Abstract

A developed region is the goal of development. Progress is meant here to be advanced economically, socially and the advancement of human resources owned by the region. Meanwhile, development is meant to build society as a whole, namely development that covers all aspects of society's life that can function. harmony and balance in all fields in order to create a just and prosperous society that is equally material and spiritual.This research uses descriptive analysis methods. The calculation of the numbers uses the formula for contribution, effectiveness, and measuring the efficiency ratio. Contribution Analysis is an analysis used to find out how much contribution can be made from Hotel and Restaurant tax revenues to the Original Regional Income of West Lombok Regency. Overall, for the hotel sector, tax levies in West Lombok Regency are in the ineffective category, because the actual tax that can be achieved is almost always below the predetermined target, with the exception of restaurant tax, the tax levy collected exceeds 100% or exceeds the predetermined target in the year 2022 and 2022 tax collection is in the very effective category.

Abstract

This article discusses the crucial role of effective management in spurring economic growth in developing countries. Good management is the basis for designing, implementing and optimizing economic policies that support the development of key sectors, factors such as operationally efficient human resource management, innovation and stability. proven to be a key driver in achieving sustainable growth through case study analysis and literature review. This article outlines the positive impact of effective management on company productivity and national economic growth. A comparison of successful management practices with less successful cases provides insight into the strategic importance of directed management and adaptive in facing economic challenges. Apart from that, this article highlights the importance of building managerial capacity through education and training. Improving material skills at various levels of the organization can strengthen economic foundations and open up new opportunities for innovation and investment. Based on these findings, this article concludes that effective management is not only the key to company success but also the main factor that can encourage economic growth in developing countries. Therefore, stakeholders from both the public and private sectors need to work together to strengthen managerial capacity and create an environment which supports exclusive and sustainable economic growth

Abstract

Inclusive Village Women's Leadership Training aims to increase women's leadership capacity at the village level with an approach based on gender equality and inclusive development. This training involved 40 female participants from various villages in diverse areas, with a focus on empowering women through strengthening knowledge and skills in leadership, decision making and managing village resources. The methods used in this training include theoretical lectures, participatory discussions, simulations and role playing, case studies, and field experiences, all of which are designed to hone participants' practical skills in facing leadership challenges in their villages. The results of the training implementation showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the concepts of inclusive leadership, gender equality and women's empowerment. Post-training evaluations also showed that most participants felt more confident in taking on leadership roles and playing an active role in decision making in their villages. However, challenges in implementing this training include knowledge gaps between participants, limited access to technology in some villages, and the need to strengthen more specific material according to the local context. Overall, this training was successful in providing a strong foundation for women to lead inclusively, but requires ongoing monitoring to ensure effective implementation at the village level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh sudut kabel penggantung radial terhadap kinerja struktural pada jembatan pelengkung terikat baja dengan inklinasi ke dalam sebesar 5 derajat. Studi dilakukan menggunakan metode elemen hingga (FEM) dengan perangkat lunak SAP2000 v.25. Parameter utama yang dianalisis adalah sudut penggantung relatif terhadap pelengkung, dengan tujuan mengoptimalkan distribusi gaya aksial, lendutan maksimum, dan berat total struktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konfigurasi dengan sudut penggantung 74 menghasilkan kombinasi optimal antara berat struktur yang paling ringan sebesar 1464,71 ton dan lendutan minimum 34,41 mm. Peningkatan jumlah penggantung secara umum meningkatkan efisiensi kinerja struktural, yang dinilai menggunakan formula Performance. Nilai kinerja tertinggi sebesar 1 tercapai pada konfigurasi ini, mencerminkan distribusi beban yang lebih merata. Konfigurasi ini direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan pada desain jembatan pelengkung terikat guna mencapai efisiensi material dan kinerja yang maksimal. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi efek variasi pembebanan dan material pada konfigurasi hanger yang berbeda.
