Abstract

Perilaku pacaran berisiko di kalangan remaja awal merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang memerlukan intervensi edukasi yang tepat dan menarik. Remaja pada usia ini cenderung menormalisasi perilaku tidak sehat dalam hubungan karena kurangnya informasi yang akurat dan relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi menggunakan media audiovisual terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan siswa terkait pacaran berisiko. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimen one-group pretest-posttest dengan melibatkan 42 siswa SMP di Kota Pontianak sebagai partisipan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner pengetahuan pacaran berisiko dengan 10 item pertanyaan dikotomis. Intervensi berupa video edukasi berdurasi 3 menit yang dirancang berbasis teori pembelajaran multimedia dan teori kognitif sosial. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank menunjukkan peningkatan skor pengetahuan yang signifikan secara statistik (p < 0.001), dengan rata-rata skor meningkat dari 64.05 menjadi 76.67 setelah intervensi. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi berbasis audiovisual efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai pacaran berisiko, serta dapat dijadikan strategi edukasi kesehatan yang relevan dan dapat diterapkan secara luas dalam konteks sekolah.

Abstract

Background: The problem of cyberbullying in adolescents must be prevented and changed, because adolescents cyberbulying has a negative impact on their physical, mental, social well-being. Information from the World Health Organization (WHO), states that “the population including adolescent must have good physical, mental and social well-being, so, in realizing that, it can be done through community nurses to practice education and care, respect for human dignity, and the physical health of adolescents. Community nurses are expected to be leaders who are able to do transformational leadership to influences and inspires adolescents, develops strategies, negotiation skills, and cyberbullying victim management. Purpose: This study aimed to determine the transformational leadership style of community nurses to reducing adolescent cyberbullying. Method: The method used in this research is literature review, information searched through PubMeds, Google Schoolar, and Diponegoro Nursing Journal. Searched keywords are aldolescent cyberbullying, community nurse, transformational leadership. Result: Transformational leadership of community nurses for adolescents cyberbullying provides benefits such as providing emotional support to adolescents so that adolescents are able to have change their life to be better, This result is carried out through supporting the development of positive youth skills and assisting adolescents in achieving the desired results, stimulating adolescent intellectuals, inspiring adolescents, instilling pride, mutual respect and having trust in adolescents and their families. Conclusion: Transformational leadership in community nurses has benefits to providing support and motivation, caring, and give better life such as positif or adaptive behaviour to adolescents who experience cyberbullying.

Abstract

Cholelithiasis also known as gallstones is a disease in which stones are found in the bile or gallbladder, or both. Cholelithiasis is typically caused by bile components such as cholesterol, bilirubin, and calcium accumulating in the gallbladder. This study aims to understanding and providing nursing care to post cholecystectomy patients in Depok Regional Hospital's. To understand nursing problems in post cholecystectomy patients, a descriptive analytic approach in the form of case studies was used. Data was gathered through interviews, observations, physical examinations, and documentation reviews. A medical-surgical nursing care format was used for data collection. Mrs. R and Mr. K with a medical diagnosis of cholelithiasis, the results of the following nursing diagnoses were obtained; for acute pain problems, the results showed that the pain scale decreased to two from a range of ten, and the patient did not wince in pain. Mrs. R and Mr. K second diagnosis, physical mobility, revealed that the patient was able to do activities even if they had to be done slowly. Meanwhile, Mrs. R third diagnosis is nausea, and the results are decreased nausea and increased appetite. Mr. K third diagnosis, a sleep pattern disorder, has resulted in the patient still having difficulty sleeping. Most of the nursing diagnoses in the two patients were resolved within 3x24 hours of treatment, only the diagnosis of sleep pattern disorders was resolved in part because the patient still had difficulty sleeping.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the levels of anxiety and stress among patients with chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis at Dr. Soedarso General Hospital. This research is a quantitative study using a descriptive, cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used was non-probability purposive sampling, with a total sample of 129 respondents. Data were collected using the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (ZSAS) to measure anxiety and the Perceived Stress Scale-10 (PSS-10) to measure stress among patients in the hemodialysis unit. The results showed that 120 respondents (93%) had normal anxiety levels and 9 respondents (7%) had mild anxiety, while 74 respondents (57.4%) experienced mild stress, 53 respondents (41.1%) moderate stress, and 2 respondents (1.6%) severe stress. Anxiety and stress are real problems experienced by CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis; therefore, healthcare professionals need to pay special attention to these issues in order to help patients adapt to the chronic illness they are facing.
