Abstract

This study aims to determine the form of reward and punishment given to the harvest foreman at PT. Bumi Langgeng Perdanatrada. This research was conducted at PT. Bumi Langgeng Perdantrada, West Kotawaringin Regency, Central Kalimantan in March 2024. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The sample in this study were the harvest foreman and harvest employees in the company, with a total of 6 harvest foremen and 6 harvest employees taken based on purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive. The results of this study indicate that the form of reward at PT. Bumi Langgeng Perdanatrada is a bonus in the form of a harvest premium. While the form of punishment at PT. Bumi Langgeng Perdanatrada is the Peotang supervision premium system. Keywords: Reward; Punishment; Produktivity; Performance   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk reward dan punishmen yang diberikan kepada mandor panen di PT. Bumi Langgeng Perdanatrada. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Bumi Langgeng Perdantrada, Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat, Kalimantan Tengah pada bulan Maret 2024. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mandor panen dan karyawan panen di perusahaan tersebut, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 6 mandor panen dan 6 karyawan panen yang diambil berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk reward di PT. Bumi Langgeng Perdanatrada adalah bonus berupa premi panen. Sedangkan bentuk punishmen di PT. Bumi Langgeng Perdanatrada adalah sistem premi pengawasan Peotang. Kata Kunci: bawang merah; fluktuasi; harga; strategi

Abstract

Indonesia is a democratic country, therefore all Indonesian citizens should be able to have the character of Democracy, without exception Indonesian citizens who are female and members of the Aisyiyah organization. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of ideopoliticor (Ideogy, Politic, Organization) that has been carried out by Aisiyah in forming a democratic attitude to life. This research use qualitative approach, by collecting data through interview sheets and observation sheets, researchers want to find out what the implementation of ideopoliticor education has been like that has been carried out by Central Java women. Based on the research that has been carried out, data is obtained that idiopoliticor are indeed an annual work program of Aisyiyah, in its implementation presenting professional resource persons in the field of the fields of ideology, politics, and organization. All participants were very enthusiastic about participating in this event, as evidenced by the fact that some of the participants who attended were over 60 years old.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of Nabawiyah character education values with the principles of Pancasila in shaping students’ moral character at Sekolah Karakter Imam Syafi’i (SKIS). Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, this research involved interviews, observations, and documentation with school principals, character teachers, students, and parents. The results reveal that SKIS implements the values of 'faith, learning, and creation' as the core of character development, which aligns with Pancasila’s values of belief in God, humanity, and social justice. The study concludes that Nabawiyah character education reinforces national identity and moral integrity, emphasizing that moral education rooted in prophetic traditions and Pancasila values can produce learners who are spiritually grounded, intellectually critical, and socially responsible.
