Abstract

Banyuwangi has various cultural and traditional activities as well as art. One of them is the seblang tradition which is only practiced by the Osing community in Banyuwangi, that is, Bakungan Village and Olehsari Village in Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency. This research was a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach with 15 informants consisting of community leaders, government, members of community. The results of this study indicated that belief in implementing customs generated the behavior from the results of self-perception which are supported by social perceptions aimed at cleaning the village and rejecting reinforcements. The community's belief in the Seblang tradition is still ingrained and carried out well so that it forms community behavior if it is not carried out, disaster will take place. In the self-perception of the Bakungan and Olesari community, the assumption is that the community members do not celebrate it, they will be ostracized by other communities. However, in its development, the role of government is in hegemony of the community so that custom continue to develop into one of the contestation of customs and tourism.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an understanding and to provide an explanation regarding the importance of implementing health protocols for children aged 8 years in the RT 55 RW 11 hamlet Bayatrejo, Wringinpitu Village, Tegaldlimo District. Health protocols are very important. The importance of providing education and application of health protocols to increase understanding for children so as to reduce the level of spread of COVID-19. Public awareness in complying with health protocols also affects the current conditions. The lack of public awareness has resulted in more and more people being affected by COVID-19, day by day the number of cases of COVID-19 is increasing, especially children who are vulnerable to the virus and do not understand the importance of health protocols. The type and approach in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method, which is to analyze, describe, and summarize in various conditions, situations from various data collected in the form of interviews or observations about the problems studied that occur in the field. So that it can produce data that is appropriate and in accordance with the objectives of this study. In this study, the researchers determined the number of subjects to be studied, namely the total number of children aged 8 years there were 10 children, then the researchers determined the subjects to be 2 children and 1 mother from one of the children. The participants of this study were 2 children aged 8 years and 1 mother of one of these children. The results of this study indicate that the children have implemented health protocols in their daily activities well, with self-awareness and role modeling from parents who have been given as well as social attributions to themselves. Children in the RT/RW 55/11 hamlet Bayatrejo, Wringinpitu Village, Tegaldlmo District have complied with health protocols, so that children can understand the importance of health protocols in order to break the chain of spread of covid-19, which until now there are still many victims affected by the COVID-19 virus. 19 of these. And parents are very influential in setting an example for their children, so they can provide a behavioral stimulus for children to implement health protocols properly

Abstract

Currently there is an outbreak of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) with symptoms of acute respiratory disorders such as rapid fever, which creates a perception for readers, one of which is housewives. The perception or understanding that housewives have about Covid-19 invites excessive anxiety so that it has a very psychological impact. The purpose of this study was to describe the relationship between social media related to the Covid-19 pandemic information and the level of anxiety of housewives in 2020-2021 at Perum Sutri RT 06 / RW 03 Sobo Banyuwangi. This study was conducted to determine whether there is a relationship between information on the Covid-19 pandemic on social media and the anxiety of housewives during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research, data collection is done by using observation techniques, distributing questionnaires and documentation. Respondents in this study were housewives of Perum Sutri Sobo RT 06/ RW 03 Sobo Banyuwangi who experienced the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The number of respondents studied were 44 respondents with an age range of 30 to 45 years. The results of this study indicate that the relationship obtained is positive between social media and anxiety. The correlation coefficient level (rxy) generated from the two variables is (rxy) = 0.055 with a significance level of P = 0.724 (P > 0.05). So that it shows that the higher the use of social media by housewives, the level of anxiety will be high.

Data were collected using direct interview techniques to students of SMK Negeri Kalibaru majoring in ATU and also alumni of SMK Negeri Kalibaru majoring in ATU who were already working and continuing their studies in higher education. Researchers in addition to collecting data through direct interviews, researchers also use observation and documentation in order to obtain more in-depth information. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach. The role of BK teachers in implementing career guidance for strengthening the field work practice program for class XI ATU at SMK Negeri Kalibaru has been carried out well during teaching and learning activities and outside teaching and learning. The role of the BK teacher in implementing career guidance for class XI is as a facilitator who has a very big responsibility in helping students' talents and interests. BK teachers at SMK Negeri Kalibaru spend a lot of time with students in the hope that later students from SMK Negeri Kalibaru, especially those majoring in ATU, will be able to continue their studies at university or go straight to work

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and sexual harassment in grade VII students at SMPN 1 Sempu. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods. The subjects in this study were 60 students selected by random sampling technique. The results of this study showed a significant relationship between self-concept and sexual harassment. This can be seen from the results of the F test carried out, the F test results show that the significant value obtained is smaller than 0.05, (<0.01 < 0.05).

Abstract

Kendala yang kerap ditemukan dalam pembelajaran menulis karya iilmiah diperguruan tinggi adalah menemukan, memilih, memerinci, danmengembangan topik menjadi tulisan. Beberapa semester terakhir, penulismenggunakan teknik deep dialogue/critical thinking (DD/CT) untukmembimbing mahasiswa mengatasi kesulitan tersebut. Prinsip yangdikembangkan dalam DD/CT, antara lain: adanya komunikasi dua arah danprinsip saling memberi yang terbaik, menjalin hubungan kesederajatan dankeberadaban antara dosen dan mahasiswa, serta empatisitas yang tinggi.Dengan demikian, DD/CT mengandung nilai-nilai demokrasi dan etis untukmewujudkan ide dalam tulisan yang sistematis. Data diambil denganmenggunakan metode PTK. Berdasarkan tiga kali siklus classroom actionresearch ditemukan hasil yaitu: (1) DD/CT dapat meningkatkan antusiasselama proses pembelajaran menulis karya ilmiah; (2) DD/CT dapatmengoptimalisasikan potensi inteligensi mahasiswa untuk menemukan,memilih, memerinci, dan mengembangkan topik dengan format dan kaidahpenulisan yang benar; (3) mental, emosional, dan spiritual mahasiswaberkembang seimbang selama dialog berlangsung; (4); mahasiswa dan dosendapat menjadi pendengar, pembicara, penulis, dan pemikir yang baik; dan (5)model pembelajaran ini dapat diimplementasikan dalam kehidupansehari-hari karena lebih menekankan pada nilai, sikap dan kepribadian(sportifivitas). Dengan demikian pembelajaran berbasis DD/CT dapatmeningkatkan hard skill dan soft skill dalam menulis karya ilmiah maupunmengomunikasikannya secara lisan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok di sekolah, memperoleh gambaran kondisikepercayaan diri siswa, untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelaksanaanbimbingan kelompok dengan teknik modeling untuk meningkatkankepercayaan diri siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitiankuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 8 orang yang dipilih denganteknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bimbingankelompok dengan teknik modeling untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan dirisiswa terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa. Hal iniditunjukkan dengan hasil analisis t-test dari perhitungan skala kepercayaandiri pada skor total siswa sebelum diberi perlakuan (pre test) dan setelahdiberi perlakuan (post test) diperoleh nilai probabilitas dibawah 0,05(0,006<0,05). Disarankan kepada guru bimbingan dan konseling untukselalu meningkatkan kompetensi sebagai praktisi BK, dan modelbimbingan kelompok dengan teknik modeling dapat dijadikan salah satumodel layanan dalam membantu siswa meningkatkan kepercayaan dirinya.

Abstract

Perilaku membolos merupakan perilaku tidak masuk sekolah, meninggalkan sekolah ataupun jam pelajaran sebelum usai yang dilakukan tanpa mendapatkan izin dari sekolah yang dapat disebabkan karena factor pribadi, keluarga, ataupun sekolah. Fenomena yang ada pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Tegaldlimo menunjukkan terdapat beberapa siswa yang melakukan perilaku membolos yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui konseling individual menggunakan pendekatan behavior dengan teknik self management dapat mengatasi perilaku membolos pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Tegaldlimo. Jenis penelitian adalah pre eksperiment dengan desain penelitian one group pre test-post test design. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Tegaldlimo yang memiliki tingkat perilaku membolos yang tinggi. Pemilihan subjek dilakukan melalui rekomendasi dari guru pembimbing dan terjaring 6 siswa, diantaranya adalah GP, NR, ES, JP, EF dan DG. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan inventori. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif persentase dan uji wilcoxon. Hasil pre test menunjukkan terdapat 6 siswa yang memiliki perilaku membolos dengan kategori tinggi. Setelah dilakukan konseling menggunakan pendekatan behavior dengan teknik self management, 6 siswa tersebut menunjukkan hasil pos test yang menurun yaitu perilaku membolos berada pada kategori rendah. Berdasarkan hasil pre test dan post test yang ada menunjukkan adanya perubahan perilaku siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Tegaldlimo yang mengalami penurunan perilaku membolos setelah dilakukan konseling individual menggunakan pendekatan behavior dengan teknik self management. Berdasar hasil penelitian, peneliti memberikan saran a) Untuk pihak sekolah, diharapkan tidak menggunakan tindakan kekerasan ataupun hukuman untuk mengatasi masalah perilaku membolos, b) bagi guru pembimbing, diharapkan dapat memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling terutama layanan konseling individual menggunakan pendekatan behavior dengan teknik self management sebagai upaya dalam mengatasi perilaku membolos.

Abstract

Research was conducted to determine the relationship between lifestyle and conformity with consumptive behavior in adolescents in Banyuwangi. Consumptive behavior is behavior that is no longer based on rational considerations, but because there is a desire that has reached a level that is no longer rational. Lifestyle is the way a person lives his life which includes activities, interests, and opinions. Conformity is the change in attitudes and behavior of individuals in accordance with the rules formed by the group so that individuals can be accepted and maintained in the group. This type of research is quantitative research. Subjects in the study were 198 teenagers. Data collection methods use three scales, namely consumer behavior, lifestyle and conformity. Analysis of the data used is regression analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between lifestyle and conformity with consumptive behavior in adolescents in the city of Banyuwangi with r = 0.898 and p = 0.000. Then from the results of the stepwise regression analysis the results show that there is a relationship between lifestyle and consumptive behavior with beta = 0.058, t = 2.268, and p = 0.028. Then in conformity with consumptive behavior there is a relationship with beta = 0.967, t = 35.456, and p = 0.000.
