Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian batik; untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian batik dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan kualitas batik dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian batik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Neny Bateeq Kecamatan Bojonegoro Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Pengumpulan data menggunakan sumber primer dan sumber sekunder. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda digunakan untuk menganalisa nilai pengaruh dua variable bebas atau lebih terhadap satu variable terikat (untuk membuktikan ada tidaknya hubungan fungsional atau hubungan kausal antara dua atau lebih variable bebas terhadap variable terikat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 5,072 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000, menunjukkan bahwa variable kualitas produk berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian batik. Variabel harga diperoleh dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,022 dan nilai signifikansi 0,050 ≤ 0,05. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian batik. Nilai F hitung sebesar 26,539 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05,  artinya kualitas produk dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian batik.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan pengguna Gudang Komoditi Sistem Resi Gudang Kabupaten Bojonegoro dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan pengguna gudang komoditi Sistem Resi Gudang Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan data primer dan data skunder. Teknik analisa menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis diperoleh fasilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna gudang  Komoditi Sistem Resi Gudang Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna gudang Komoditi Sistem Resi Gudang Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Hasil uji F diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 34,885 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 yang berarti bahwa fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan pengguna gudang komoditi Sistem Resi Gudang Dander Kabupaten Bojonegoro..Kata Kunci: Fasilitas,  Kualitas Pelayanan,  Kepuasan, Gudang

Abstract

Abstract

Employment opportunities and community welfare are related, the opportunity for people who work will earn income for the community to fulfill their daily needs which is described by community welfare.  This study used secondary data obtained through the Central Bureau of Statistics, then analyzed using path analysis techniques with the help of Eviews 12. The results showed that infrastructure and investment had a negative and insignificant effect on employment opportunities, but economic growth had a significant negative effect on employment opportunities. Infrastructure and investment have a positive and insignificant effect on the welfare of the community, economic growth has a negative effect and does not have a significant effect on the welfare of the community.  Opportunity to work has a positive and significant impact on the welfare of maisyairaikait.  Infrastructure has no other direct effect on the welfare of the people, while investment and economic growth can have an indirect effect on the people's welfare through the opportunity to work in Indonesia.

Abstract

Hasil produksi pertanian di pedesaan memiliki berbagai macam varian salah satunya tanaman jagung. Limbah hasil pertanian jagung dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai olahan yang bernilai jual. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan bersama mitra generasi muda “Paguyuban Danyang” yang ada di Dusun Putuk Desa Banggle Kecamatan Sukorame Kabupaten Lamongan. Pendapatan utama masyarakat di daerah tersebut sebagian besar adalah petani jagung, maka pendampingan kegiatan ini menggunakan limbah jagung sebagai media untuk pertumbuhan jamur. Metode pendampingan dilakukan secara bertahap yaitu memberikan edukasi mengenai pembuatan media tanam dari bonggol jagung, kemudian melakukan praktik pembuatan serta perawatan pada media hingga berhasil. Berdasarkan hasil pendampingan dapat disimpulkan bahwa program ini berjalan dengan lancar dan keberhasilan program ini ditandai dengan adanya jamur bonggol jagung yang tumbuh dan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sekitar dengan masa tunggu lima belas hari. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa perlu adanya keseimbangan antara media tanam dan bahan campuran yang digunakan untuk merangsang pertumbuhan jamur sehingga dapat menghasilkan jamur yang lebat.

Abstract

This research was conducted on the basis of several problems that occurred in Indonesia, namely, the lack of economic resilience and the impact of the global crisis, which can affect uneven levels of economic growth, unemployment caused by a mismatch between labor skills and labor market demand, and can lead to poverty due to income inequality. The purpose of this research is to determine the characteristics of the variables that influence economic growth, unemployment and poverty in Indonesia. This research will later discuss the simultaneous model relationship between variables that affect economic growth, unemployment, and poverty using the Three Stage Least Square (3SLS) method. The research object consists of 34 provinces in Indonesia in the period 2012-2021. The research results showthe unemployment, inflation, and investment variables have a significant positive effect on economic growth which has a probability value of less than 0.05 and a positive coefficient value, while the human development index variable has a prob value. less than 0.05 and the coefficient is negative so it has a significant negative effect. The results of the second equation, the Human Development Index and economic growth have a significant effect on the prob value. 0.00 0.05, while labor has a significant negative impact with a prob value. 0.05 and the coefficient is negative, while the poverty variable has a prob value. 0.06 0.05 so it has no significant effect on unemployment. Analysis of the results of the third equation reveals that poverty is significantly affected by the gini ratio with the prob value. 0.00, but not affected by unemployment or the minimum wage because the probability value is more than 0.05.

Abstract

Pengangguran merupakan salah satu isu ekonomi yang memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap stabilitas sosial dan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara atau wilayah. Dalam konteks suatu provinsi, tingkat pengangguran terbuka menjadi salah satu indikator penting untuk mengukur kesehatan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh inflasi terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Provinsi Jawa Timur serta untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif diskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Timur. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Provinsi Jawa Timur dan pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Provinsi Jawa Timur.

Abstract

Innovations in the economic sector gave rise to online loans such as Shopeepay later which were easily accessible by several students which sparked the desire of students to always shop on the Shopee application because of the many demands on lifestyles from the environment, trends from social media such as Tiktok, to the basic needs they use . The large number of products sold at Shopee, ranging from relatively low prices to those that seem expensive, has created a desire to use Shopeepay later to make it easier for them to make transactions because of easy access and registration which is quite easy for students to do. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence there is between variables, namely the influence partially by lifestyle variables, TikTok social media, and the need for using Shopeepay Later, and the simultaneous influence of these 3 variables affecting the use of Shopeepay Later on Bojonegoro University students, as well as variables the most dominant of the three variables in the use of Shopeepay Later. The type of research used is quantitative by using the questionnaire method with a sample of 100 respondents from the entire population of Bojonegoro University students. Using quantitative methods to easily test hypotheses, the sampling technique itself uses random sampling where the researcher distributed questionnaires via a google form. it is concluded that the research obtains results if Life Style (XI), Social Media (X2), and Needs (X3), have a partial effect on the Use of (Y) Shopeepay Later, then Life Style (XI). Social Media (X2), and Needs (X3) simultaneously influence the use of (Y) Shopeepay Later, and it can be seen that the most dominant result that influences the use of (Y) Shopeepay Later is Needs (X3).

Abstract

The interests of the business community are critical to social and economic growth. Because entrepreneurship fosters an atmosphere that encourages innovation and long-term economic growth, it also makes a country more competitive in the global marketplace. The aim of this research is to find out how entrepreneurship courses at the Faculty of Economics, Bojonegoro University influence development economics students' interest in entrepreneurship. The research approach offered uses quantitative descriptive analysis methods. The number of samples in this study was 75 people, and the original data was in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale for measurement. Based on research findings, although the application of this course does not have a real impact on company interests, from an understanding perspective, it has a significant and positive influence on the entrepreneurial interest of development economics students at the Faculty of Economics, Bojonegoro University. from students enrolled in the development economics curriculum, Faculty of Economics, Bojonegoro University.
