Abstract

Perguruan tinggi menjadi sentra pilar perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, serta penggerak perubahan sosial ke arah demokratis. Kebutuhan akan perguruan tinggi meningkat dengan semakin tingginya penduduk Indonesia. Saat ini, banyaknya perguruan tinggi menjadikan persaingan diantara perguruan tinggi makin ketat dan mau tidak mau perguruan tinggi wajib memfokuskan kinerjanya untuk unggul dalam persaingan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh kajian kinerja di Universitas Mercu Buana khususnya pengaruh lingkungan, budaya, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 71 karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial lingkungan dan budaya kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perlu adanya pemberian apresiasi dan penghargaan kepada karyawan agar lebih giat dalam melaksanakan tugasnya.Higher education is the center of the pillars of the development of science, as well as the driving force of social change towards a democratic. The need for higher education increases with the increasing population of Indonesia. Currently, the number of universities in Indonesia makes competition between universities increasingly fierce and inevitably universities must focus their performance to win the competition. The purpose of this study was to obtain a performance study at Mercu Buana University, especially the influence of work environment, culture, and motivation on employee performance. The number of samples were 71 employees. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially the work environment and culture had no effect on employee performance, while work motivation had a positive effect on employee performance. Based on the results, it is necessary to give appreciation and appreciation to employees so that they are more active in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

Abstrak: Disiplin, lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi merupakan tiga dari beberapa faktor yang diduga relatif besar dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT. Sanpak Unggul. Untuk membuktikan pengaruh ketiganya maka dilakukan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Sanpak Unggul dengan mengambil 58 karyawan sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan menemukan bahwa disiplin dan komunikasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Karyawan. Komunikasi menjadi variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya. Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut maka untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan disarankan agar menjaga komunikasi dengan karyawan dan memberi ruang karyawan untuk dapat menyalurkan aspirasinya serta meningkatkan disiplin karyawan. Abstract: Discipline, work environment and communication are three of several factors that are thought to be relatively large in influencing the performance of PT. Sanpak Unggul. To prove the effect of the three, this research was conducted. This research was conducted at PT. Sanpak Unggul by taking 58 employees as research samples. The research method uses multiple regression analysis and finds that discipline and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance while the work environment has no effect on employee performance. Communication variable has the greatest influence. Based on these findings, to improve employee performance it is recommended to maintain communication with employees and provide space for employees to be able to channel their aspirations and improve employee discipline.

Abstract

Abstrak: UMKM makanan dan minuman menjadi salah satu sektor ekonomi masyarakat yang perkembangannya cukup pesat dengan banyak variasi dan inovasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran digital, kualitas produk dan inovasi hijau terhadap kinerja UMKM makanan dan minuman. Responden penelitian ini meliputi 60 pelaku UMKM makanan dan minuman di Bogor dan Karawang. Hasil analisis regresi berganda memperlihatkan bahwa pemasaran digital, kualitas produk dan inovasi hijau berpengaruh signifikan dan memberi dampak positif terhadap kinerja UMKM baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Kualitas produk memberi pengaruh terbesar bagi kinerja UMKM makanan dan minuman.   Kata kunci: digital, inovasi, kualitas, pemasaran, UMKM   Abstract: Food and beverage SMEs are one of the economic sectors of society whose development is quite rapid with many variations and innovations. This research was conducted to determine the effect of digital marketing, product quality and green innovation on the performance of food and beverage SMEs. Respondents to this study included 60 food and beverage MSME actors in Bogor and Karawang. The results of multiple regression analysis show that digital marketing, product quality and green innovation have a significant and positive impact on MSME performance both partially and simultaneously. Product quality gives the greatest influence for food and beverage SMEs.   Key words: digital, innovation, marketing, quality, SMEs

Abstract

This community service activity aims to assist in waste processing that can have economic value for the community. This activity is in collaboration with Karang Taruna Jagaita Village and community representatives from June 2 to July 28, 2023. The activity began with socialization regarding the importance of waste management, knowing the potential of waste that can have economic value, knowing the negative effects of waste, sorting and separating waste into categories that can be recycled and those that cannot be recycled. Furthermore, waste processing is carried out which is ready to be used for BSF maggot breeding. The results of the mentoring activity are that the community understands how to process organic waste and maggot breeding and also obtains economic benefits.

Abstract

Financial inclusion remains a significant challenge for women entrepreneurs in Indonesia, particularly in rural areas where access to formal financial institutions is limited. Peer-to-peer (P2P) lending has emerged as an alternative financing solution, with platforms like Amartha pioneering fintech lending specifically for women. Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of women-focused P2P lending programs in enhancing financial inclusion and examine the relationship between inputs, outputs, outcomes, and impacts in the P2P lending model. Methodology: The study employs qualitative analyses by logic model to provide a comprehensive evaluation of Amartha’s women-focused P2P lending program. Findings: This study finds that Amartha's P2P lending model expands women's access to capital and improves their well-being. Originality: This study using the logic model to assess the impact of women-focused P2P lending programs, particularly in terms of inputs, outputs, outcomes, and impacts on women’s economic empowerment and financial inclusion. Inklusi keuangan masih menjadi tantangan besar bagi pelaku usaha perempuan di Indonesia khususnya di daerah pedesaan, dimana akses terhadap lembaga keuangan formal masih terbatas. Peer-to-peer (P2P) lending muncul sebagai solusi alternatif pembiayaan dengan platform seperti Amartha yang memelopori pinjaman fintech khusus untuk perempuan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program P2P lending yang berfokus pada perempuan dalam meningkatkan inklusi keuangan dan menganalisis hubungan antara input, output, outcome, dan dampak P2P lending. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dengan model logika untuk memberikan evaluasi komprehensif terhadap program pinjaman P2P Amartha yang berfokus pada perempuan. Temuan: Studi ini menemukan bahwa model pinjaman P2P Amartha memperluas akses perempuan terhadap modal dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Orisinalitas: Studi ini menggunakan model logika untuk menilai dampak program pinjaman P2P yang berfokus pada perempuan, khususnya dalam hal input, output, outcome, dan dampak terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi dan inklusi keuangan perempuan.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of religious values, profit orientation, and perceived risk on Muslim investor preferences in female-centered peer-to-peer (P2P) lending. It is situated at the nexus of Islamic finance, gender-focused fintech, and behavioral economics. The analysis underscores the increasing participation of investors in digital financial platforms that cater specifically to female borrowers. A quantitative method is applied, employing Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS) to analyze data collected from 212 respondents. The results indicate that religious values, profit orientation, and perceived risk significantly shape Muslim investor preferences. Among these factors, perceived risk exerts the strongest influence, followed by religious values and profit orientation. These findings suggest that perceived risk plays a dominant role in investment decision-making, even within frameworks guided by religious principles. This study contributes to the literature by integrating religious, economic, and behavioral perspectives to advance the understanding of investor preferences in Sharia-compliant financial innovations. The results highlight the importance for fintech platforms to align strategic design with investor perceptions of risk and religious adherence to foster greater engagement in female-centered P2P lending.

Abstract

Pada bisnis yang kompetitif di sektor pelayanan publik seperti PT Angkasa Pura Solusi Integra, kinerja karyawan menjadi pondasi utama untuk menjaga kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor lingkungan, motivasi, dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Angkasa Pura Solusi dengan menggunakan data primer dari 58 responden. Metode penelitian dengan analisis regresi berganda menemukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara motivasi dan disiplin tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan mengoptimalkan lingkungan kerja serta tetap menjaga aspek motivasi dan disiplin, diharapkan kinerja karyawan dapat terus meningkat sehingga mendukung pencapaian tujuan perusahaan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menelaah faktor strategi dan etika bisnis terhadap kinerja usaha makanan dan minuman di Kabupaten Bogor. Keunggulan kompetitif digunakan untuk memediasi pengaruh strategi dan etika bisnis terhadap kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan PLS-SEM terhadap 100 responden. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan etika bisnis berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap kinerja usaha sementara strategi bisnis berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa keunggulan kompetitif memiliki peran penting terhadap kinerja usaha. Keunggulan bersaing menguatkan strategi dan etika bisnis yang berpengaruh positif dalam mendukung peningkatan kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini memberi implikasi bahwa keunggulan kompetitif penting dalam mendukung strategi dan etika bisnis guna peningkatan kinerja usaha. Kata kunci: etika bisnis, keunggulan kompetitif, kinerja, strategi, UMKM ABSTRACT This research is intended to examine strategic factors and business ethics on the performance of food and beverage businesses in Bogor Regency. Competitive advantage is used to mediate the influence of business strategy and ethics on business performance. This research was conducted using PLS-SEM on 100 respondents. The research results show that business ethics has a direct positive effect on business performance while business strategy has an indirect effect on business performance. This research also shows that competitive advantage has an important role in business performance. Competitive advantage strengthens business strategies and ethics which have a positive influence in supporting increased business performance. This research has the implication that competitive advantage is important in supporting business strategy and ethics to improve the business performance. Keywords: business ethics, competitive advantage, performance, MSMEs, strategy

Abstract

Kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan, dan motivasi merupakan tiga faktor yang diduga berperan penting dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Untuk membuktikan pengaruh ketiganya maka dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai IKNB Otoritas  Jasa Keuangan Kantor Pusat Jakarta. Sampel penelitian ini mencakup 100 pegawai. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan instrument kuesioner lima skala penilaian likert. Penelitian menghasilkan tiga temuan utama sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan, dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut maka untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai disarankan agar dilakukan upaya peningkatan kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan, dan motivasi. Motivasi memainkan peranan yang lebih besar dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: disiplin, kepemimpinan, kinerja, motivasi  ABSTRACT Leadership, discipline, and motivation are three factors that are thought to play an important role in influencing employee performance. To prove the influence of the three, this research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of leadership, discipline and motivation on the performance of IKNB employees of the Financial Services Authority, Jakarta Head Office. This research sample includes 100 employees. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument with five Likert rating scales. The research produced three main findings in accordance with the proposed hypothesis, namely leadership, discipline, and motivation influence employee performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that efforts be made to improve employee performance to improve leadership, discipline, and motivation. Motivation plays a greater role in influencing employee performance. Keywords: discipline, leadership, motivation, performance

Abstract

This business assistance is part of productive community service which aims to provide entrepreneurial knowledge in the field of animal husbandry using the three pillars. Partner, namely the Cuan Barokah duck farming business located in Cileungsi District, Bogor. Partner is provided with socialization and business assistance so it can conduct business analysis and find solutions to create increased business. In the aspect of feeding, partner is equipped with knowledge so the feeding process is more efficient. In the managing aspect, partner is provided with easy financial recording training and better sanitary system. In the breeding aspect, partner is trained so it can carry out nurseries independently. The existence of this training is expected to help create an increase in sustainable business capacity on Cuan Barokah  duck farming in Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency
