Abstract

Developments in the field of technology have given rise to various new innovations in everyday life and resulted in digital transformation which can make it easier for us to carry out activities. Not having a comprehensive understanding of technology. being able to take advantage of the benefits of digital transformation in our daily lives, so outreach is needed to increase understanding regarding this matter, especially to the younger generation. PKM partner is X High School located in the GreenVille Housing complex, West Jakarta. The school is very open and supports its students in taking advantage of technological advances. However, the existence of a curriculum that does not support it and the limited knowledge of students regarding the latest technology creates obstacles for PKM partners in achieving their goals. The PKM FEB UNTAR team collaborated with X High School to conduct offline outreach in the X School ballroom on the topic of tips for success in facing digital transformation. The active role of partners is manifested by their cooperative attitude in explaining problems and attending all seminar events held. The main target of this activity is that students can understand basic knowledge related to digital technology so that they have the skills needed in the digital transformation that is happening today. The training ran orderly and smoothly due to good cooperation from all parties involved. The students were able to search for ideas by using the GPT Chat application after this activity ended ABSTRAK Perkembangan di bidang teknologi memunculkan berbagai inovasi baru dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan mengakibatkan terjadinya transformasi digital yang memudahkan kita menjalankan suatu kegiatan. Belum adanya pemahaman tentang teknologi, membuat kita tidak dapat memanfaatkan keuntungan dari transformasi digital dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga diperlukan sebuah sosialisasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terkait hal tersebut, khususnya kepada generasi muda. Mitra PKMĀ  adalah SMA XYZ yang terletak di kompleks Perumahan GreenVille Jakarta Barat. Pihak sekolah sangat terbuka dan mendukung para siswanya dalam memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi. Namun, keberadaan kurikulum yang kurang mendukung dan adanya keterbatasan pengetahuan siswa mengenai teknologi terkini, menciptakan hambatan dari mitra PKM dalam mencapai tujuannya. Tim PKM FEB UNTAR melakukan kerja sama dengan SMA XYZ untuk melakukan sosialisasi secara offline di ballroom Sekolah X dengan topik siap menghadapi transformasi digital. Peran aktif mitra diwujudkan dengan sikap kooperatif nya dalam menguraikan permasalahan dan mengikuti seluruh acara seminar yang dilakukan. Target utama dari kegiatan ini adalah para siswa dapat memahami pengetahuan dasar yang berkaitan dengan teknologi digital sehingga mereka memiliki keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam transformasi digital yang sedang terjadi pada masa kini. Pelatihan berjalan dengan tertib dan lancar karena adanya kerja sama yang baik dari seluruh pihak yang terlibat. Para siswa mampu melakukan pencarian ide dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Kecerdasan Buatan Chat GPT setelah kegiatan ini berakhir.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the company's efforts to manage working capital in improving the company financial performance. One way to operate the company's working capital properly, is by implementing the cash conversion cycle. Cash conversion cycle is a cycle of cash flow in the company which is measured by using the ratios of the Average Collection Period, Inventory Turnover, and Average Payment Period, and indirectly has an influence on the profitability of the company. The research subjects are retail companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2017-2020. Using double regression analysis with the EViews application, the result was obtained that the Average Collection Period (ACP) has a positive but not significant effect on financial performance. Different results were obtained from the variables of Average Payment Period (APP) and Inventory Collection Period (ICP), in which each of them has a significant and negative effect on financial performance of the company.

Abstract

In the company, the issuer also wants profit, so expect a high initial price. However, on the part of the underwriters on the contrary, they expect a low initial price because they are bound by the full commitment stock guarantee system that applies in Indonesia. This difference in interests causes the issuer to compromise a bit by setting a lower initial share price so that investors are interested in buying the launched initial shares. As a result, when conducting an initial public offering, the company has difficulty in determining the price because there is no reference so that there is a potential for underpriced shares to occur. This study to analyze the factors that influence the level of undepriced, which is focused on age, return on total assets, financial leverage and firm size. First, the test will be carried out partially with a t-test to test the effect of each factor on the level of underpriced initial shares. Furthermore, the test will be carried out simultaneously with the F-test, namely to test the effect of the four factors together on the level of underpriced initial shares. The population in this study are companies that offer their initial shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and have underpricing stock values. The results show that company age has a positive effect on underpriced initial shares, while the return on total assets, financial leverage and firm size variables get the opposite result.

Abstract

This research aims to examine differences in stock performance between the SRI-KEHATI and LQ45 indices using the risk adjusted return method through the Sharpe, Treynor and Jensen ratios. Testing was carried out from 2020 to 2022 on fifteen SRI-KEHATI index shares and fifteen LQ45 shares using the Mann-Whitney test, Independent Sample t Test, and Kruskal-Wallis test. The research results show that there are no differences in stock performance in the two indices using the Sharpe method, Treynor and Jensen methods. It was also found that there were differences between the three methods in the SRI-KEHATI and LQ45 indexes, where the Treynor method was the most consistent method in measuring the performance of the two indices. Overall, the LQ45 index is superior based on average stock performance, especially in the 2020 and 2021 periods, so it can outperform the increase in the SRI-KEHATI index in 2022.

Abstract

Information regarding the break even is very important for business people as a guide for determining the prices related to determination of marketing strategies. Partners in PKM activities is a family business in the culinary field of Palembang specialties, namely pempek. Along with customer demand and the desire of the owner of Pempek X to develop its business, they plan to add their product with crackers made from fish. Pempek X must determine how many units of product to be sold to cover all expenses due to additional investment in these new products. As a solution, the PKM implementation team provided training for calculating the return on principal from multi-products to be marketed using the BEP-M method. PKM implementation activities are packaged in the form of training which begins with the implementation of a webinar to provide an understanding of the calculation of the break even, followed by mapping the amount of variable costs, fixed costs, estimates of revenue for various products marketed, and calculating the break even. The results of the PKM implementation activities can be seen from the partner's ability to calculate the return on principal both for products that have been marketed, namely pempek and the planned new product, namely fish crackers. Participation of partners can be seen from the openness of partners to provide information related to the implementation of family businesses, the activeness of partners in discussions during the implementation of webinars, and the ability of partners to calculate the return on principal for various products that will be marketed so that partners can determine minimum sales targets to gain profit as a basis for determining policies ready-to-sell product marketing. Informasi berkenaan dengan pulang pokok sangat penting bagi pebisnis sebagai panduan penentuan harga terkait dengan penentuan strategi pemasaran. Mitra pada kegiatan PKM merupakan bisnis keluarga di bidang kuliner makanan khas daerah Palembang yaitu pempek. Seiring dengan permintaan pelanggan dan keinginan pemilik Pempek X untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya yaitu membuat kerupuk yang berbahan baku ikan, Pempek X harus menentukan berapa unit produk yang dijual untuk menutup semua pengeluaran akibat adanya tambahan investasi atas produk baru tersebut. Sebagai solusi, tim pelaksana PKM memberikan pelatihan perhitungan pulang pokok dari multi produk yang akan dipasarkan dengan menggunakan metode BEP-M. Kegiatan pelaksanaan PKM dikemas dalam bentuk pelatihan yang diawali dengan pelaksanaan webinar untuk memberikan pemahaman perhitungan pulang pokok, dilanjutkan dengan pemetaan besaran biaya variabel, biaya tetap, perkiraan penerimaan atas berbagai produk yang dipasarkan, dan perhitungan pulang pokok. Hasil kegiatan pelaksanaan PKM terlihat dari kemampuan mitra dalam melakukan perhitungan pulang pokok baik atas produk yang sudah dipasarkan yaitu pempek maupun produk baru yang direncanakan yaitu kerupuk ikan. Partisipasi mitra terlihat dari keterbukaan mitra memberikan informasi terkait dengan pelaksanaan bisnis keluarga, keaktifan mitra dalam berdiskusi pada saat pelaksanaan webinar, dan kemampuan mitra melakukan perhitungan pulang pokok atas berbagai produk yang akan dipasarkannya sehingga mitra dapat menentukan target minimal penjualan untuk memperoleh keuntungan sebagai dasar penentuan kebijakan pemasaran produk yang siap dijual.

Abstract

The growth in the number of internet technology users in Indonesia will certainly have an impact on increasing the number of users of various digital applications. The partner in this PKM activity is Tatajaya, which is an individual company that markets conventional sound system equipment at Glodok Plaza. The main problem for partners is the large number of old customers who want to make contactless payments and conduct online transactions. This is one of the causes for turning customers away to competitors who are more ready with digital transactions. The PKM Team's solution is to conduct training to provide information to partners regarding the digital payment process and the utilization of various digital payment platforms that exist today. The training was conducted offline and was divided into two sessions, namely a session on understanding the training material and a simulation session on using digital payment platforms to stimulate business. The material discussed includes an introduction to payment instruments in Indonesia, both cash and non-cash, the advantages and risks of using digital payment systems, and how digital payments work. The result of PKM activities is that partners can understand digital payment platforms such as e-wallets and are able to apply QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard) as a digital payment instrument which is a cross between various digital payment platforms and mobile banking in Indonesia which can stimulate activities partner business. yang terjadi di Indonesia, berdampak kepada peningkatan jumlah pengguna berbagai aplikasi digital. Mitra pada kegiatan PKM ini adalah Tatajaya yang merupakan perusahaan perseorangan yang memasarkan perangkat sound system secara konvensional di Glodok Plaza. Permasalahan utama mitra adalah banyaknya pelanggan lama yang ingin melakukan pembayaran secara contacless dan melakukan online transaction. Hal ini merupakan salah satu penyebab berpalingnya pelanggan ke pesaing yang sudah lebih siap dengan transaksi digital. Solusi Tim PKM adalah melakukan pelatihan untuk memberikan informasi kepada mitra terkait proses pembayaran digital dan pemanfaatan berbagai platform pembayaran digital yang ada saat ini. Pelatihan dilakukan secara luring dan dibagi dalam dua sesi, yaitu sesi pemahaman materi pelatihan dan sesi simulasi pemanfaatan platform pembayaran digital dalam menstimulasi bisnis. Materi yang dibahas meliputi pengenalan alat pembayaran yang ada di Indonesia baik tunai maupun non tunai, keuntungan dan risiko dalam pemanfaatan sistem pembayaran secara digital, serta cara kerja dari pembayaran digital. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM adalah mitra dapat memahami mengenai platform pembayaran digital seperti e-wallet dan mampu mengaplikasikan QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard) sebagai salah satu alat pembayaran digital yang merupakan lintas dari berbagai platform pembayaran digital dan mobile banking di Indonesia yang dapat menstimulasi kegiatan bisnis mitra

Abstract

The main characteristics of competence are skills, knowledge, and attitudes which, if all of these characteristics are managed properly, will improve performance. The presence of vocational education in the current state has a significant impact on the correlation between education and the labor market. The current dilemma is that the largest number of unemployed people in Indonesia come from vocational school graduates. This becomes a gap between the competencies possessed by vocational schools and market needs. The partner in this PKM activity is the SMK Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi, which is located in the Cengkareng, West Jakarta. Based on the results, the main problem for partners is how to prepare graduates who are ready to enter the world of work with practical skills so that they can compete and have differentiation with high school graduates. The steps taken by the PKM team were analyzing problems, preparing training plans, preparing training materials, and presenting solutions faced by partners. In the next stage, the PKM team together with the coordinator school prepared the implementation of offline training on the topic of competency development for vocational high school students according to industry and business needs. The results are that SMK students know the competencies that must be possessed as human resources who are ready to work and innovate in business, besides that students are able to measure the personal competencies they already have so that they can know the strengths and weaknesses of the behavior they have. ABSTRAK Karakteristik utama dari kompetensi adalah skills, knowledges, dan attitudes yang jika semua karakteristik tersebut dikelola dengan baik akan meningkatkan kinerjanya. Kehadiran pendidikan kejuruan dalam keadaan sekarang ini membawa dampak yang signifikan pada korelasi antara pendidikan dan pasar tenaga kerja. Yang menjadi dilematis saat ini adalah jumlah pengangguran terbesar di Indonesia berasal dari lulusan SMK. Hal ini menjadi kesenjangan antara kompetensi yang dimiliki sekolah kejuruan dengan kebutuhan pasar. Mitra kegiatan PKM ini adalah SMK Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi yang berlokasi di daerah Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi awal dengan mitra, maka yang menjadi permasalahan utama mitra adalah bagaimana menyiapkan lulusan yang siap memasuki dunia kerja dengan ketrampilan praktis sehingga dapat bersaing dan memiliki diferensiasi dengan lulusan SMA. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan oleh tim PKM adalah menganalisa permasalahan, menyusun rencana pelatihan, mempersiapkan materi pelatihan, dan mempresentasikan solusi yang dihadapi mitra. Tahap selanjutnya, Tim PKM bersama koordinator dari SMK Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi mempersiapkan pelaksanaan pelatihan secara luring dengan topik Pengembangan Kompetensi Siswa SMK Sesuai Kebutuhan Industri Dan Bisnis. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM adalah siswa/i SMK mengetahui kompetensi yang harus dimiliki sebagai sumber daya manusia yang siap untuk bekerja dan berinovasi berbisnis, selain itu siswa mampu mengukur kompetensi pribadi yang telah dimilikinya sehingga dapat diketahui kekuatan dan kelemahan dari perilaku yang telah dimilikinya.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan digitalisasi dalam perdagangan online atau penjualan dalam bentuk marketplace melahirkan banyaknya wirausaha di Indonesia. Namun, ketersediaan wirausahawan di Indonesia sebagai negara yang sedang berkembang sangatlah rendah sehingga perlu dilakukan sosialisasi mengenai kewirausahaan kepada masyarakat. Mitra pada kegiatan PKM ini adalah SMA Bina Kusuma Mulia yang merupakan sekolah yang beralokasi di Kalideres, Jakarta Barat. SMA Bina Kusuma Mulia sangat mendukung para siswanya yang berencana untuk memulai usahanya sejak dini. Namun, kurikulum di sekolah sangat mendasar sehingga pihak sekolah membutuhkan materi atau sumber informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung kebutuhan para siswanya tersebut. Tim PKM FEB UNTAR bekerjasama dengan pihak sekolah untuk mengadakan pelatihan dalam bentuk seminar dengan topik ketrampilan dalam berbisnis di era digitalisasi. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan secara luring di SMA Bina Kusuma Mulia. Target pelatihan adalah para siswa memahami keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam memulai usaha dan tidak ragu untuk merintis bisnisnya sejak dini. Partisipasi mitra diwujudkan dalam bentuk peran aktif mitra dalam berkomunikasi permasalahan mitra dan kesedian mitra untuk mengikuti seluruh sesi dalam pelatihan. Pelatihan berjalan dengan tertib dan lancar, dikarenakan partisipasi dari sekolah dalam menjalin kerjasama, penyediaan sarana dan prasarana, serta pendampingan guru kepada para siswa selama pelatihan. Pada akhir sesi pelatihan, para siswa memiliki ketrampilan untuk menyusun business plan.

Abstract

Hotels are a means of lodging for anyone who needs a temporary place to rest. In a hotel there must be a sales and marketing team whose job is to find and maintain the loyalty of its customers. This internship activity is one of the Community Service (PKM) programs at Hotel Ciputra Jakarta which really pays attention to professionalism and maintaining relationships with customers so that customers feel satisfied with the service they receive. However, considering the lack of workers in the sales admin & marketing department, Hotel Ciputra Jakarta is willing to collaborate with FEB UNTAR by providing opportunities for students majoring in management at FEB UNTAR to do internships at Hotel Ciputra Jakarta. The aim of this internship activity is that apart from earning additional income, FEB UNTAR students can learn sales and marketing strategies in increasing hotel revenues as well as relationship management with customers which many people call the spearhead of the hotel itself. The PKM program is implemented offline by going directly into the field. The implementation method to expand intern students' knowledge about sales and marketing is by going directly and observing within the sales and marketing department as well as direct interviews with the sales and marketing staff who carry out these activities. The results of this activity lasted very well for six months and concluded that sales and marketing were very influential in increasing revenue and good relations with customers with the various strategies they implemented. As a suggestion proposed to partners, partners can enrich innovation in reaching and maintaining good relationship management with customers so that they can be an advantage over other competitors.

Abstract

The dynamics of society require business people to be flexible and creative in designing business strategy plans. PKM's activity partner is a family company whose business is convection with several production lines called CMT. Mitra, as a family company that has various types of products and business lines, experiences difficulties in analyzing which business lines are profitable and should be developed. As a solution to partner problems, the PKM FEB UNTAR Team socialized the use of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) matrix as a technique for analyzing business strategy decision making based on quadrant positions which include question marks, stars, cash cows and dogs. Socialization is provided in the form of offline training at partner business locations. The results obtained from the four partner production lines, namely uniforms, screen-printed t-shirts, bedding and party clothes, only the uniform production line is in a position that can still be maintained because in this position there is relatively a lot of cash and does not require large costs. However, on the contrary, with screen-printed t-shirt, bedding and party clothes production lines, partners have to re-evaluate their business and have to restructure for the sustainability of the partner's business. In this position, the partner production line has a low market share and does not have the potential to generate much cash.
