Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Senam Lansia Terhadap Perubahan Tekanan Darah Lansia Hipertensi di UPTD Panti Sosial Tresna Wredha Nirwana Puri Samarinda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan desain penelitian pre test and post test nonequivalent control group. Pada penelitian ini, responden penelitian dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok masing-masing 13 responden dan diambil secara random. Dimana kelompok intervensi adalah kelompok perlakuan yang diberi intervensi berupa senam lansia terstruktur, sedangkan kelompok kontrol diberi olahraga standar panti. Hasil uji menggunakan independent t test terdapat perbedaan antara nilai tekanan sistolik dan diatolik antara kedua kelompok dimana ada pengaruh bermakna senam lansia terhadap tekanan darah sistolik dan diatolik secara bermakna pada kelompok intervensi. Terdapat pengaruh bermakna antara senam lansia dengan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik pada lansia yang mengalami hipertensi di UPTD Panti Sosial Tresna Wredha Nirwana Puri Samarinda.

Abstract

Patients diabetes mellitus type 2 have the potential to suffer from various complications, both acute and chronic complications. The family in addition to providing support also has an important role in the process of preventing these complications. So the purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of endurance  diabetes foot exercise based on family centered care (EDFE-BFCC) in reducing blood sugar levels patients diabetes mellitus type 2 in the work area of Bengkuring Public Health Center, Samarinda. This study used a pre-experimental research design with a pre and post test research design without a control group. Researchers only intervened in one group without a comparison. The population in this study were all patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the working area of Bengkuring Public Health Center, Samarinda. The sample used was 13 people by taking all members of the population according to the inclusion criteria. Diabetic foot exercise is modified with endurance movement, which is then through family empowerment to train family members with diabetes mellitus type 2. The effectiveness of the treatment was assessed by comparing the value of blood sugar levels during pre and post intervention. The results showed that p value = 0.001. Endurance diabetes foot exercise based on family centered care (EDFE-BFCC) is effective in lowering blood sugar levels during patients diabetes mellitus type 2.Keywords: diabetes foot exercise; endurance; family centered care; diabetes mellitus type 2

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and family support with antenatal care visits. This type of research is descriptive analytic with cross sectional research design. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the working area of ​​the UPT Puskesmas Damai West Kutai Regency in September - November 2021, totaling 147 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis technique used the chi square test. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and ANC visits (p-value = 0.000; OR = 3.07 – 219.7), attitude and ANC visits (p-value = 0.020 ; OR = 1.08 – 66.5), and family support with ANC visits (p-value = 0.015 ; OR = 1.10 – 103).

Abstract

The final follow-up of pulmonary TB treatment is monitoring the regularity and adherence of patient treatment. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support, patient attitudes and adherence of pulmonary TB patients to follow-up at the end of treatment at the Berau District Health Center. This study uses a correlational analytic research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population of 99 people was carried out by purposive sampling technique. The standard instruments used in this study were a family support questionnaire from Yani Arnoldus, a patient attitude questionnaire from Alif Arditia.Y and adherence to follow-up at the end of treatment using an adherence questionnaire using MMAS-8, and continued filling out the questionnaire. The data obtained were then analyzed univariately and bivariately with the Chi Square test. Obtained the variable values of family support and compliance of pulmonary TB patients following up at the end of treatment with p-value = 0.001, which is below α = 0.05 (p <α = 0.05), and the attitude variable with adherence of pulmonary TB patients following up at the end of treatment with p-value = 0.580 which is above α = 0.05 (p > α = 0.05). So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between family support and adherence of pulmonary TB patients to follow up at the end of treatment and there is no significant relationship between patient attitudes and compliance of pulmonary TB patients to follow up at the end of treatment at the Puskesmas.

Abstract

The percentage of deaths from diabetes in Indonesia is the second highest in the world. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support, motivation and adherence to taking medication in the elderly with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Using a correlational analytic design with the chi square test on 54 samples. The results of the variable values ​​of family support and medication adherence in the elderly with a p-value = 0.015, which is below α = 0.05 (p <α = 0.05) and the motivational variable with medication adherence in the elderly with a p-value = 0.665, which is above α = 0.05 (p > α = 0.05). There is a relationship between family support and adherence to taking medication in the elderly with type 2 DM.

Abstract

Abstract Background: Stroke patients from year to year increasing and become the second cause of death in the world. Family’s attitudes of patient care can be influential on the health of the patient stroke. Purpose: Identify influence of health education to enhancement family attitudes about post-stroke treatment. Methods: This study using quasi-experiment research with Pre test and post test nonequivalent control group design. The Population of this study is all the family who has family members who registered in Home care Cahaya Husada Kaltim. The determination of samples based on the criteria of inclusion until the number of samples of least fulfilled. Samples divided into two groups which are treatment and control. The number of samples every group is 30 respondents. Pre-test held before the intervention and then post test will be held after the intervention. The data had been collected analyzed with paired sample t-test. Results: This study show that health education have contribution as big as 92,74% to increase family attitudes about post-stroke treatment with value p value = 0,000 <0,05 is that mean there are significant differences respondent’s attitudes before and after given health education. Conclusions: There is an increase in family attitudes about post-stroke treatment after given intervention health education. Keywords: health education, attitude, stroke

Abstract

The prevalence of coronary heart disease has a tendency to raise up every year. Patient has anxiety because of ineffective copping at the onset of the symptoms, insufficient knowledge about the disease and tendency of hearing the death treat. Research is to know the effect of giving the handheld finger relaxation on anxiety changes to the patients with coronary heart disease at ICCU Room, Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Hospital. This Study used Quasi Experiment pre test and post test without control. sampling technique was Non Probability sampling (Non ramdom sample) which was consecutive sampling type. The result of this study shown there was the effect of giving handheld finger relaxation on anxiety changes to the patients with coronary heart disease at ICCU Room, Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Hospital. It is shown with p Value 0,000 (p>0,05) where mean value was 15,00 before intervention shown the level of anxiety was medium, and mean value 10,00 after intervention shown the level of anxiety was low. The handheld finger relaxation can reduce the anxiety of the patients with coronary heart disease. Key words : Handheld finger relaxation, anxiety, coronary heart disease

Abstract

Hypertension Is a condition where the increase in systolic blood is above the normal limit, which is more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure is more than 90 mmHg (WHO, 2021). Hypertension or high blood pressure is often referred to as "the silent killer" because it is often without complaints. To determine the relationship between self-efficacy and family support with adherence to taking hypertension medication in the Working Area of ​​the Tubaan Health Center, Berau Regency. The design of this study was a descriptive correlation with a cross-sectional approach which was carried out in February-March 2022. The population in this study were hypertension sufferers in the working area of ​​the Tuban Health Center, Berau Regency, totaling 120 people. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling, then obtained a sample of 54 respondents. The statistical test used is Chi Square if t count (pvalue) <0.05 is obtained, then the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Shows that respondents with good self-efficacy are 39 people (72.2%), have good family support both 18 people (33.3%), and respondents who adhered to taking medication amounted to 36 people (66.7%). The results of the analysis using the chi-square test obtained a p-value = 0.028 <0.05 & a p-value = 0.001 <0.05, which means that Ho 1, Ho 2 are rejected and Ha 1, Ha 2 are accepted. There is a relationship between self-efficacy and family support with adherence to taking hypertension medication in the working area of ​​the Tubaan Health Center, Berau District.

Abstract

Suatu perlombaan secara game online saat ini begitu populer ditengah anak muda masa kini. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptik korelasi dengan pendekatan retrospektif pada bulan Februari sampai Maret 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi SMPN 1 Damai Kota adalah kelas VII sampai dengan IX yang berjumlah 103 orang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan Consecutive sampling, berjumlah 82 responden. Uji statistik Chi Square apabila diperoleh t hitung (nilai pvalue) < 0,05, maka hipotesis Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Intensitas bermain game online pada kategori rendah (85,4%). Kualitas tidur siswa-Siswi di SMPN 1 Damai pada kategori baik (63,4%). Prestasi belajar pada kategori baik dan cukup baik (39,0%). Hubungan antara bermain game online dengan kualitas tidur diperoleh pvalue = 0,001 lebih kecil dari <0,05 dan hubungan antara bermain game online dengan prestasi belajar diperoleh pvalue = 0,001 lebih kecil dari <0,05. Terdapat hubungan game online dengan kualitas tidur dan prestasi belajar pada siswa-siswi SMPN 1 Damai Kabubaten Kutai Barat. Kata Kunci : Game Online, Prestasi Belajar, Kualitas Tidur.

Abstract

National Sleep Foundation (NSF) data about 67% of 1,508 elderly people in America over the age of 65 experience sleep disturbances and as many as 7.3% of the elderly complain insomnia. Research shows that sleep quality can directly affect mental, physical and emotional health (NSF, 2017) and in a research study conducted by the University of California, that 40-50% of people aged 60 years and over experience decreased sleep quality (Ambarwati, 2018). The research design is descriptive correlation with cross-sectional approach with total sampling (48 respondents). The results showed that there was a relationship between physical activity and sleep quality for the elderly at the Orchid Elderly Posyandu, Juk Ayak Village, Telen Kutai Timur District.
