Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out gross working capital and net working capital, and how fast operational cycle of a firm. After to be analyzed, it can be established a policy to meet working capital need. The result of this research shows that PDAM Tirta Pakuan Kota Bogor has negative net working capital and has good enough gross working capital (there is an increase every year). The best gross working capital is in 2005. The firm operational cycle has an increase every year, and more and more faster every year. Evaluation result of this research shows that net working capital and speeding up of operational cycle is not able to compensate for overdue long-run debt. Abstract

AbstractEnhancing moral behavior through hadith learning is a way to improve children's moral behavior by using a hadith that is delivered using audio-visual media. In this case the researcher wants to see and examine how teachers improve and plan learning through hadith learning that utilizes audio-visual media as a source of learning in children aged 5-6 years. The purpose of this study is to describe the planning of hadith learning, how the implementation of hadith learning and the improvement of moral behavior in children through the learning of hadith children aged 5-6 years at RA DWP Regional Office of Ministry of Religion in Pontianak. This research was conducted using descriptive methods by conducting class action research, the research data are presented in the form of words and numbers. As for the source of the data is group B children aged 5-6 years, totaling 34 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were non-test techniques. While the data collection tool is in the form of direct observation. From the results of researchers show that the learning model through hadith learning has been going well and implemented in accordance with the RPPH that was made. In real media learning that researchers have prepared in accordance with the themes and development of children aged 5-6 years in RA DWP Pontianak Regional Office of Ministry of Religion. Starting from the results of the study, then there are a number of suggestions given namely relating to (1) the media used, (2) classroom settings, (3) plans in learning. Keywords: Behavior, Hadith, Moral

Abstract

AbstractThis research was motivated by the moral development of children not well developed, as children do not understand noble behavior (lack of empathy and justice to friends). The general objective of this study was to describe moral development activities in children aged 5-6 years in TK Kemala Bhayangkari 13 Pontianak City. The assessment aspect of the moral development observed was empathy and justice. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The form of research used in this study is a form of qualitative research.  Based on the formulation of the problem and the results of the research discussed earlier, it can be concluded specifically about a number of things concerning the moral character (justice and empathy) of the child, as follows: Steps taken by the teacher in shaping moral character in TK Kemala Bhayangkari Pontianak City 13, this is characterized by various things, planning activities which include the development of curriculum material / content, Annual Learning Plans, Monthly Learning Plans, Weekly Learning Plans and Daily Learning Plans.  As well as evaluation activities that include observation, recording anecdotes, conversations, assignments (projects), appearance (performance) and work (product). Keywords: children’s moral development, aged 5-6 years old, TK Kemala Bhayangkari 13 Pontianak City

Abstract

Abstract:This research is based on the problem of children aged 3-4 years in PAUD Laskar Pelangi Kubu Raya district where most of the children who become the subject of this research can not mention the forms of geometry, showing the forms of geometry and distinguish the forms of geometry Form of research this is a classroom action research using the puzzle game method. The subjects of this study were children who numbered 12 children. The location used as this research is PAUD Laskar Pelangi Kubu Raya District. Based on the results of research that has been done and after held data analysis, can generally be concluded that through the game puzzle can improve the ability of children in recognizing geometric shapes.  Keyword : Introduction of geometry shapes, puzzle games, childhood 3-4 years

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to know: 1) Learning planning with cutting and sticking activities to improve fine motor skills 2) Implementation of learning through cutting and sticking activities to improve fine motor skills 3) Improvement of fine motor skills of children after following cutting and sticking activities. The form of this research is classroom action research with descriptive method. The steps used in this study are as follows: 1). Planning, 2). Implementation, 3). Observation 4). Reflection. The results showed that 1) Learning planning using cutting and sticking techniques to improve fine motor in accordance with the steps that have been determined in improving the fine motor in the cycle 1 and cycle II. with well-crafted categories. 2) Implementation of learning using cutting and sticking techniques to improve fine motor has been implemented by teachers well in accordance with the prepared planning, both in cycle I and cycle II and 3) Improvement of fine motor development of children after following learning by cutting and sticking techniques, developing very good in the first cycle of 59.29 and increase cycle II to 89.41. Abstract

Abstract Children cognitive development can be increased by doing experimental activities because by doing experiments, children are able to engage actively in activities and use concretely media that can stimulate children cognitive development, so the children in TK Islamiyah Pontianak still can’t do the experiment by them self, they can’t find the cause due to the occurrence of something/ telling the results of experiments conducted, teachers are not able to understand how to improving children cognitive. The general purpose of this study is to increase the cognitive development through the experimental method.Thisresearchwasclassroomactionresearch.SubjectsandLocationofthisstudy areteachersand childrenaged 5-6years.From theresult of research and discussion can be concluded as follows (1) Learning plan made by the teacher to improve children cognitive development through experimental method has been prepared in accordance with the purpose of research and fulfill the preparation steps in accordance with the curriculum 2013. Abstract

AbstractThis research is based on the background of prosocial behavior based on data from the assessment of 15 children in PKK PAUD, Paritmayor Village, East Pontianak Subdistrict consisting of 6 women and 9 men, some of whom often play alone do not want to be friends with others, do not want to cooperate, not helping each other and not behaving honestly, therefore, the researcher focused this research on the efforts of teachers to improve prosocial behavior through the method of playing Galah Hadang in children aged 5-6 years in PKK PAUD Paritmayor Village, East Pontianak Subdistrict. class with descriptive method. Research subjects were 1 teacher and 15 children. Based on the results of research conducted and through the results obtained after data analysis was held that 1) planning learning in improving prosocial behavior through the method of playing Galah Hadang in children aged 5-6 years can categorized as "good". 2) The implementation of learning in improving prosocial behavior through the method of playing Galah Hadang in children aged 5-6 years can be categorized as "good". 3) Improvement of prosocial behavior through the method of playing Galah Hadang for children aged 5-6 years with the indicators being the target of assessment, namely: children can help each other among friends, can cooperate, children can share feelings, and children can behave honestly Keyword :Prosocial Behavior, Galah Hadang Play Method

Abstract

Abstract           This research is motivated by the fact that most children have not been able to speak Indonesian. Children are more likely to use the local language, namely Banyadu, even though the teacher uses Indonesian language. This study aims to determine the ability to speak Indonesian in children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Maringu Kec Teriak Bengkayang District. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Based on the results of a study on the analysis of Indonesian speaking ability, 4-5 years old children in PAUD Maringu, Teriak Subdistrict, Bengkayang Regency showed the results that most of the children were able to speak Indonesian because the teacher always motivated and improved children who had difficulty speaking and getting used to talking using Indonesian. Where the accuracy of speech in speaking Indonesian children aged 4-5 years some children are able to speak appropriately and are categorized as developing according to expectations. Accuracy in using question sentences in Indonesian children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Maringu can be said to develop according to expectations or develop very well. The fluency in expressing opinions in simple terms in Indonesian children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Maringu can already be said to develop according to expectations or develop very well. Keywords: Ability, Speaking

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the implementation of salat duha children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten Al-Adabiy Pontianak. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. The data sources of this research are teachers and class A students and data from observation guides, interview guides, documentation and field notes. The results of this study indicate the planning that teachers do in implementing salat duha in children have been categorized either because the teacher has set goals to be achieved, the media images or props, facilities and infrastructure, the child's assessment sheet and time, steps of prayer implementation duha children are also quite good because in accordance with the goals and strategies that teachers have made and children are also enthusiastic or enthusiastic in carrying out praying prayer duha, support factors in the implementation of prayers duha has become a role model in the implementation, inhibiting the implementation of salat duha also resolved well because of solutions contained in the implementation of prayer duha so as to make the child become happy carry out habituation prayer duha. Keywords: Duha Prayer, Habituation

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the rhythmic gymnastics in developing kinesthetic intelligence in children aged 5-6 years in the Catholic Private Kindergarten Works Yosef Pontianak. This research is done by qualitative approach and descriptive. The data sources are the B2 class teachers and the B2 group of 38 students. Research instruments: interview guide, observation guide, and documentation data. It is generally collected that the teacher has been able to define kinesthetic intelligence specifically so that the rhythmic gymnastics performed every Friday is to develop the optimal kinesthetic intelligence of the child. In particular; (1) Understanding the teacher is already know the definition of kinesthetic intelligence, kinesthetic intelligence characteristics, defini- tion of gymnastics rhythm and elements of gymnastics can exemplify and practice in the field; (2) Implementation of rhythmic gymnastics that teachers have made several movements in rhythmic gymnastics to develop six aspects of kinesthetic intelligence such as coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, endurance, speed; (3) The ability of children in exercising gymnastes that children are able to perform gymnastics rhythm from the movement of heating, core and cooling movement. And can make footsteps in rhythmic gymnastics. Keyword :Rhythmic Gymnastics, Kinesthetic Intelligence.
