Abstract

The nation's generation is a pillar or pillar of the country's future development. Ensuring the education of the nation's generation means seeking superior seed breeding for future development. Early childhood or Kindergarten age is an age group that in terms of education is easy to form. Early age is a golden age, where at this time children's brain development develops very rapidly. This period is also critical in the development of children. This event occurs once in a human's lifetime. Therefore, at this time children must be stimulated so that their development becomes optimal, for the sake of their future. One of the ways to provide stimulation is through education. The importance of children's education from an early age is also based on Law no. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, which states that early childhood education is one of the coaching efforts aimed at children from birth to 6 years which is carried out through the provision of educational stimuli to help physical and spiritual growth and development so that children have readiness in entering further education level (Article 1 point 14). With the education of national insight, it is hoped that later the children will grow into generations of nations who love their country and homeland. On the other hand, if children are not equipped with strong national insight values, in the future they will be very vulnerable to being "colonized" by various external factors.

The competition of each university in recruiting prospective students is not only in terms of quantity but also guarantees the quality of graduates. UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur, which is known as the state defense campus, must formulate the values ??of state defense that will be implemented and become an identity that is not only a formality but can also truly reflect the quality of students who have a view of defending the country. The view of defending the state is the view and attitude that this country needs for every young generation of the nation. This research will try to formulate a model or reconstruct a model of implementing the values ??of defending the country in ideal teaching and learning activities, by comparing it to the Defense University which also applies the spirit of defending the country. This research is also expected to be a form of contribution from UPN "Veteran" East Java to the local community, nation, and state.

Need the main human beings to include clothing, food, and shelter. In today's era, it is often seen that domestic industries or micro, small and medium enterprises are growing rapidly because in the current era they are supported by technological advances. One of the products is snacks. Most of these products are not included. expired the type of method used in this research is normative juridical. The research specification used by the author in this legal research is descriptive analysis. It is descriptive that this research was conducted by painting the object of research. In the UUPK it appears that good faith is more emphasized on business actors including home industry business actors because it covers all stages in carrying out their business activities so that it can be interpreted that the obligation of business actors to have good intentions starts from the time the goods are designed or produced until the after-sales stage. on the other hand, consumers are only required to have good intentions in making purchases of goods and/or services. This is of course caused by the possibility of harming consumers starting when the goods are designed or produced by producers or business actors, while for consumers the possibility of harming producers begins when they make transactions with producers.

This journal scrutinizes the legal enforcement concerning environmental violations committed by mining companies in Indonesia. The study explores the practical implementation and effectiveness of legal measures in shielding the environment from the adverse impacts associated with mining activities. Through an analysis of regulatory frameworks and case studies, the research evaluates the challenges and successes in enforcing environmental laws within the mining sector. Findings indicate the complexity of regulations and challenges faced in on-the-ground enforcement. Nevertheless, notable successes are also recorded in mitigating negative environmental impacts. The research contributes to our understanding of law enforcement efforts and policy expansion to address environmental challenges. It highlights the importance of robust legal mechanisms in reducing the environmental footprint of mining operations in Indonesia. The study has the potential to guide policy improvements and more sustainable practices in engaging mining companies while maintaining a balance between economic growth and environmental sustainability. The intricacies uncovered in this research offer insights into the dynamics of environmental law enforcement and suggest avenues for refining regulatory frameworks to better address the evolving landscape of environmental concerns in the context of mining activities in Indonesia.
