Abstract

Rekam medis adalah penunjang tercapainya tertib administrasi dalam rangka upaya peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan dirumah sakit.Unit rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Lancang Kuning ditemukannya Pengolahan Berkas Rekam Medis di Rumah Sakit Lancang Kuning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran assembling, koding,indexing, pelaporanrumah sakit, peyimpanan, retensi dan Pemusnahan berkas rekam medis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan Pendekatan Studi Dokumentasi.Metode pengambilan data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara mendalam.Lokasi dan waktu penelitian adalah di Rumah Sakit Lancang Kuning pada Bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2021. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala unit rekam medis dan staff rekam medis yang berjumlah 5 Informan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulanbahwa Sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh Rumah Sakit Lancang Kuning belum  cukup mereka merangkap ke semua bidang mulai dari assembling, coding, indexing, pelaporan, penyimpanan, retensi dan pemusnahan. Kosongnya lembar diagnosa menjadi hambatan dalam penyusunan berkas rekam medis. Dalam pengkodingan dilakukan  oleh casmic terkadang terjadi kesalahan dalam memahami tulisan dokter. Pelaporan rumah sakit yang dilakukan secara teratur dan ruang penyimpnanan berkas rekam medis sempit sehingga menyulitkan petugas untuk menemukan berkas rekam medis. Sebaiknya Rumh Sakit meningkatkan standar Rekam Medis dan Menambah Sumber Daya Manusia yang ada di Rumah Sakit Lancang Kuning Medical records are supporting the achievement of orderly administration in thethe framework of efforts to improve health services in hospitals. UnitMedical records at Lancang Kuning Hospital found ProcessingMedical Record File at Lancang Kuning Hospital. This researchaims to determine the role of assembling, coding, indexing,hospital reporting, storage, retention and destruction of filesmedical records. This type of research is a qualitative research withDocumentation Study Approach. The data collection method was obtained fromresults of in-depth interviews. The location and time of the research is inLancang Kuning Hospital in July to August 2021.The subjects of this study were the head of the medical record unit and the record staffmedical personnel, totaling 5 informants. Based on this research obtainedconclusion that the human resources owned by the HospitalIt's not enough Yellow presumptuous they are concurrent to all fields startingfrom assembling, coding, indexing, reporting, storage, retention andextermination. The blank diagnosis sheet becomes a bottleneck inpreparation of medical record files. In the coding done bycasmic sometimes there is an error in understanding the doctor's writing.Hospital reporting carried out on a regular basis and roommedical record file storage is narrow making it difficultofficers to find medical record files. Better Hospitalimprove the standard of Medical Records and Increase ResourcesHumans in Lancang Kuning Hospital.

Abstract

Rekam Medis adalah berkas yang berisikan catatan dan dokumententang identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakanmedis lain pada sarana pelayanan kesehatan untuk rawat jalan,rawat inap baik dikelola pemerintah maupun swasta.Permasalahan yang ditemukan di RSUD Encik MariyamKabupaten Lingga sudah melaksanakan kegiatan rekam medis,namun dalam pengelolaan rekam medis belum berjalan optimal.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab belumterlaksananya pengelolaan rekam medis secara optimal di RSUDEncik Mariyam Kabupaten Lingga. Penelitian ini menggunakandesain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakanpada bulan September 2021 di RSUD Encik Mariyam KabupatenLingga, informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 4 orang yangterdiri dari 1 orang Direktur Rumah Sakit, 1 orang Kepala InstalasiRekam Medis, 1 orang CSO dan 1 orang pegawai bagianpenyimpanan. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara secaramendalam dan observasi. Kesimpulannya masih kekuranganpetugas/SDM bagian rekam medis, Standar Operasional Prosedur(SOP) pengelolaan berkas rekam medis sudah ada tapi adakegiatan yang belum dilakukan sesuai SOP, Sarana/Prasaranayang mendukung dalam pengelolaan berkas rekam medis yangbelum memadai seperti belum ada KIUP, Fasilitas fisikpenyimpanan ketersediannya kurang, karena berkas selalubertambah-tambah, Pengelolaan rekam medis sering terhambatkarena gangguan jaringan untuk memproses SIMRS, dan dalampengembalian berkas kurang lengkap dan tidak tepat waktu. Sarandari penelitian perlu adanya peningkatan SDM, penyesuaian SOP,penambahan Sarana Prasarana dan fasilitas fisik penyimpananagar kegiatan pengelolaan berkas rekam medis berjalan optimal.   Medical Record is a file that contains records and documents regarding patient identity, examination, treatment, other medical actions at health service facilities for outpatient, inpatient, both managed by the government and the private sector. The problems found in the Encik Mariyam Hospital, Lingga Regency, have carried out medical record activities, but the management of medical records has not run optimally. This study aims to analyze the causes of the unimplemented optimal management of medical records in Encik Mariyam Hospital, Lingga Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive research design. This research was carried out in September 2021 at the Encik Mariyam Hospital, Lingga Regency, the informants in this study were 4 people consisting of 1 Hospital Director, 1 Head of Medical Record Installation, 1 CSO and 1 storage employee. Data collection by in-depth interviews and observations. The conclusion is that there is still a shortage of officers/HR for the medical record section, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for managing medical record files already exist but there are activities that have not been carried out according to SOPs, Facilities/Infrastructure that support the management of medical record files are inadequate such as the absence of KIUP, Facilities physical storage availability is lacking, because files are always increasing, medical record management is often hampered due to network disturbances to process SIMRS, and file returns are incomplete and not on time. Suggestions from the research need to increase human resources, adjust SOPs, add infrastructure and physical storage facilities so that medical record file management activities run optimally.

Abstract

Public Relations plays a role in explaining or defending the public's unfavorable views of the institution, by presenting various data, facts and actual information. Based on the results of the initial public relations survey at Arifin Achmad Hospital, they are still experiencing problems in carrying out their role as public relations. The basis of this research is to find out the role of Public Relations in improving services at the General Hospital Arifin Achmad Riau Province in 2023. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. The research was carried out in July-August 2023 at Arifin Achmad Hospital in Riau Province. The writing subjects consisted of the Sub-Coordinator of law and Public Relations, the Head of General Affairs and Public Relations staff. The results showed that there were 4 roles carried out by public relations at the General Hospital Arifin Achmad Riau Province , namely the role as (1) communicator, the role of public relations as a communication liaison, namely conducting cooperative relations with other regional hospitals, conveying hospital information through communication media and not conduct two way communication with patients or the public.(2) relationship, the role of public relations as a relationship builder is not to build relationship with the media and do not receive training for internal public relations. (3) back up management, the role of public relations as a management support, namely public relations carrying out planning activities to implementation to be taken into consideration by general hospital Arifin Achmad Riau Province. (4) good image maker, the role of public relations as a positive image builder, namely by providing information in the hospital environment in the form of leaflets, banners and also outreach. In conclusion, the General Hospital Arifin Achmad Riau Province should pay attention to questions that are oriented towards hospital public relations in order to support service improvement.

Abstract

Medical records are documents that contain patient identity data, examinations, treatment, procedures and other services that have been provided to patients. Quality and effective medical records require several adequate factors at Bhayangkara Hospital. Management of medical records is still inadequate, indicating obstacles in the level of human resource competency, SOPs and infrastructure. The aim of the research is to determine the management of medical records at Bhayangkara Hospital in 2024. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were 4 people. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of the research found that the number of human resources in the Medical Records unit was 13 people, not in accordance with the standards for Type C Hospitals. SOPs already existed and were in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Health but had not been socialized and posted in the Medical Records room. And the infrastructure already exists but is not adequate, such as shelves for medical record files, lack of computers, scanning machines and trolleys for medical record files. The research concluded that Medical Records Human Resources (HR) were inadequate, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) were in accordance with the Ministry of Health but had not been socialized and infrastructure was still lacking and inadequate. It is recommended to further improve the quality of Human Resources (HR), improve education and training, for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) so that SOPs are displayed clearly in the medical record area and increase socialization about these procedures. and optimize and increase the number and quality of infrastructure facilities in the medical records room.

Abstract

Administering medication in hospitals is an important aspect of hospital services. Medication management in hospitals is an important aspect of hospital management. The aim of good drug management in a hospital is so that the drugs needed are available at all times, in sufficient and guaranteed quantities to support quality services. Medicine is an important element for healing efforts and hospital operations. The aim of this research is to determine drug management in the Thursina Duri Hospital Pharmacy Installation, Mandau District in 2024. This research uses qualitative research. The subjects of this research were 3 people. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of the research found obstacles in drug management, namely that the drug planning process still did not meet pharmaceutical standards because drug shortages were still found. The procurement process is carried out by purchasing directly from the distributor via letter order, however problems in procurement usually occur due to shortages of drugs at the distributor. The drug storage process meets pharmaceutical standards. The drug distribution process still does not use the UDD (Unit Dose Dispensing) system. The results of the research found obstacles in drug management, namely that the drug planning process still did not meet pharmaceutical standards because drug shortages were still found. Abstract

Digital marketing strategy is a business process in promoting a product or brand by utilizing digital technology. In Pekanbaru City, there are many private hospitals of various types that have used digital marketing to promote hospitals. Lancang Kuning Hospital Pekanbaru has carried out digital marketing but is still unable to minimize weaknesses such as the lack of the latest innovations which are the hallmark of Lancang Kuning Hospital's digital marketing in improving Lancang Kuning Hospital's digital marketing. The aim of this research is to determine the digital marketing strategy for Lancang Kuning Hospital in 2023. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research using SWOT analysis. The research was carried out in July- August 2023 at Lancang Kuning Hospital. The informants in this research were 4 people consisting of Operational Manager, Digital Marketing Coordinator, HR Coordinator, and Digital Marketing staff. The results of this research show that Lancang Kuning Hospital's digital marketing already has strengths such as the use of various digital media and advertising features, while the weakness in digital marketing is that new innovations such as providing testimonials through digital media have not yet been implemented. Apart from that, hospitals have marketing opportunities in showing special programs or policies available at the hospital as well as threats in digital marketing, namely the similarity of content and the presence of unfavorable comments on social media. Based on the SWOT analysis of digital marketing, hospitals use an aggressive strategy by using Strength-Opportunity (S-O) factors as a business development strategy. The suggestions in this research are to be able to maintain strength in digital marketing and to increase digital marketing strategy efforts

Abstract

Disiplin kerja adalah kemampuan kerja seseorang untuk secara teratur, tekun secara terus menerus dan bekerja sesuai dengan aturan-aturan yang berlaku dengan tidak melanggar aturan-aturan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh organisasi dan menyebabkan karyawan bersedia mengubah perilaku serta sebagai suatu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kesediaan karyawan untuk mematuhi aturan. Masih rendahnya kedisiplinan karyawan non medis di RSUD Petala Bumi Provinsi Riau dapat dilihat dari survei awal yang dimana terdapat karyawan yang kurang puas terhadap keteladanan pimpinan, karena pimpinan tidak memberikan contoh berdisiplin yang baik seperti datang tepat waktu, hal inilah yang menyebabkan disiplin kerja karyawan belum maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan disiplin kerja karyawan non medis di RSUD Petala Bumi Provinsi Riau Tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga non medis di RSUD Petala Bumi Provinsi Riau yang berjumlah 67 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik total sampling atau keseluruhan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square, alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan disiplin kerja, yaitu teladan pimpinan P value 0,016, pengawasan melekat P value 0,022, sanksi hukum P value 0,012 dan ketegasan P value 0,005. Sarannya diharapkan agar pemimpin di RSUD Petala Bumi Provinsi Riau memberikan contoh berdisplin yang baik, mengawasi selalu sikap bawahannya, tegas terhadap bawahan dan selalu memberi sanksi/hukum jika karyawannya membuat pelanggaran, agar tindakan indisipliner terhadap karyawan non medis tidak terjadi
