Abstract

AbstractThe 21st century is an open century that contains various challenges and opportunities that require the birth of qualified, superior and competitive individuals for the life of the nation's people. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of rank one in the independent curriculum in the science subjects of grade X students of SMK Abdurrab Pekanbaru. The method in this study is descriptive research.  This research was conducted at SMK Abdurrab Pekanbaru, the population in this study was grade X students of the Department of Medical Laboratory Technology (TLM) and the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology (TF). The result of this study is that the use of rank one in learning has the advantage of allowing students to actively participate in learning, and can make students have a sense of pleasure and motivation to learn more diligently, so that it will affect their learning outcomes.Keywords: Rank One, Merdeka Curriculum, and IPAS

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the relationship of knowledge to the mother's attitude in providing complementary feeding in the village health center field weeds.This is a descriptive analytic study with cross sectional design. The sample was selected by simple random sampling of all mothers with babies aged 6-12 months who are 32 or older people. Primary data were collected using interviews and observation. The results showed that the relatively good knowledge of the respondents (56.2%), the attitude of the respondents classified as moderate (65.6%). There is a significant relationship between knowledge by providing complementary feeding (0.001), and significant relationship between attitudes to the provision of complementary feeding (0.001). It is recommended to health workers to be more routine counseling to mothers who have babies and approach local community leaders in order to help doing the counseling.

Abstract

ABSTRACT                                                                                                          The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of mother's knowledge about developmental stimulation with gross motor development of children aged 3-5 years in the Village Sei Sikambing B district of Medan Sunggal. The results show there is a close relationship between mother's knowledge about developmental stimulation with gross motor development of children aged 3-5 years in the Village Sei Sikambing B Sunggal Medan District, where P value = 0.00 (P <0.01) from the analysis also shows the correlation (r) of 0.63. It is suggested to mothers in order to dig deeper information from sources that are accurate about the importance and how to stimulate gross motor development of children. Keywords: Knowledge Mother,  Development

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada pembaca mengenai konsep inner child dan pentingnya pola pengasuhan dalam membentuk perkembangan anak. Inner child merujuk pada bagian dari diri seseorang yang terkait dengan pengalaman dan perasaan masa kecil yang terpendam, baik yang positif maupun negatif, yang berpengaruh pada kepribadian dan perilaku di masa dewasa. Anak-anak yang memiliki kenangan yang negatif tentu akan terus mengingat reaksi-reaksi negatif tersebut hingga dewasa Pengalaman yang tidak diatasi atau trauma yang tidak diproses pada usia dini dapat berdampak besar pada perkembangan psikologis mereka. Melalui perspektif psikologi perkembangan,dapat menggali peran penting orangtua dalam membentuk inner child yang sehat pada anak, serta bagaimana pola pengasuhan yang diterapkan di rumah dapat memengaruhi kesehatan emosional dan psikososial anak, menekankan pentingnya pengasuhan yang peka kebutuhan aspek lainnya serta dampak jangka panjang dari pola pengasuhan yang tidak memadai, seperti pengabaian atau kekerasan emosional, trauma. Selain itu, penulis juga memberikan wawasan mengenai bagaimana orangtua dan pendidik dapat mengidentifikasi tanda-tanda luka emosional pada anak, serta langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil untuk mendukung penyembuhan dan perkembangan inner child yang lebih sehat. Dengan memahami konsep inner child dan pola pengasuhan yang tepat pada anak bisa memberikan kontribusi yang besar dalam menciptakan lingkungan pengasuhan yang lebih sadar dan mendukung bagi perkembangan emosional anak., untuk menciptakan anak yang tumbuh dengan sehat dengan kepercayaan diri, kemampuan untuk mengelola perasaan, dan hubungan yang sehat dengan orang lain.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically prove the influence of deferred tax assets, company size and leverage on earnings management. This research was conducted at a Consumer Non-Cyclical sector company. The research method used is quantitative. The type of data used is secondary in the form of annual financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for 2018-2022. Samples were collected using purposive sampling. The number of companies used as research samples was 28 companies with a research period of 5 (five) years, so that 140 observation data were obtained. Data processing uses the Eviews 12 Statistical Program by collecting related data then analyzing descriptive statistics of regression model estimates, model suitability tests, classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination (R 2) panel data regression analysis, F statistical tests and t statistical tests, Results The t statistical test for the variable deferred tax assets partially influences earnings management, but company size and leverage partially have no influence on earnings management. F test results: Deferred tax assets, company size and leverage simultaneously influence earnings management.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a teaching module based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) to improve students' problem-solving skills in IPAS subjects in grade V of SD.it Ar-Ridha. This study used the Research and Development (RnD) method with the ADDIE development model, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were 25 fifth-grade students and their homeroom teachers. The instruments used included expert validation sheets, practicality questionnaires, and effectiveness tests (pre-test and post-test). Based on the research results, the developed module received an average score of 82.9% from the validators, so the module was categorized as highly valid. The product's practicality test was conducted by teachers and students with an average result of 98.3% and was categorized as very practical. Based on the effectiveness test results using the N-gain score test with a result of 0.8, it was categorized as high. Based on these research results, it can be concluded that the IPAS teaching module based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) that was developed is valid, practical, and effective for use in the learning process.

Abstract

Guru memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab yang besar dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran dan proses pembentukan karakter peserta didik, untuk melaksanakan proses pembelajaran tentulah guru harus mengawalinya dengan menyiapkan administrasi perencanaan pembelajaran yang sistemis agar proses pembelajaran terlaksana dengan efektif dan efisien. Salah satu unsur administrasi perencanaan pembelajaran yang perlu disiapkan oleh guru dalam menyelenggarakan pembelajaran adalah menyusun silabus dan RPP. Berdasarkan pengamatan di lapangan, didapatkan data bahwa masih banyak ditemukan guru yang belum memahami bagaimana penyusunan silabus dan RPP oleh sebab itu dengan bimbingan berkelanjutan diharapkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun silabus dan RPP dapat dipahami dan ditindaklanjuti oleh guru. Tindakan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian tindakan sekolah yang berlangsung selama 2 siklus. Setiap siklus akan melakasanakan 2 kali tatap muka. Pada siklus I materi bimbingan adalah pengembangan silabus, sedangkan materi bimbingan padaa siklus II adalah penyusunan RPP. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti adalah deskripti kuantitaif dan kualitatif. Melalui penelitian dilapangan diperoleh data tentang penerapan bimbingan berkelanjutan menunjukkan data yakni pada siklus I rata-rata hasil aktivitas dan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun silabus dan RPP adalah 75 dan pada siklus II rata-rata hasil aktivitas dan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun silabus dan RPP mengalami peningkatan yakni sebesar 83,89. Ketuntasan kompetensi meningkat dari sklus I dan II yaitu masing-masing 72,5 dan 77,5. Hal ini berarti dimana apabila silabus dan RPP yang disusun oleh guru mata pelajaran minimal mencapai nilai kualitatif B (Baik) maka bisa dikatakan bahwa penelitian telah berhasil.
