Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui konsep kemakmuran Masjid menurut perspektif Takmir Masjid. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah 2 orang Takmir Masjid yang terdiri dari Masjid Jogokaryan dan Masjid Agung Syuhada. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Takmir Masjid memahami konsep kemakmuran masjid dapat dinilai dari kemampuan Masjid untuk menjadi sentral kegiatan masyarakat, tidak hanya dalam kegiatan peribadatan, akan tetapi juga dalam hal pendidikan dan interaksi sosial lainnya. Kata Kunci: Takmir, Kemakmuran Masjid

Abstract

AbstractFor Muslims in Indonesia, the basic concept of waqf in Islam has been known for a long time, and more than that, in practice if it is explored further, there will be many waqf assets in Indonesia. However, there are still many waqf assets that have not been maximally managed which have the potential to be productive so that more benefits (maslahah) can be obtained. One way of developing these waqf assets is through waqf sukuk. In Indonesia, the provisions of the waqf sukuk are based on the Fatwa DSN-MUI. This study aims to describe the concept of sukuk waqf in the perspective of Fatwa DSN-MUI. This study used a qualitative-descriptive-literature method with the Fatwa DSN-MUI as the main subject of this study. The conclusion, the issuance of sukuk may only be based on the benefits of waqf assets and business activities on waqf assets, while waqf assets cannot be used as the basis for issuing sukuk. The schemes of ‘aqd used in the issuance of waqf sukuk are mudharabah, ijarah, wakalah bil al-istitsmar, musyarakah, or other ‘aqd in accordance with sharia principles. AbstrakBagi umat Muslim di Indonesia, konsep dasar wakaf di dalam Islam sudah sangat mendalam dipahami, dan lebih dari itu, dalam praktiknya jika ditelusuri lebih jauh maka akan banyak ditemukan aset-aset wakaf di Indonesia. Namun demikian, masih banyak aset wakaf yang belum maksimal pengelolaannya yang sebenarnya dapat lebih diproduktifkan lagi sehingga menghasilkan kemaslahatan yang lebih besar. Salah satu cara pengembangan aset wakaf tersebut adalah melalui sukuk wakaf. Di Indonesia ketentuan sukuk wakaf didasarkan kepada Fatwa DSN-MUI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsep sukuk wakaf dalam perspektif Fatwa DSN-MUI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif-kepustakaan dengan Fatwa DSN-MUI sebagai bahan utama kajiannya. Kesimpulan yang didapat, penerbitan sukuk hanya boleh didasarkan kepada manfaat aset wakaf dan kegiatan usaha pada aset wakaf, sedangkan aset wakaf tidak boleh dijadikan dasar penerbitan sukuk. Skema akad yang digunakan dalam penerbitan sukuk wakaf adalah akad mudharabah, ijarah, wakalah bil al-istitsmar, musyarakah, atau akad lain yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah.

Abstract

AbstractThe application of a hybrid contract is a necessity that cannot be avoided and its application is supported by the principle of muamalah which applies the principle of permissibility as long as there are no prohibitions from the nash. This research aims to describe the concept of a hybrid contract and its implementation in Islamic financial products in Indonesia. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative literature. The results obtained, a hybrid contract is an agreement between two parties to carry out a muamalah which includes two or more contracts. The permissibility of a hybrid contract is based on the legal principle that the origin of muamalah is permissible. In general, the limits agreed upon by the scholars regarding several criteria for hybrid contracts to be allowed by sharia, namely not what is prohibited from the nash, not being a means to something that is forbidden, not being used as a hilah (strategy) to take usury in other ways, and is not included in the contract to the contrary. Fatwa DSN-MUI according to hybrid contracts on Islamic financial products in Indonesia, namely mudharabah musytarakah, musyarakah mutanaqisah, musyarakah muntahiyah bi al-tamlik, and al-ijarah al-muntahiyah bi al-tamlik. AbstrakPenerapan hybrid contract merupakan sebuah kebutuhan yang tidak dapat dihindari dan penerapannya didukung oleh prinsip muamalah yang memberlakukan asas kebolehan sejauh tidak ada larangan nash. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hybrid contract dalam konsep dan Fatwa DSN-MUI pada produk keuangan syariah di Indonesia. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif kepustakaan. Hasil yang didapat, hybrid contract merupakan kesepakatan dua pihak untuk melaksanakan suatu muamalah yang meliputi dua akad atau lebih. Kebolehan hybrid contract didasarkan atas prinsip hukum asal dari muamalah adalah boleh. Secara umum batasan yang disepakati oleh para ulama mengenai beberapa kriteria bagi hybrid contract agar diperbolehkan secara syar’i, yaitu bukan yang dilarang dalam nash, tidak menjadi sarana ke suatu yang diharamkan, tidak dijadikan sebagai hilah (siasat) untuk mengambil riba dengan jalan lain, dan tidak termasuk ke dalam akad-akad yang berlawanan. Fatwa DSN-MUI mengenai hybrid contract pada produk keuangan syariah di Indonesia, yaitu mudharabah musytarakah, musyarakah mutanaqisah, musyarakah muntahiyah bi al-tamlik, dan al-ijarah al-muntahiyah bi al-tamlik.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how employee performance at PT Hajma Aruna Java is influenced by organizational culture, commitment and work ethic. Questionnaires were a data collection technique in this research with 200 participants as samples. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research reveal that simultaneously and partially the variables of work culture, commitment and work ethic have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Abstract

Peran UMKM sangat menentukan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Desa Canden. Peran penting yang diambil oleh masyarakat terhadap perkembangan  UMKM ini harus medapat perhatian oleh akademisi, pemerintah dan pelaku UMKM itu sendiri. Peran penting perkembangan UMKM ini, harus ada perubahan perilaku masyarakat yang dapat memajukan UMKM di daerahnya. Peningkatan UMKM juga perlu didukung oleh jiwa kewirausahaan masyarakat. Upaya menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan dilakukan salah satunya melalui Sosialisasi Pemberdayaan UMKM yang telah dilaksanakan pada hari Jum’at 28 Juli 2023 pukul 12.30-15.00 WIB di pendopo Kalurahan Canden, Jetis, Bantul. Sasaran utamanya adalah masyarakat Desa Canden. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan media tatap muka dan diskusi ini mengambil tema “Mengasah Keterampilan Guna Mendorong Pertumbuhan UMKM”, dimana peserta adalah masyarakat yang telah memiliki usaha dengan skala mikro dan menengah. Peserta juga dapat mempelajari materi secara offline maupun online dari hasil rekaman yang telah dibuat. Pada kegiatan ini membahas tentang jenis wirausaha dan bisnis  yang dapat dilakukan oleh masyarakat dimasa sekarang ini misalnya online shop, bisnis Kuliner, serta bisnis kebutuhan bahan pokok. Kunci utama menjalankan bisnis di masa sekarang ini yaitu mau mencoba peluang bisnis, terus berusaha, melakukan inovasi & ide kreatif. Kegiatan ini sekaligus untuk menumbuhkan keinginan berwirausaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untung mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja, kompensasi, dan pengembangan karir mempengaruhi niat untuk bertahan pada karyawan PT. Lingkar Organik Indonesia. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Lingkar Organik Indonesia yang berjumlah 60 karyawan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuisioner. Analisis uji regresi data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji rehabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, dan uji park. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T, uji F, dan uji R2 melalui program SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat untuk bertahan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat untuk bertahan. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat untuk bertahan. Secara simultan kepuasan kerja, kompensasi dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat untuk bertahan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, kompensasi, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif terhadap niat untuk bertahan pada karyawan PT. Lingkar Organik Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to explore a number of important aspects in the context of employee performance at the Center for Handicrafts and Batik in Yogyakarta. First, the study intends to identify whether job training has a positive influence on employee performance. Second, the study aims to assess self-efficacy may contribute positively to improve employee performance. Finally, the study also purposes to determine whether innovative work behaviors have a positive impact on employee performance in the institution. The methodology in this study was quantitative research by using questionnaire instruments to collect data. The sample used in this study consisted of 50 employees from Balai Besar Handicraft and Batik of Yogyakarta. Data analysis was carried out by using various statistical techniques allowing researchers to evaluate causal relationships between the variables studied. The results of the analysis show interesting findings. First, there is evidence to suggest that job training and self-efficacy do not have a significant positive effect on employee performance. This finding invites questions related to other factors that might affect employee performance at the Yogyakarta Handicraft and Batik. On the other hand, the results of the study also show that innovative work behavior has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Balai Besar Handicraft and Batik. These findings highlight the importance of promoting and supporting innovation in this organizational context to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The focus of the investigation is to find out how affective commitment and digital leadership effect employee performance, with te help of intrinsic motivation. The sample collection method is quantitative by nature with the use of primary data obtained by the placement using Likert scale questionnaires. Participants in this investigation include employed who work for BPTTG Yogyakarta. The results of the study demonstrate that intrinsic motivation is seriously affected by digital leadership. Motivation is not much impacted by emotional commitment integrated. The performance of employees is significantly impacted by digital leadership. Employee output is not much impacted by affective commitment. Employee performance is not much impacted by intrinsic motivation. The affective commitment and digital leadership factors cannot be controlled by intrinsic motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

This article examines the interconnection between production and environmental sustainability through the lens of Islamic economics. It explores how core Islamic principles such as khilāfah (stewardship), mīzān (balance), maṣlaḥah (public interest), and ʿadl (justice) provide an ethical foundation for sustainable economic behavior. Using a qualitative approach rooted in document analysis, the study synthesizes classical Islamic teachings with contemporary environmental policy and sustainability science. The findings highlight the potential for operationalizing Islamic ethics through green sukuk, environmental waqf, and Shariah-based policy reforms. Unlike secular models that rely on external enforcement, Islamic ethics embed ecological care within spiritual obligations. The study offers a normative and practical framework that redefines production as a trust-oriented and ecologically responsible process. It contributes both theoretically and practically to developing faith-based models of sustainability, urging policymakers and institutions to integrate Islamic values into environmental governance and production systems.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Democratic Leadership Style (X1), Affective Commitment (X2), and Work Discipline (X3) on Performance (Y). This research is quantitative research. The research population was all employees of the Dinas Kesehatan Kota Yogyakarta, totaling 53 employees. The research sample was the entire population of 53 employees of the Dinas Kesehatan Kota Yogyakarta. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption tests consisting of normality, multicollinearity and hetercedasticity tests, and multiple regression tests. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique, and data collection was carried out using a survey method by distributing questionnaires. The data was processed using the SPSS version 25 application by carrying out data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, t tests and coefficient of determination tests. Based on the test results in this research, it shows that the variables Democratic Leadership Style, Affective Commitment, and Work Discipline each have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Dinas Kesehatan Kota Yogyakarta
