Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to see the influence of employer branding on the exit intention of bank employees in Indonesia which is mediated by trust in leaders. In particular, this study tries to identify how the influence of employer perceived branding on outgoing intentions? Does the employee's trust in the leader affect the intention to leave? How does the influence of employer branding perceptions on outgoing intentions mediated by employee trust in the leader? The population of this study is bank employees who work in groups of state-owned commercial banks, groups of regional government-owned banks, groups of private-owned commercial banks. The sample in this study uses non probability sampling, with the sample is that employees have worked at least one year. For hypothesis testing, this study uses SmartPLS analysis with Likert scale measurement points one (strongly disagree) up to five points (strongly agree). The results of the study of 88 respondents of Bank employees in Indonesia showed that employer branding against intention to leave had a negative and insignificant effect, the influence of employer branding on trust in leaders was positive and significant, the trustworthiness of leaders towards intention was positive and significant, and employer perceived branding towards intention out which is mediated by employee trust in leaders is influential and significant. Abstract

Ability in public speaking is an important part of every activity, especially activities in the academic environment. In reality, there are still few school students who have public speaking skills. Departing from this, the author conducts Public Speaking Training which will be held at MTs Fatahillah Sindangjaya Village. The methods used in this training are material delivery, discussion and simulation. This study aims to present sources of related topics in an effort to support presentation skills for students located in Sindangjaya Village. Data in this study was collected using interviews, web scraping and documentation. The results of this study show that students can understand how to speak and present well and correctly. It is hoped that this activity can increase the literacy of students' abilities in public speaking which can be used as a key to the advancement of a civilization in a country.

Abstract

Writing activities are basically good activities for children to do. By writing, children's creativity can be increased and a child is like immersing himself in the creative process which means the child creates something which also means asking questions, experiencing doubts and confusion until finally finding a solution. And when the creative process is increasingly practiced, it becomes easier for children to transfer their skills to other fields that also require creative solutions, such as school and other activities. From the results of observations of junior high school children and adolescents in the village of Sindangsari, Cabangbungin District, Bekasi Regency. has a high interest in reading short stories and is quite interested in trying to write stories, but there are still some children who have minimal interest in reading and writing, therefore the writer is interested in helping them develop their abilities and express feelings through writing stories in the service of the writer's KKN It is hoped that it can attract children's interest and motivation to write by using an approach that emphasizes the importance of the learning process for students, namely Story Telling or Reading stories, and Writing Training.

Abstract

MSMEs have an important role in contributing to the Indonesian economy in building branding, MSMEs need knowledge about the importance of brands as invisible assets where branding becomes an inseparable part of how the strategy for marketing products is seen from the problems that occur in Sindangsari village, namely low competitiveness MSME products in villages, this is possible due to the inability of MSMEs to create identity in their products by using the implementation method which is carried out through outreach to MSME actors regarding product branding, product branding training, namely logo editing through Canva and evaluation regarding the steps that have been carried out to look at the understanding of MSME actors regarding product branding and increase motivation and be innovative regarding the role of product branding in increasing sales. The result of this activity is that people can understand how to introduce products or create an identity for siomay business products, understand how to create a brand and create logo designs, labels, banners and brochures for product identities.

Abstract

Overheat is a condition when a vehicle's engine temperature reaches a higher level than it should and cannot be maintained at a normal operating temperature. This is a serious problem that can cause damage to the engine if not addressed immediately. The purpose of this community service program is to prevent overheating in Sukaragam Village by educating the community about two-wheeled vehicle maintenance. Therefore, this community service aims to complete community service by providing counseling on simple maintenance of motorized vehicles. The community service method applies counseling in the form of brief socialization and training on how to care for motorbikes to avoid overheating. The success of this community service activity is expected to reduce cases of overheating in two-wheeled vehicles in the community. With a better understanding of vehicle maintenance, it is hoped that the community can take preventive actions such as checking the condition of the engine coolant regularly, using the appropriate oil, and avoiding driving when the engine is too hot. This not only improves driving safety, but also extends the life of the vehicle and reduces repair costs. In addition, this activity also contributes to reducing exhaust emissions produced by motor vehicles, thus supporting environmental conservation efforts.

Abstract

The project-based creative programme is an activity to increase the creativity of TPQ students in Sukaragam Village and give them the freedom to carry out these activities collaboratively and ultimately produce a product. The purpose of this programme is to stimulate the development of ideas, innovation and creativity in students and especially in teachers at TPQ. The lack of enthusiasm and learning spirit of TPQ students in Sukaragam Village is due to the teacher's lack of interest in learning, so the interest in reciting the Koran is very small. In addition, there is a lack of parental contribution in teaching their children to recite the Koran, thus creating children's unfamiliarity in involving themselves in recitation activities. The implementation method used is the training method which consists of three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. Thus, students have the potential to identify problems, formulate solutions collaboratively with teachers and children, and involve them actively in each stage of the process. This community service activity has a positive impact on teachers and students at TPQ Nurul Huda itself, namely being able to add skills and insights regarding creativity in learning. Then, it can tell the teachers at the TPQ that this creation can increase the interest and creativity of students, especially in the learning process.

Abstract

The problems that occur in Sukaragam Village, Serang Baru Subdistrict, namely the lack of children's books or lessons that make their interest in reading and basic education decrease and the lack of parental knowledge of how to distinguish true and false information or news. Thus, the implementation of community service in the programme to improve literacy and the quality of education for elementary school children in Sukaragam Village. The community service method applies community education in the form of socialisation in the form of seminars. The success of this activity is to contribute to improving the overall quality of life of the people of Sukaragam Village. With increased literacy and quality of education, the community will have better access to information, opportunities, and resources that can improve the welfare and quality of life of the community.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the Effect of Education Level and Job Placement on Employee Work Productivity at the Tirta Bhagasasi Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Rawa Lumbu Bekasi Branch. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is a  saturated sampling technique (census). The sample used was 42 people. data collection techniques by conducting interviews, observations, and dissemination of questionnaires. For data analysis using PLS (Partial Least Square), PLS is one of the variant-based SEM statistical methods designed to solve multiple regressions when there are specific problems with the calculated data using the SmartPLS 3.3.3 program

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how promotions affect consumer loyalty at the CoffeeLabs Store, using brand image as a mediating variable. Customers who had bought products from the CoffeeLabs Store constituted the study's population, and 120 responses were gathered using non-probability sampling techniques. The SmartPLS 4.0 tool was utilized to do a Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis of the data. Based on the findings of the hypothesis test, the study's findings show that every hypothesis is accepted. The study's findings indicate that, with brand image acting as a mediating variable, promotions have a favorable and noteworthy impact on consumer loyalty. Abstract

Pertumbuhan internet dan teknologi informasi telah mengubah cara konsumen meneliti produkdan membuat penilaian tentang apa yang akan dibeli. Minat beli konsumen terhadap suatu produk,khususnya produk teknologi seperti laptop, sangat dipengaruhi oleh Electronic Word-of-Mouth(E-WOM) dan Citra Merek. Sasaran Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuibagaimana minat beli konsumen terhadap laptop Lenovo di Kota Bekasi dipengaruhi oleh EWOMdan Citra Merek. Dengan menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif, penelitian inimengumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Pelanggan yang pernah membeli komputer di Kota Bekasimenjadi populasi penelitian. Sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan pengguna laptopLenovo. Pengujian data menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modelling)menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa E-wom secara signifikandan positif mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen terhadap laptop Lenovo. Demikian juga,ditemukan bahwa Minat Beli secara signifikan dan positif dipengaruhi oleh Citra Merek.
