Abstract

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) have been widely applied in environmental health, including determining the locations of waste banks. Currently, in Batam City, there is no mapping-based system available to track the distribution of waste banks, posing challenges for residents to access information about nearby waste bank locations. Population growth is correlated with rising household demands, including the need for food, clothing, and housing. People need their basic necessities to survive. The industries of manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, and communication have all seen significant advancements since the Industrial Revolution. With the advent of information and technology (IT), all of those areas' development in the 19th and 20th centuries was larger and faster. Hence, this study introduces a management information system with mapping technology for waste banks in Batam City. Employing a descriptive analysis approach, the software development follows the waterfall method, and Unified Modeling Language (UML) serves as the design tool. The resulting system proves effective in providing information on Waste Bank locations and assisting administrators in managing Waste Bank location data.

Abstract

Indramayu State Polytechnic (POLINDRA) is obliged to organize the Tridharma of Higher Education (education, research, and community service). Where lecturers (teaching staff) are required to carry it out. One of the mandatory implementations is community service. The results of community service can be in the form of applying, practicing, and cultivating science and technology to advance general welfare and educate the nation's life; and solving problems faced by the community by utilizing the expertise of relevant academic communities, the use of appropriate technology, science and technology development materials or teaching materials or training modules for the enrichment of learning resources.After making observations and interviews with the principal of SMK Teladan Kertasemaya, Mrs. Khoirun Nisa, S.Si, it was found that the problem in the form of an honorarium system in schools still uses a manual system. Manual systems often cause errors in the system due to human error and calculation problems. So a digitized system is needed so that these errors can be minimized. To overcome the problems that occur, a solution is proposed in the form of developing financial management applications in the school. In application development using website-based applications

Abstract

Flood disasters are a serious threat faced by various regions in Indonesia, including Indramayu Regency, West Java, as one of the most vulnerable areas. The geographical characteristics of Indramayu, which are dominated by lowlands and surrounded by large rivers such as Cimanuk and Cipunagara, cause this area to experience annual flooding, especially during the rainy season. The impact of this disaster extends from material losses to significant social and economic disruption for local communities. This research aims to develop an effective and targeted flood disaster mitigation recommendation system. Using a quantitative approach, this study focuses on developing a system based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The research methodology includes several key stages. First, identify and determine criteria and sub-criteria that are relevant to flood disaster mitigation. Second, weighting criteria using pairwise comparisons. Third, consistency calculations to ensure the validity of the assessment. Finally, the construction of a decision hierarchy that integrates all analysis elements. The results of the AHP analysis are then integrated into a system specifically designed to support decision making in disaster mitigation. The system combines geographic, demographic and historical disaster data to provide comprehensive and contextual recommendations. The system being developed is expected to facilitate several key aspects of disaster management in terms of quick and effective decision making by the authorities, increasing public awareness and knowledge about disaster management and understanding disaster distribution patterns.

Abstract

Physics is a subject taught in high schools as per the established curriculum. Teachers often employ traditional teaching methods where students study independently without active participation, leading to boredom and reduced enthusiasm for learning. Physics is frequently perceived as difficult and perplexing by most students, and the utilization of 3D games as a learning tool can help overcome these challenges. This research aims to integrate the Finite State Machine (FSM) algorithm into a 3D game to create a more effective and engaging learning experience for students. The study employs the waterfall method in application development, encompassing stages such as needs analysis, application design, FSM implementation in games, and game testing and evaluation. 3D physics games have been successfully developed and tested for their feasibility. This game serves as an effective means of entertainment and learning, aiding students in enhancing their understanding of physics subjects. According to the results of a questionnaire with 50 respondents, it is evident that this 3D game is quite user-friendly (90%) and possesses a very good user interface (89%). Approximately 78% of respondents stated that their experience in using the game was very good. Moreover, 82% of respondents found that this educational physics game was highly beneficial for learning physics material.

Abstract

Predictive maintenance can reduce the risk of sudden transformer failure which causes the risk of plant to stop operating. One of transformer predictive maintenance technique is the Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) Test Oil Transformer. The gas is interpreted and analyzed to find out and get conclusions about the health condition and also possible problems in the transformer based on IEEE Standards and IEC Standards. To facilitate monitoring, a Decision Support System for Interpretation of Test Results of DGA Oil Immersed Transformer was created to form a database containing transformer data with the amount of main gas from the DGA test results. Next, decision tree was made using the J48 algorithm. The decision tree simplifying and speed up the decision-making process for recommended actions that are displayed on the system. The system also displays a trending graph of the last transformer test and quickly displays a dashboard of transformer status, i.e. normal, alarm, or danger. Engineer will get notification email if any transformer is in danger status. In addition, the system is able to provide information on possible fault types for each transformer. The benefits of this system are that the health condition of the transformer can be monitored properly and corrective action can be taken immediately on a problem based on the results of the decision support system. This will reduce the risk of shutdown and support the reliability of plant operations.

Abstract

Perkembangan transportasi salah satunya mobil bukanlah sesuatu yang hal mewah. Mobil membantu manusia untuk mempersingkat waktu menuju tempat yang dikehendaki.Setiap pengguna mobil pastinya ingin mobil yang dibawanya berjalan dengan baik sehingga mobil memerlukan perawatan berkala. PT. Sentral Motor Dumai merupakan bengkel jasa service dan menyediakan suku cadang mobil, dimana suku cadang tersebut tidak terkontrol dan mengalami penumpukan jumlah stok yang tidak terjual. Kegiatan penjualan suku cadang berlangsung setiap hari dan data semakin lama akan semakin bertambah banyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa penjualan suku cadang dengan menggunakan algoritma fuzzy c-covering. Hasil penelotian didapat bahwa proses kombinasi item dan pencarian nilai support, diperoleh 44 item fuzzy set, kemudian akan dibuat kombinasi dimulai dari k lebih besar sama dengan 2 sabanyak 7 item set untuk mencari nilai confidence dengan min confidence sama dengan 20 persen (0.2). Diperoleh 14 kombinasi confidence, dimana 13 kombinasi memenuhi min confidence dan 1 tidak memenuhi min confidence. Maka aturan asosiasi suku cadang mobil pada PT Sentral Motor adalah 13 aturan.

Abstract

Era globalisasi informasi penggunaan teknologi informasi sangat dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai bidang khususnya dalam bidang institusi pendidikan dan pelayanan kesehatan. Salah satu penunjang pelayanan Kesehatan yang dituntut menjadi lebih baik adalah suatu sistem pelayanan yang efektif dan efesien. Klinik Anyyadellasis selama ini dalam mengelola data pasien masih dilakukan dengan cara manual, hal ini memperlambat dalam mengelola data dan informasi di Klinik dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat menagani pengelolaan data pasien, rekam medis, data obat dan laporan yang diperlukan. Tujuan: pemanfaatan sistem informasi untuk mendukung kegiatan-kegiatan transaksi instansi dalam upaya meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas di Klinik Anyyadellasis. Metode Penelitian: Metode pengembengan system yang digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi rekam medis ini adalah metode tools pemodelan dengan UML. Hasil: Aplikasi rekam medis di klinik di anyyadellasis didapatkan dapat digunakan dalam pengolahan data administrasi pasien, mengelola data rekam medis, mengelola data obat, mengelola jadwal praktek dokter, pencarian data pasien dan pembuatan laporan. Simpulan: Membantu meningkatkan kinerja staf yang ada di Klinik dengan adanya aplikasi rekam medis ini maka laporan yang berhubungan dengan pelayanan Kesehatan pasien jika dibutuhkan dapat tersedia setiap saat dan dapat disampaikan tepat waktu, sehingga proses pengolaan data di klinik lebih cepat dari sebelumnya.

Abstract

In recent decades, health issues related to nutritional status have become a major concern for the Indonesian government. Malnutrition or overnutrition can severely impact individual health, especially in children and adolescents. If left unaddressed, these issues can lead to various diseases, ranging from malnutrition to obesity and their associated complications. Despite the recognized importance of monitoring nutritional status, several challenges remain. Manual monitoring systems require significant time and resources. Moreover, access to healthcare services and qualified medical personnel for regular nutritional assessments is limited, particularly in remote or underserved areas. Indonesia’s geographical complexity, consisting of thousands of islands, further complicates the equitable distribution of healthcare services. As a result, many cases of malnutrition or overnutrition go undetected early, causing delayed interventions. This research proposes the development of a K-NN-based mobile application to detect nutritional status. The application provides an initial diagnosis based on the user's physical parameters, such as weight, height, age, and gender. The dataset includes 120,999 samples, with 70% used for training and 30% for testing. Implementation of K-NN with k=7 achieved an accuracy of 91% on the test data, with the best performance in the normal category (F1-score 0.950), followed by stunted (0.889) and severely stunted (0.863). This platform has the potential to contribute to sustainable health systems, particularly in low-resource settings, by reducing reliance on energy-intensive infrastructure and minimizing the need for long-distance travel for healthcare. It could also support public health initiatives by enabling efficient large-scale population monitoring and reducing the environmental impact of traditional health services.

Abstract

The administrative recording process at Puskesmas (Community Health Centers) is still not optimal. One of the common challenges is that the recording process does not correlate with the measurable monitoring of the Puskesmas' work program achievements. One solution that can be implemented to address this issue is the SIPETER application. SIPETER is a technology-based solution designed to replace manual recording and facilitate the achievement of work programs at Puskesmas. However, the successful adoption of this system depends on the readiness of human resources to master its technical features. Therefore, the process of technology transfer in the implementation of the SIPETER application becomes crucial. For this reason, this article proposes a SIPETER application workshop at Puskesmas Cantigi. The SIPETER workshop model at Puskesmas Cantigi includes: (1) introduction to core features, (2) real case simulations, (3) troubleshooting technical issues, and (4) continuous evaluation through a performance dashboard. This community service activity is expected to assist healthcare workers at Puskesmas Cantigi in promptly conducting recording and reporting. Meanwhile, the head of the Puskesmas can monitor the progress of the implementation of the work programs

Abstract

Proses pengambilan tilang secara manual sering kali memakan waktu dan berisiko terjadi kesalahan komunikasi antara pelanggar dan petugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web guna mendukung proses pengambilan tilang secara digital di Kejaksaan Negeri. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Scrum, yang memungkinkan pengembangan aplikasi dilakukan secara iteratif dan kolaboratif. Aplikasi ini mencakup fitur login pelanggar, input dan tampilan data pelanggaran, cek ongkos kirim, serta unggah bukti pembayaran. Pengujian dilakukan melalui pendekatan black-box testing untuk memastikan setiap fungsi berjalan sesuai spesifikasi, dan usability testing melalui kuesioner kepada 30 responden yang terdiri atas petugas Kejaksaan dan masyarakat. Hasil black-box menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan dengan baik. Sementara itu, hasil usability testing menunjukkan rata-rata tingkat kelayakan sebesar 84,6%, tergolong sangat layak. Aplikasi ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi dalam pengambilan tilang.
