Abstract

Pada saat ini ilmu komunikasi berkembang dengan pesat untuk membantu melancarkan kegiatan komunikasi antar pribadi dimana komunikasi antar pribadi ini dapat digunakan untuk menjalin hubungan yang lebih baik bagi konselor untuk membantu client nyamenjadi lebih terbuka dan saling percaya. Bagi client penyalahgunaan NAPZA yang sedang direhabilitasi, bagaimana komunikasi antar pribadi terhadap proses pendampingan rehabilitasi serta faktor penghambat apa yang terjadi saat proses rehabilitasi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dipilih penelitian bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang diarahkan untuk memberikan gejala-gejala, fakta-fakta atau kejadian-kejadian secara sistematis dan akurat mengenai sifatsifat penelitian serta menganalisa kebenarannya berdasarkan data yang diperoleh. Metode pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, di dalam teknikpengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi.Pembahasannya dianalisis melalui hasil wawancara serta menggunakan interpretasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 6 orang, dimana informan terdiri dari 3 pengurus dan 3 pecandu NAPZA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui komunikasi antar pribadi yang lembut, saling percaya dan penuh kesabaran, membantu kelancaran dalam proses penyembuhan mereka. Perubahan secara mental yang dialami korban penyalahgunaan NAPZA di Inabah II Putri itu lebih mengarah pada rehabilitasi spiritual dengan sholat, perbanyak berdzikir, dan mengaji. Adapun implikasi dari penelitian inipara pecandu NAPZA setelah menjalani proses rehabilitasi yang dipandu dengan komunikasi antar pribadi yg lembut dan penuh kesabaran di Inabah banyak perubahan yang mereka alami, dimana pecandu NAPZA menjadi lebih berani membuka diri dengan keluarga dan lingkungan sekitarnya.

Abstract

Clickers berperan dalam sistem operasionalisasi media yang bergerak di jaringan internet. Kehadirannya sangat menentukan bagi tumbuh atau gagalnya media online. Dalam perkembangannya, dengan semakin banyak pengguna internet secara otomatis mengubah peran clickers, dari semula hanya sebagai pembaca selanjutnya menjadi pasar dan target potensial dalam penyebaran berita. Untuk menarik jumlah khalayak yang mengeklik satu item berita saja, media berstrategi dengan menggunakan teknik clickbait. Teknik ini digunakan untuk menumbuhkan perhatian dan keingintahuan khalayak terhadap konten yang ditebarkan media online sehingga terdorong mengeklik dan membaca secara keseluruhan. Namun clickers kerap kecewa karena clickbait yang digunakan media tidak sesuai dengan naskah yang diterangkan. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik clickbait yang digunakan media online dalam suasana ketika khalayak sudah memahami teknik tersebut. Selanjutnya, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan tipe analisis konten media online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tekni clickbait digunakan media kredibel sebagai bagian dari strategi untuk meningkatkan minat pembaca. Teknik ini juga digunakan sebagai salah satu sarana survive bagi media agar dapat secara kontinu melayani kebutuhan informasi khalayak.Kata Kunci: Clickbait; Clickers; Khalayak; Media; Online

Abstract

The family is the center of inheritance of good values. In it there is a transfer of knowledge regarding behavior that should be carried out and what should be avoided. The inheritance of these values ​​takes place through communication. Therefore, communication is very crucial in shaping the mental and spiritual development of family members. If communication is good, it will form a social spirit among family members. However, if family communication is not good it will certainly lead to antisocial behavior. One form of antisocial behavior is bullying. This aggressive behavior, which is manifested by attacking and hurting other people mentally and socially, is certainly very contrary to the family's parenting style. Because in a normal family, they will not teach behavior that attacks and harms other people. Based on this explanation, this research aims to determine the role of family communication in preventing bullying behavior. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a type of media content analysis. A qualitative approach is used to reveal the phenomena behind visible events. The results show that family communication plays a very important role in parenting to shape children's mental and spiritual abilities as provisions for social interactions and to avoid bullying behavior. Abstract

Judi slot online adalah jenis permainan yang mudah dimainkan sehingga banyak digemari, cukup menekan tombol spin pada layar smartphone, mesin akan memutar ikon gambar yang bermacam secara acak. Apabila terdapat delapan gambar yang sama ketika mesin berhenti berputar, maka keuntungan akan didapat. Mahasiswa adalah pihak yang banyak ditemui melakukan perjudian slot online. Faktor eksternal yang mengakibatkan mahasiswa terlibat dalam perilaku menyimpang perjudian slot online karena berinteraksi dengan kelompok atau lingkungan yang memiliki perilaku berjudi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh konformitas, fasilitasi sosial dan polarisasi terhadap perilaku menyimpang perjudian slot online pada mahasiswa Universitas Kebangsaan Republik Indonesia. Menggunakan 100 responden sebagai sampel. Non-probability sampling digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pada penelitian, diketahui terdapat pengaruh pada variabel konformitas, fasilitasi sosial dan polarisasi sebesar 92.1% sedangkan 7. 9% sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The media not only presents the text written in the script that is distributed throughout its network, but also highlights dramatic elements that serve as "spices" to manipulate the audience's psychology. In reporting the Ferdy Sambo case, one of the strategies used is the agenda setting technique. Through this method, news is structured to provide a specific mental reaction to the audience's interaction with the media. In the initial news of the uproar over an incident, the important points that need to be highlighted for the audience's consumption are emphasized. This is followed by related news that is considered to be very important in filling the audience's agenda. Based on the media's techniques used, this study aims to determine how the media manipulates the audience's psychology. To obtain appropriate results, this research uses a descriptive qualitative method that is directed to obtain clear information based on high credibility online media platforms. The results of the study show that three online media, namely kompas.com, detik.com, and tribunnews.com, apply the agenda setting technique to shape the public agenda by emphasizing the distributed script.

Abstract

The mass media carried out massive coverage regarding the declaration of the presidential candidates (candidates) for the Republic of Indonesia in 2024. This style of reporting on the presidential candidates not only communicates the achievements that have been achieved for each presidential candidate, but also reveals more about their lineage or lineage. The method used by the media has a big impact on the public in making choices, considering that lineage or lineage gives confidence to the presidential candidates to get support from potential voters. Likewise, prospective voters will get a complete reference regarding the profiles of the presidential candidates they will choose. Moreover, one of the functions of the media, namely, to inform, is very involved in the campaign process for each presidential candidate by reviewing more deeply about various matters including the background on the heroic ethos, and figures of the national Islamic movement. This can be a reinforcement to convince voters, especially from Muslims as the majority voter. Based on these conditions, this study aims to determine the process of disclosing lineage or lineage with respect to general election contestation (election). To explain this, the method used is descriptive qualitative with the type of media content analysis. The findings in this study are the campaign process which presents the symbols of identity politics through lineage to become reinforcement in the course of contestation. Ethnic and religious ancestry that is bound to the presidential candidates, of course as the inclusion of symbols that are part of identity politics.

Abstract

The digital era divides communication entities into two types. First, the type of real communication that occurs in the real world and second, the type of virtual communication that takes place on online networks. If analyzed, there are significant differences between the two types of communication. The difference lies in its dimensions. Communication in the real world emphasizes more on relationships and in the virtual world emphasizes more on the content dimension. Although technology continues to be developed so that the content dimension can resemble the type of communication in the real world, communication through media will not be able to exactly replace communication in the real world. There is a psychological dimension that underlies it and often cannot be expressed in real terms into the media world. However, both play a very important role in forming a positive communication ecosystem. Therefore, to understand the differences between the two, this study was conducted with the aim of understanding the psychological dimensions that cannot be expressed through media methods. The research approach used is a qualitative method to precisely reveal the elements that form media communication with a positive psychological basis. The results of the study prove that communication actions in online networks can lead to positive situations with awareness of the effects that will be caused.

Abstract

The ever-evolving digital media has had an impact on the dynamics of national awareness among the younger generation today, such as a weakening understanding and practice of Pancasila and low community resilience to the influence of globalisation. Therefore, a strategy is needed to practise national values. This community service activity aims to conduct family communication training as a strategy to practise national values. This activity employs a Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) approach. The results of this community service activity indicate that family communication in promoting national values can be developed through a combination of conformity orientation and conversation orientation. Thus, the family communication skills developed can be balanced with actions that foster mutual benefit among families and the community.

Abstract

The complexity of global developments also affects the life of the nation. The power spread by the two main axes of the world can change the orientation that becomes the commitment and ideals of the nation. From the beginning, it was determined to form a character that is a characteristic of national nature but changed course and headed towards one of the axes that were competing for influence. This condition was experienced by Indonesia when the world constellation changed and created a transitional situation before a new power emerged. Indonesia's direction towards a particular axis had disturbed the psychological mentality of the nation's children because the life of the nation and state had deviated from the ideals. However, because of the strong awareness and spirit of nationalism, the direction that had changed finally returned to the true characteristics and nature of the nation. Based on these conditions, this study aims to determine the psychological dimension in forming national character. The method used is descriptive qualitative with literature methods. The results of the study show that the formation of national character must take into account the psychological dimension in order to raise awareness of identity and pride in one's own nation. Another interest is that generations who are aware of their national spirit will be a reminder when the nation's leaders take steps by directing themselves to one of the world powers that is different from the national vision.

Abstract

Roadways are not merely functional spaces for vehicular movement but also complex arenas of social communication. In the city of Bandung, road users' diverse social and cultural backgrounds increase the potential for misinterpretations of nonverbal communication, often escalating into verbal and even physical conflicts. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing shifts in road users' perceptions, the mechanisms behind nonverbal communication failures, and the role of emotional control in mitigating traffic conflicts. This research uses a qualitative approach, participatory observation, and document analysis methods. Observations were conducted at several strategic locations in Bandung, such as the Dago, Setiabudi, and Buah Batu areas, to capture the nonverbal behaviors of road users authentically. The findings reveal that situational pressures, biases from past experiences, and emotional states of road users trigger perception shifts. Communication failures occur through misinterpretations of nonverbal symbols, weak emotional control, and conflict escalation. Emotional control is key to restraining aggressive responses and minimizing misunderstandings. This study concludes by emphasizing the importance of integrating emotional education into traffic safety campaigns. By strengthening emotional awareness and symbol comprehension, it is hoped that a safer, more harmonious, and humanistic traffic culture will be cultivated in Bandung.
