokok sedangkan metode dokumen sebagai metode pelengkap.Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisisstatistik dengan rumus koefisien korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisisdata dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh nilai r hitung sebesar 0,764, selanjutnya nilai tersebutdikonsultasikan dengan nilai r tabelproduct moment pada taraf signifikansi 5% denganN= 11 diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,602. Kenyataan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa r hitunglebih besar dari r tabel atau (r hitung 0,764 > r tabel 0,602). Maka hasil analisis data dalampenelitian ini dinyatakan ”signifikan”. Hal ini berarti (H0) ditolak sedangkan (Ha)diterima. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah “Ada HubunganKemampuan Operasional Kepala Sekolah Dengan Produktifitas Kerja Staf Tata Usahadi SMAN 2 Pujut Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016”.Kata Kunci : Kemampuan Operasional kepala Sekolah, Produktivitas Kerja StafTata Usaha.

Abstract

Program peningkatan kualitas guru yang efektif harus didasarkan pada needassessment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan program peningkatan kualitas guruberdasarkan kebutuhan guru. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan ada dua program yangdibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru-guru SMP di Kecamatan Praya Timur. Gurumembutuhkan sebuah program untuk meningkatkan kualifikasi akademik mereka.Berdasarkan pada kebutuhan guru, program ini harus mempertimbangkan aspek-aspekberikut. Pertama, program harus menawarkan program sarjana (S1) dan program pascasarjana(S2) di bidang pendidikan yang relevan dengan mata pelajaran yang diajarkan guru. Kedua,program harus mengambil lokasi di dekat tempat tinggal guru. Ketiga, program harusmemberikan dukungan bagi guru seperti pendanaan untuk belajar dan biaya operasional, danizin belajar atau dispensasi bagi guru untuk bebas dari atau untuk mengurangi jam mengajarmereka. Program lainnya adalah program untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Programyang harus dilakukan di lokasi atau di dekat lokasi di mana guru tinggal. Selain itu, guru perlubeberapa pendukung seperti biaya dan juga mengizinkan untuk bergabung dengan programpendidikan yang memajukan secara personil maupun secara kelembagaan.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Guru, Berbasis Kebutuhan

Abstract

The changes that have occurred have shifted the order of life and the views of thepeople. Materialism, capitalism, efficiency, and effectiveness, have become the purpose andspirit of life. Shifting people's views, has also changed the view of success and quality ofeducation, where education is measured by success in the absorption of graduates in the worldof work, therefore, education is analyzed from the characteristics of investment. Shifting themeaning and responsibility of education, encouraging the world of education to reform withalternatives: building renewal of reasoning of its citizens, towards independence and maturity,education is carried out comprehensively and collaboratively, with all parties in partnership,and build a vision of education comprehensively and simultaneously, with all parties.Keywords: Dilemma, World of National Education

Abstract

Abstract: Management is a theory that is used as a foundation to carry out all organizational activities which have been jointly determined, in order to achieve togetherness of vision and mission in institutions, of educational institutions in particular, both in the domain of national and institutional objectives. Improving the quality of education becomes a very urgent problem, related to customers, from direct education users "learners" of society in general, to continue to improve develop all potential which is institutionally, will be facilitated by educational institutions, in the concept of decentralization of education in the management, implementation, development, and policy determinants in a structured manner, starting from the central government, provincial government, regional / city government, educational institutions to the class or teacher who directly become the main executor in the process of educational journey series. Keywords: Quality, Islamic Education Institution

Abstract

This research focuses on 3 aspects, namely; (1) human resource management program; (2) the level of teacher performance, and (3) the impact of implementing human resource management in improving teacher performance. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the school principal, head of curriculum, and teachers at the school. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that planning, organizing, directing, and supervising can be said to be quite good. First, planning by conducting a needs analysis and providing understanding regarding the K13 curriculum and learning tools that must be prepared by teachers. Second, organizing by placing and dividing tasks according to abilities and educational background. Third, direction is carried out by providing direction and guidance regarding the tasks and responsibilities given as well as providing motivation in the form of giving awards for teacher performance achievements. Fourth, supervision is carried out by the school principal through class visits and external supervisors. The implications of the research results suggest that the school provide training to the teacher council regarding learning media so that the process of communication and educational interaction between teachers and students can take place appropriately, try to increase the availability of facilities and infrastructure for the smooth and successful learning process, work together to improve each other. teacher performance, both from school principals, educational staff, and teaching staff, and it is hoped that everything that has been achieved can be improved.Key Words: Human Resource Management, Teacher Performance

Abstract

Children's social and emotional development is an important aspect that influences their well-being and future success. Children who have good social and emotional skills are able to interact well with others, manage their emotions healthily, and demonstrate positive behavior. In the context of early childhood education, such as in PAUD (Early Childhood Education), the role of partnership between schools and parents is very crucial in supporting this development. School and parent partnership refers to harmonious and sustainable collaboration between both parties in supporting the process of education and child development. Schools not only function as places for children to learn academically, but also as environments that support their social and emotional development. Teachers in PAUD have the responsibility to create a safe, supportive, and loving learning atmosphere. However, this role cannot be carried out effectively without the support of parents. When parents are actively involved in their children's education, they not only help childr(Zhang et al., 2024)en understand the importance of learning, but also provide the necessary emotional support. Good communication between parents and teachers helps create consistency between the home and school environments, which is important for children's emotional stability. Thus, the role of parents and schools in this partnership is not only important for the social emotional development of children, but also to build a strong foundation for their future success. Communities and governments also need to support this effort through policies and programs that facilitate collaboration between schools and families, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to grow and develop optimally. This study analyzes the role of school and parent partnerships in children's social emotional development. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of school and parent partnerships on children's social emotional development at PAUD AL-Hidayah, Bug-Bug Village, Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency. The population in the study was 50 PAUD children. Data collection techniques used observation methods, interview methods, documentation methods and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used in this study used the product moment correlation statistical technique.Keywords: Partnership, Child Development, Social Emotional.
