Abstract

This study conducts a normative juridical analysis of the TAPERA Programme, established by Government Regulation No. 21 of 2024, focusing on its efficacy in increasing the availability of housing for low-income communities in Indonesia. The TAPERA Programme aims to address housing affordability by encouraging savings among low-income individuals and providing financial assistance for housing needs. This research examines the legal framework, operational mechanisms, and regulatory environment of the programme, assessing its alignment with national housing policies and its potential impact. The findings indicate that while the TAPERA Programme holds significant promise due to its inclusive approach and emphasis on sustainability, challenges related to participation rates, implementation efficiency, and regulatory coherence need to be addressed. This analysis contributes to a deeper understanding of the legal and regulatory dimensions of housing policies in Indonesia, providing insights for policymakers and stakeholders involved in housing development for low-income communities.

Abstract

The level of Discipline and Emotional Intelligence is one of the company's indicators in achieving the goal of improving performance. Therefore, the aim of the research is to know how the influence of discipline and emotional intelligence on performance at the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. The research was conducted through a quantitative approach to find out simultaneously and partial effect of discipline and emotional intelligence on employee performance at Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. The population and samples taken are employees at the medical rehabilitation installation of Gatot Soebroto Hospital with a total of 59 respondents. Employees at the Gatot Soebroto Hospital's medical rehabilitation facility were given questionnaires as part of this study. The analysis of multiple linear regression is carried out through the F test and T test, two types of hypothesis testing. The study produced a multiple linear regression equation model, Y=1.479 + 0.187X1 + 0.463X2, that could be used to explain its impact of discipline and emotional intelligence on staff performance at Gatot Soebroto Hospital, with a R Square of 0.47. While the variables outside this study have an effect on the remaining 52.3%. When emotional intelligence and discipline have an impact on performance, the influence of both factors together is large, but only partially produces Discipline has a value of b1 = 0.187, implying that it has no significant impact on performance, whereas emotional intelligence has a value of b2 = 0.463, indicating that the more emotionally intelligent a person is, the better they perform at the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital.

Abstract

Kepuasan dan loyalitas dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yang sangat penting yaitu kualitas layanan dan citra merek. Untuk mengetahui lebih jauh bagaimana kedua faktor tersebut dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas maka dilakukan penelitian ini. Penelitian melibatkan 106 responden yang dipilih secara acak dari total 144 peserta karate Undo Senshu Purnama. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif, selanjutnya data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan melalui angket tertutup. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Penelitian menghasilkan lima kesimpulan yaitu: kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan peserta karate Undo Senshu Purnama; citra merek berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan peserta karate Undo Senshu Purnama; kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas peserta karate Undo Senshu Purnama; citra merek berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas peserta karate Undo Senshu Purnama dan kepuasan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas peserta karate Undo Senshu Purnama.Kata kunci: citra merek, kepuasan, kualitas layanan, loyalitas ABSTRACT Satisfaction and loyalty are influenced by two very important factors, namely service quality and brand image. To find out more about how these two factors influence satisfaction and loyalty, this research was conducted. The study involved 106 respondents who were randomly selected from a total of 144 Undo Senshu Purnama karate participants. The research was carried out quantitatively, then the research data was collected by means of a closed questionnaire. Data analysis technique using path analysis.The study produced five conclusions, namely: service quality had a significant and positive effect on the satisfaction of Undo Senshu Purnama karate participants; brand image had a significant and positive effect on the satisfaction of Undo Senshu Purnama karate participants; service quality had a significant and positive effect on the loyalty of Undo Senshu Purnama karate participants; brand image has a significant and positive effect on the loyalty of Undo Senshu Purnama karate participants and satisfaction has no significant effect on the loyalty of Undo Senshu Purnama karate participants.Keywords: brand image, loyalty, satisfaction, service quality
