Abstract

Individual differences in age backgrounds that are almost the same show a very diverse appearance, ability, temperament, interests and attitudes. Individual differences include physical and mental. Teachers need to know the individual differences of students who have intellectual, thinking, and personality abilities and other things related to psychomotor so that teachers can understand the various desires, needs, and problems of students. Self-efficacy is self-confidence in carrying out tasks responsibly, making efforts by considering one's abilities, planning for the future, and controlling oneself in accepting pressure, and controlling situations that cannot be predicted. Group counseling as one of the guidance and counseling services that can be relied upon in alleviating the problems faced by students, especially by using the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach in increasing self-efficacy. This study aims to determine the self-efficacy of high school students through the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach in group counseling. The results showed that self-efficacy had a very significant relationship between family social support and self-regulated learning, adolescent adjustment, learning motivation, mathematics learning achievement, and communication skills. Abstrak Perbedaan individual pada latar belakang usia yang hampir sama menunjukkan penampilan, kemampuan, temperamen, minat dan sikap yang sangat beragam. Perbedaan individual mencakup jasmaniah dan mental. Guru perlu mengetahui perbedaan individual peserta didik yang memiliki kemampuan intektual, berpikir, dan kepribadian serta hal lain yang berkaitan dengan psikomotorik sehingga guru dapat memahami berbagai keinginan, kebutuhan, dan masalah peserta didik. Self efficacy merupakan keyakinan diri dalam menjalani tugas dengan penuh tanggung jawab, melakukan upaya dengan mempertimbangkan kemampuan diri, merencanakan masa depan, dan mengontrol diri dalam menerima tekanan, serta mengontrol situasi yang tidak dapat diprediksi. Konseling kelompok sebagai salah satu layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dapat diandalkan dalam mengentaskan masalah yang dihadapi oleh peserta didik, khususnya dengan menggunakan pendekatan Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) dalam meningkatkan self efficacy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui self eficacy pada peserta didik SMA melalui pendekatan Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) dalam konseling kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self eficacy memiliki hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara dukungan sosial keluarga dengan self regulated learning, penyesuaian diri remaja, motivasi belajar, prestasi belajar matematika, serta keterampilan komunikasi.

Abstract

Learning in the 21st century has shifted to using technology and various approaches that facilitate students' ability to solve problems independently. One substitute method for assessing students' scientific problem-solving skills and self-efficacy was an AR-based STEM approach. This study aimed to determine the effect and correlation between self-efficacy and students' problem-solving skills in learning science using AR. A quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest non-equal control group design model was employed. The number of samples in this study consisted of 50 students spread across the experimental (VA) and control (VB) classes. The results of the value of the problem-solving ability in the control class were 58 on the pretest and 77 on the post-test, while the experimental class yielded 61 on the pretest and 82  on the post-test. The average self-efficacy of the control class was 53 on the pretest and 60 on the post-test, while the experimental class yielded 56 on the pretest and 79 on the post-test. The study's results showed that using the AR-based STEM approach affected self-efficacy and problem-solving ability, with a percentage of 21%. The T-test score obtained by tcount>ttable (3.630 > 2.010) indicates a significant correlation between self-efficacy and students' problem-solving ability. Students with higher levels of self-efficacy were better at solving problems, as shown by the regression value for every 1% increase in the self-efficacy variable, contributing 64.13 to the problem-solving ability. Thus, there was a significant correlation between self-efficacy and problem-solving ability in science learning using the AR-based STEM approach.

Abstract

Research conducted at SDN Paseban 18 Pagi saw the boredom of students in learning, especially in social studies subjects, due to the lack of use of supportive learning media. In addition, researchers also noted an attitude of intolerance among students regarding differences. This encouraged researchers to analyze the need for developing ludo kebhinekaan learning media to improve social studies learning that pays attention to cultural diversity in grade IV. This study involved 1 teacher and 14 grade IV learners at SDN Paseban 18 Pagi. The development method used is the ADDIE Model, which involves five stages: Analysis, Planning, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. At the needs analysis stage, researchers used observation and questionnaires to collect data from teachers and grade IV students. The results showed that 78% of students expressed a lack of interest in social studies due to monotonous learning without the use of learning media, while 69% of teachers saw weaknesses in improving students' tolerance attitudes. This research became the basis for the development of learning media that is expected to overcome the lack of interest of students in social studies while improving their understanding and tolerance attitude towards diversity.

Abstract

Limbah cair kelapa sawit merupakan sisa hasil tanaman kelapa sawit yang tidak termasuk dalam produk utama atau hasil ikutan dari proses pengolahan kelapa sawit. Pengolahan Limbah cair yang dilakukan di pabrik pengolahan kelapa sawit terdiri dari ; pengolahan pada kolam fat pit, kolam pendinginan, kolam pembiakkan bakteri, kolam pengasaman, kolam perombakan anaerob, kolam aerob, kolam sedimentasi, dan yang terakhir land application. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sesaat (grab sampling). Analisisnya menggunakan uji kandungan BOD, COD, TSS, PH dan N-Total pada uji kandungan limbah cair kelapa sawit. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa limbah cair  pabrik  kelapa  sawit  di  PMKS PT Sisirau sudah  memenuhi  standar  baku  mutu kualitas limbah  cair bagi kegiatan  industri  kelapa  sawit sesuai  dengan ketentuan Standarisasi Kep-51/MEN LH/1995, yaitu  nilai  BOD  kurang dari 100 mg/l. untuk nilai COD sudah  memenuhi standar baku mutu karena kurang dari 350 mg/l, Untuk nilai TSS sudah memenuhi standar baku mutu karena kurang dari 250 mg/l, dan nilai N-Total sudah memenuhi Baku mutu karena kurang dari 50 mg/l.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a familiarization to the variety of professions that can be familiarized by classifying professions based on applied science clusters in Indonesia in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education in article 10 section 2 which reads: "... (a) religion knowledge; (b) humanities; (c) social science clusters; (d) natural sciences; (e) formal science clusters; and (f) applied science, with android applications. Variety of professions is an activity carried out by someone to support themselves and their families where the profession is governed by professional ethics where the ethics of the profession applies only to those professions. Besides the familiarization of various professions since elementary school age is a strategic choice in preparing future generations, the variety of professions is needed by students from the age of elementary school, as a reference for their ideals. Following the times, the familiarization of various professions can be applied in technology. The method used is research and development, which develops Android applications, based on the applied science clusters. It is expected that students can get to know and choose a picture related to their future career.
