Abstract

Seiring berjalannya waktu, dibutuhkan jiwa wirausaha yang tumbuh dari generasi muda untuk menunjang perekonomian nasional melalui wirausaha. Mengembangkan jiwa wirausaha merupakan salah satu kecakapan hidup yang harus diajarkan di sekolah menengah dan pondok pesantren. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali santri Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah Serang Banten pengenalan belajar tentang kewirausahaan, minat dan motivasi serta manfaat berwirausaha. Kegiatan ini umumnya dilakukan dalam bentuk metode ceramah, yang didalamnya disediakan materi-materi yang berkaitan dengan memulai usaha. Menjelaskan mengenai konsep memulai bisnis, meliputi rencana bisnis (Business Plan), berbagai peluang bisnis, manfaat memulai bisnis, dan langkah-langkah sukses memulai bisnis dengan menggunakan multimedia, serta memberikan materi dan simulasi terkait pengelolaan keuangan usaha kecil dan menengah. Tujuan luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah agar mitra dapat menjelaskan tentang pentingnya berwirausaha sejak dini, pentingnya perubahan paradigma berpikir ke arah berwirausaha, perlunya motivasi dan manfaat berwirausaha sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat santri. Kewirausahaan dapat membantu perekonomian di kemudian hari untuk diri sendiri dan keluarga. Mitra dalam proses selanjutnya akan mengembangkan wawasan kewirausahaan dan menggunakan ilmu yang diperoleh untuk lebih mengoptimalkan dan berharap serta menerapkannya di perusahaan yang dimiliki sendiri, untuk mengembangkan usaha mandiri dan menciptakan lapangan kerja untuk diri sendiri dan orang lain.

Abstract

Nonz Eqy Laundry is a service business that is engaged in washing various types of clothes. The transaction data management system laundry that is currently running still uses the method of writing with paper media to record transactions every day. Without a system that can store laundry, data is vulnerable to lose or damage, and errors are still common in reporting. Based on these problems, it is proposed to create a web-based computerized information system that aims to assist in managing transactions and making laundry. The system is built using the Waterfall, consisting of analysis, design, implementation, and system testing stages. The design stages are carried out with application architecture design, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The implementation process uses a database and the PHP programming language with h framework Laravel. The final result achieved from this research is that the existence of laundry income reports laundry every month.

Abstract

The Indonesian Red Cross in Serang City has a command post that serves as an information center for disaster events in Serang City. The recording of disaster data carried out by the Command Post is usually by entering it into a .doc format, which makes data storage and presentation less effective. The reports are offline, making them difficult to access for people who want to know about disaster events. The above problem is solved by designing a web-based geographic information system application (web GIS) that can record and present disaster event information. The data collection method used in this research is direct observation and documentation to get the right data. The methodology used in designing this system is the waterfall method. This disaster geographic information system facilitates the preparation of disaster event reports containing coordinates and disaster coverage areas.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an Android-based student attendance application using React Native technology, with a case study at Politeknik PGRI Banten. Student attendance is crucial in academic activities as it serves as evidence of their presence and contributes to their overall academic assessment. However, the current attendance system at Politeknik PGRI Banten still relies on a website and does not provide a feature for students to view their attendance history. In this study, the author utilizes the JavaScript programming language with the React Native framework to develop an Android-based attendance application. The application leverages QR code scanning technology to optimize the student attendance process. Students can scan the QR code on their student identification cards using their mobile phone camera, and the attendance data will be recorded directly in the database. The development of this attendance application is expected to enhance the technological quality of Politeknik PGRI Banten, in line with the society 5.0 era that requires the utilization of information system technology to improve efficiency and enhance human life quality. Moreover, the application provides convenience for students to access and view their attendance history in each course, which was previously unavailable in the existing attendance system.

Abstract

Selama ini SD Madani Cilegon masih menggunakan Ms. Excel dalam proses administrasi penggajiannya, data tidak tersimpan pada tempat yang benar sehingga sulit untuk pencairan data sangatlah kurang efektif dan efisien. Selain itu, laporan masih berupa tumpukan kertas dan tidak dikelompokan menjadi satu, sehingga proses pembuatannya rumit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi penggajian yang lebih terstruktur dan terkomputerisasi di SD Madani Cilegon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Saat mendesain menggunakan alat desain Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Spesifikasi file, HIPO, dan desain antarmuka. Untuk implementasinya menggunakan Visual Basic 6.0 dan database Microsoft Access 2010. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi administrasi penggajian pada SD Madani Cilegon. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem administrasi penggajian di SD Madani Cilegon dapat diproses lebih efektif secara administrasi, tidak terjadi kesalahan penggajian dan proses pelaporan yang cepat. Abstract

Supervision at the storage of raw materials of PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper (IKPP) Serang carried out by the safety team directly and from CCTV monitoring is still not effective against fires because there is no fire detection device in the area, and for fire prevention in the place there is a sprinkler that is used to control the temperature by watering water based on the time not based on the actual temperature in the field, as well as when a fire occurs in the place reporting and watering Sprinkle still uses human labor. The research method used is the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) model with the Waterfall approach, which includes requirements analysis, system design with the integration of temperature sensors and fire sensors on Arduino devices, system implementation, functionality testing, and routine maintenance. The purpose of this research is to design a fire detection system that can provide early detection of fire spots, fire prevention by controlling the temperature of raw materials with automatic watering tools, as well as being able to run automatic watering and provide notifications directly to the security team through WhatsApp Gateway when a fire occurs. The results of the study show that the system developed can provide effective monitoring of environmental temperature and detect fires, which has the potential to reduce the risk of loss and improve response to emergency events in the industrial environment of IKPP Serang.

Abstract

SMK PGRI 2 Serang City is a private educational institution until now the total number of students are 249 students, it will be inconvenient if the cost of educational facilities was still done manually using paper, namely paying tuition fees, making school financial reports such as money coming in and money out using a cash book that can easily be lost or damaged if needed at any time for the validation process between the student and the school or the process of making school financial reports every month. The system development method used is the waterfall method and using the programming language PHP and MySQL as the storage databases. The purpose of this research is to design a reporting system that can facilitate the processing of student finances, simplify the process of calculating the student financial system and simplify information systems for processing student financial data based on a website.
