Abstract

Daun teh hijau (camellia sinesis., L) mempunyai zat aktif yaitu katekin yang berfungsi sebagai antibakteri yang dapat membunuh bakteri. Biji jagung manis tersebut memiliki pati sebagai zat pelekat sekaligus dapat menghaluskan dan mencerahkan kulit wajah. Kandungan jagung manis berupa; energi, protein, lemak, karbohidrat,kalsium, fosfor, besi, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B, dan air, yang banyak bermanfaat bagi kesehatan dan kecantikan kulit. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Ekstrak daun teh hijau camellia sinensis sebagai antijerawat dapat diformulasikan sebagai sediaan bedak tabur, dan apakah penambahan Pati jagung amylum maydis dalam formulasi bedak tabur dapat mempengaruhi kualitas sediaan bedak tabur Formulasi sediaan bedak tabur terdiri dari bahan-bahan seperti zinc oksida, magnesium stearat, magnesium karbonat, talkum, dan ekstrak daun teh hijau sebagai zat aktif serta penambahan pati jagung dengan konsentrasi 10%, 15%, 20%. Evaluasi yang dilakukan meliputi uji organoleptik, kecepatan alir serbuk, bobot jenis, pH, kelembaban dan uji daya lekat. Hasil menunjukan dari uji kecepatan alir serbuk F0: (1,2),F1: (1,1),F2:(1,1), dan F3: (1). Uji kelembaban didapat kadar air F0: (4,04%), F1: (4,02%), F2: (4,01%), dan F3: (4,04%). Uji pH F0,F1,F2, dan F3, didapat hasil pH 7. Uji daya lekat F0: 70%, F1: 60%, F2: 60% dan F3: 50%. Dari keempat formulasi yang dibuat dengan melakukan uji sediaan jadi. Didapat hasil uji kelembaban dan uji daya lekat dengan formulasi pati jagung 20% memiliki hasil paling baik dari pati jagung 10% dan 15%. Tetapi tidak memenuhi standar ketentuan pH.

Abstract

Learning in the 21st century demands an approach that is responsive to the diversity of learners. Differentiated learning is a strategic solution to accommodate diverse needs, interests, and abilities, and to create an inclusive learning environment. This article analyzes the synergy between social and managerial aspects in the implementation of differentiated learning, emphasizing four main elements: differentiation of content, process, product, and learning environment. This approach is supported by educational theories such as Gardner's multiple intelligences and Piaget's cognitive development, which emphasize the importance of adjusting learning methods based on learner characteristics. Differentiated learning also supports the implementation of a flexible Independent Curriculum, the use of technology, and the integration of 21st-century skills (4C). However, its implementation faces challenges such as limited resources, time management, and resistance to change. Through teacher training support, collaboration between school management, teachers, and parents, and a culture-based approach, differentiated learning can reduce educational disparities. This strategy has been shown to increase student engagement, motivation, and achievement, while creating relevant, inclusive, and equitable learning experiences in the era of globalization.

Abstract

Humas berperan dalam membangun hubungan harmonis antara instansi dengan publiknya dengan menjalankan keterbukaan informasi publik. Perlunya proses komunikasi secara terstruktur dalam mendistribusikan informasi agar berjalan dengan baik, namun Humas Bea Cukai Bogor belum memiliki pedoman teori secara khusus untuk dijadikan acuan dalam distribusi informasi hanya mengandalkan peraturan yang ada. Sehingga, dibutuhkan suatu model komunikasi agar lebih terarah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui model komunikasi yang dilakukan Humas Bea Cukai Bogor dalam distribusi informasi. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, peneliti meminta informan menceritakan model komunikasi yang digunakan dan penelitian ini lebih menekankan pada teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam dan analisis dokumen. Humas Bea Cukai Bogor kini sudah menerapkan model komunikasi menurut Grunig dan Hunt yang mencakup empat model, yaitu model agen pemberitaan/publisitas, model informasi publik, model asimetris dua arah, dan model simetris dua arah. Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, terlihat bahwa media sosial yang lebih dominan digunakan dalam penerapan model komunikasi. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Humas sudah berupaya dalam menciptakan citra positif dan membina hubungan baik dengan publik.

Abstract

The development of beekeeping edutourism in Pasawahan Village represents an innovative strategy to support rural economic growth while enhancing public awareness of bee ecosystems. This study analyzes the collaborative strategies underpinning this initiative using the Tourism Area Life Cycle (TALC) approach. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis.The findings reveal that the development of beekeeping edutourism is driven by multi-stakeholder collaboration involving the village government, BUMDes, Petani Muda Perlebah Foundation, PT PLN (Persero) through its CSR program, and active community participation. This collaboration has been implemented through infrastructure development, technical capacity-building for local residents, and the adoption of digital marketing strategies to enhance tourist attraction and accessibility. Based on the TALC model, Pasawahan’s beekeeping edutourism is currently transitioning from the development stage toward consolidation. This phase is characterized by increasing visitor numbers and the diversification of tourism products and educational services. However, several challenges persist, including a shortage of skilled beekeeping experts, the absence of clear village-level tourism regulations, and suboptimal promotion and ticketing systems.To address these constraints, the study recommends strengthening community-based technical training, formulating village regulations to support sustainable tourism management, and enhancing integrated digital marketing and visitor management systems. With targeted and sustained collaboration, beekeeping edutourism has strong potential to emerge as a leading model of sustainable educational tourism. This study contributes novel insights by examining collaborative innovation in transforming a former sand-mining area into a sustainable edutourism destination in a rural Indonesian context, offering a practical framework for similar initiatives in developing countries.
