Abstract

Kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga kelestarian lingkungan hidup menjadi sebuah tren baru yang semakin berkembang dewasa ini. Pembentukan citra sebagai kawasan organik berwawasan lingkungan berbasis green marketing yang dilakukan mampu memberikan edukasi positif terkait dengan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan untuk memperkuat citra sebagai kawasan organik berwawasan lingkungan dan untuk mengetahui implementasi kegiatan green marketing yang dilakukan di kawasan tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Tekhnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling dengan informan penelitian adalah orang yang kompeten dalam bidangnya masing-masing. Analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari empat tahapan, antara lain : pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi untuk memperkuat citra kawasan organik dilakukan dalam bentuk menjalin kerja sama dengan Dinas Pertanian, petani, kelompok tani dan UPT Pembibitan Tanaman Pangan melalui bidang pertanian organik yang dijalankan, khususnya produk kopi organik. Sedangkan implementasi kegiatan green marketing mengalami kendala salah satunya berkaitan dengan pengembangan produk organik. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian adalah kegiatan green marketing akan berjalan dengan baik apabila elemen bauran pemasaran dijalankan secara berimbang, meliputi : produk hijau, harga hijau, saluran distribusi hijau dan promosi hijau, untuk memperkuat citra kawasan organik.

Abstract

At the university level, mastering academic writing skills is a significant concern for students. However, in EFL contexts, academic writing is considered a challenging skill. The purposes of this research were to investigate challenges faced by EFL student teachers and how they overcome those challenges. The theoretical framework of cultural capital was used to guide the research. The research employed qualitative research design with a case study approach. Purposive sampling was used to select the participants. There were 8 participants voluntarily agreed to participate in this research. In collecting the data, the researchers used semi-structured in-depth interviews and document analysis. Thematic analysis was used to analyze the data. The results of the research revealed 1) six major themes of challenges including mechanics of writing, socio-cultural, psychological aspects, critical thinking skills, unity, and literature review writing. 2) the EFL student teachers used strategies to overcome their academic writing challenges that classified into metacognitive strategies, cognitive strategies, and social strategies.

Abstract

This study explores the development of an energy management strategy (EMS) using a modified external energy management strategy (EEMS) for a hybrid PV-fuel cell power system. The primary aim was to address efficiency challenges and reduce the premature aging of fuel cells, batteries, and supercapacitors (SCs) caused by excessive stress. Incorporating photovoltaic (PV) energy as an additional renewable energy source (RES) has proven to improve the efficiency of the hybrid system. The EEMS-based strategy reduces hydrogen consumption by prioritizing the energy supply from the battery and SC. However, the traditional EEMS approach introduces chattering phenomena that can negatively impact system lifespan. By modifying the EEMS optimization problem, the modified EEMS effectively mitigates chattering, maintaining the battery's state of charge (SOC) and the DC bus voltage within specified ranges, while also reducing stress on the battery and SC. The results demonstrate a significant enhancement in both system performance and efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to describe efforts to increase teacher compensation in Kober Azzaqiatul Iman Garut. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The method of data collection is through observation, interviews and documentation, with speakers of principals, teachers, and guardians of students and researchers as key instruments. The results showed the fact that the management of Educator compensation by Kober Azzaqiatul Iman was carried out through several stages, namely: (1) internal party coordination through routine meetings, daily, weekly, monthly, semesterly or annually, usually done as an emotional reinforcement and mutual trust between heads and educator. (2) external coordination, that are parent meetings four times a year, advocating, participating in village discussion, actively participating in PAUD, HIMPAUDI, and strengthening activities to the relevant education offices.

Abstract

Problem solving merupakan kemampuan kognitif yang harus diasah sejak dini, pada penelitian ini akan meningkatkan pengetahuan makanan bergizi pada anak usia dini melalui cooking class. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan model penelitian kemmis dan taggart. Penelitan ini dilakukan dengan dua siklus dan tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi.Teknik pengumpulan data  menggunakan teknik obsevasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan makanan bergizi, hal ini dibuktikan pada saat pra siklus pengetahuan makanan bergizi hanya lima belas persen kemudian setelah melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas pengetahuan makanan bergizi mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I menjadi empat puluh enam persen  dan siklus II menjadi delapan puluh empat persen, hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa cocoking class dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan makanan bergizi.
