Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of palm sugar farmers and artisans, identify the internal and external factors affecting palm sugar development, and propose alternative development strategies for palm sugar in Sukamulya Village, Cikembar District, Sukabumi Regency. The selection of this location was purposive, considering that Sukamulya Village is a palm sugar-producing village. The research was conducted in April-May 2023. The analytical methods used in this study included the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix, External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrix, Internal-External (IE) matrix, and SWOT matrix. Respondents were determined through a census, with a total of 20 respondents being palm sugar farmers and artisans in Sukamulya Village. The results of the IFE matrix assessment obtained a total score of 2.45, the EFE matrix obtained a total score of 2.58, and the IE matrix was in cell (V) (hold and maintain). Product development can be achieved through product diversification and innovation. From the assessment of the SWOT matrix analysis, 7 alternative marketing strategies were identified for palm sugar farmers and artisans in Sukamulya Village, Cikembar District, Sukabumi Regency.

Abstract

As the number of hydroponic vegetable producers in Bogor City increases, producers must improve strategies and win the competition to stay ahead. This study aims to determine how the sales level of hydroponic vegetable producers in Bogor City, how the number of commodity types and shelf life of hydroponic vegetable producers in Bogor City and the effect of the number of commodity types and shelf life on the sales level of hydroponic vegetables in Bogor City. This research was conducted in May-June 2023. The data collection method was carried out by census. Respondents in this study were 20 hydroponic vegetable businesses. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis to answer objectives one and two, namely at the most dominant sales level 8 companies sell vegetables as much as 101-500 kg / month, while the least sales are 1 company selling vegetables less than 50 kg / month. The most dominant number of vegetable commodities 8 companies have 3-4 types of vegetables, the most dominant shelf life 11 companies with vegetable shelf life 4-6 days. Then in multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 24, it was found that the significant effect on the variable number of commodity types and storability (X) on the level of sales (Y) was marked by the value of t count > from t table, f count > from f table and obtained a coefficient of determination R2 of 80.4% while the remaining 19.6% was influenced by other variables not carried out in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of hanjeli farmers in Waluran Mandiri Village, Waluran Subdistrict, to determine the feasibility of hanjeli farming in Waluran Mandiri Village, Waluran Subdistrict, and to determine the agroindustry of processed hanjeli in Hanjeli Tourism Village, Waluran Mandiri Village, Waluran Subdistrict. The analysis method used in this research is Descriptive Analysis and Quantitative Analysis. Agro-industry made from hanjeli plants is part of the production of the Hanjeli Tourism Village in Waluran Mandiri Village, Waluaran District, which is managed by KWT Mekar Mandiri. The main ingredients for processed agro-industry use all types of hanjeli plants. The products produced from this hanjeli plant can be consumed and cannot be consumed. The types that can be consumed are glutinous hanjeli and hanjeli batok, which are usually processed into foods such as rengginang, sponge cake, supplements, porridge and several other types. For stone type hanjeli plants, they are usually used as accessories such as necklaces, prayer beads bracelets, and key chains. The results obtained from research with an average land area of 0.521 ha resulted in hanjeli farming income of Rp.768,037 with receipts of Rp.3,408,000 and resulted in total costs of Rp. 2,639,963 during one planting production cycle (6 months). The amount of R / C on hanjeli crop farming is 1.29.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik umum konsumen Bel Mart Bogor, tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja bauran pemasaran BelMart Bogor menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis(IPA), serta tingkat kepuasan konsumen Bel Mart Bogor menggunakan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, konsumen yang berbelanja di Bel Mart Bogor didominasi oleh perempuan yang telah menikah dengan pekerjaan sebagai Ibu rumah tangga. Berdasarkan sebaran usia, konsumen Bel Mart Bogor berada pada kisaran usia 26-35 tahun. Tingkat pendidikan konsumen sebagian besar adalah Sarjana. Jumlah pengeluaran konsumsi bahan pangan per bulan berkisar ≥Rp. 4.000.000,00 - Rp. 5.000.000,00. Jumlah kunjungan berbelanja di Bel Mart Bogor sebanyak 3-4 kali dalam sebulan. Hasil analisis IPA menunjukkan bahwa variabel bauran pemasaran yang harus dijadikan prioritas dalam peningkatan kinerja pelaksanaannya adalah: Llokasi gerai, sarana parkir, desain dan layout gerai, serta kenyamanan gerai. Nilai CSI terhadap bauran pemasaran Bel Mart Bogor adalah sebesar 76,83 persen. Nilai tersebut berada pada selang 66,7 – 83,3 persen artinya konsumen telah merasa puas terhadap kinerja bauran pemasaran Bel Mart Bogor.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk  menganalisis nilai tambah pisang pada industri kecil (rumah tangga) padaperusahaan keripik pisang KREKES, dan menganalisis penerimaan dan keuntungan keripik pisang pada perusahaan KREKES. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UKM kripik pisang “KREKES” yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Loji, Kecamatan Bogor Barat, Kota Bogor, Jawa Barat. Analisis nilai tambah pisang untuk memproduksi keripik pisang menggunakan metode Hayami (1987). Diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa besarnya nilai tambah industri keripik pisang pada perusahaan Krekes adalah sebesar Rp.2.630,tingkat keuntungan 85,74 persen dengan nilai keuntungan sebesar Rp.2.255. Kata kunci: Industri Kecil, Nilai tambah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik petani serta mengetahui pendapatan petani padi SRI di Kecamatan Nagrak Kabupaten Sukabumi dan mengetahui bagaimana tingkat adopsi petani terhadap teknologi SRI. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Nagrak Kabupaten Sukabumi Jawa Barat di empat desa yang telah menerapkan SRI yakni Desa Nagrak Utara, Desa Cisarua, Desa Kalaparea dan Desa Nagrak Selatan. Dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2013 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 40 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis usahatani, likert dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa petani yang menerapkan teknologi SRI sebagian besar berpendidikan rendah (tidak tamat SD) dengan persentase 56,4% dengan penghasilan Rp. 3.073.447 dengan luas lahan kurang dari 0,5 ha dan Rp. 7.090.909 dengan luas lahan lebih dari 0,5 ha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses sertifikasi label halal, tingkat preferensi konsumen terhadap label halal, dan pengaruh label halal terhadap tingkat penjualan.Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Fast Food Indonesia pada bulan Juni 2007 – Februari 2008, di salah satu outlet yaitu KFC Padjajaran. Metode pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui wawancara dan kuisioner secara langsung dengan pegawai perusahaan atau konsumen KFC secara sengaja (purposive). Metode analisa dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Atribut utama yang diperhatikan responden dalam memilih makanan yaitu label halal 51,66%, harga 33,33%, bentuk kemasan 6,66%, merek 5% dan ukuran 1,66%. Label halal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kenaikan nilai penjualan PT. Fast Food Indonesia. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji nilai tengah dan uji T-test terhadap harga penjualan yang dibandingkan sebelum mendapat sertifikasi halal dengan keadaan ketika sesudahmendapatkan sertifikasi halal yaitu 6,647 berbanding dengan 3,641 untuk uji nilai tengah dan 3, 16 dengan 1,812. Prosedur untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi halal relatif mudah dan tidak rumit dengan ketentuan semua persyaratannya telah dipenuhi. Jadi kekhawatiran produsen mengenai rumitnya prosedur sertifikasi halal tidak terbukti.Sistem Jaminan Halal terbukti mampu menjamin bahkan meningkatkan kualitas produk serta meningkatkan pertumbuhan penjualan produk KFC rata-rata 12,81% per tahun.Kata kunci: Label halal, Preferensi komsumen, Tingkat penjualan

Abstract

This study was aimed at assessing the extension activities conducted in Hurip Farmer Group, Cikarawang Village, Dramaga District, Bogor Regency. It was also done to assess farmers’ income level and extension performa.  A descriptive analysis was used.  Respondents were farmers aged 26-60 years. They had various education and farming experience levels. They had elementary school education with 3-20 years farming experience, junior high school education with 5-10 farming experience, and senior high school education with 3-20 years farming experience.  The average income gained by these farmers was Rp 9,850,000/1 ha with an income over cash cost of Rp5,675,000/1 ha. The R/C over cash cost value in this sweet potato farming business was 1.72 indicating that this business was profitable and feasible.  It was concluded that extension activities in Hurip Farmert Group was done well and farmers’ income improvement-oriented. Key words: extension. farmer income, sweet potatoes

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and assess the consumer characteristics of chrysanthemum plants at Pusat Promosi dan Pemasaran Bunga dan Tanaman Hias Rawa Belong, West Jakarta, and analyze consumer preferences towards attributes chrysanthemum plants andanalyze the level of customer satisfaction of chrysanthemum plants. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) using Minitab 16 and the analysisof Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results showed the average level of performance of chrysanthemum plants was 4,07 and the average level of consumer interest is 4,19 with acompliance rate of 97,06%, so it can be said that the performance of chrysanthemum plants have to meet consumer expectations. CSI value amounted to 81,87% at an interval of 80-100% can be interpreted so that consumers are satisfied with the performance of the marketing mix PusP2BTH Rawa Belong West Jakarta.Keywords: Consumer Preferences, Chrysanthemum, IPA, CSI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara penyuluhan dengan pendapatan petani ubi jalar.  Pemilihan petani contoh menggunakan simple random sampling (pengambilan sampel acak sederhana) sebanyak 30 orang petani contoh dari populasi 105 orang petani.  Digunakan analisis analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Berdasarkan perhitungan melalui SPSS 16, hasil pendugaan analisis regresi linear berganda, hubungan karakteristik responden menunjukan nilai determinasi (R2) sebesar 78,9 persen dengan nilai determinasi terkolerasi (R square) sebesar 77, 0 persen pada α 0,2 dan 0,05 serta hasil pendugaan pada aspek penyuluhan, menunjukan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 68,7 persen dengan nilai determinasi terkolerasi (R square)  sebesar 76,6 persen pada α 0,2 dan 0,05. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan usahatani di kelompok tani Hurip adalah umur, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman usahatani, frekuensi kunjungan penyuluh, kesesuaian materi, pelayanan informasi dan partisipasi penyuluhan sedangkan faktor-faktor yang tidak berpengaruh nyata adalah, status anggota. Kata kunci : penyuluhan, pendapatan petani, regresi linier berganda
