Abstract

Era digital mengarahkan pendidikan semakin efektif dan efisien. Pandemi covid yang mewabah melumpuhkan berbagai aspek kehidupan diantaranya pendidikan sehingga mengharuskan Pendidik dan peserta didik mampu menggunakan digital dengan optimal. Guru profesional adalah guru yang memiliki kompetensi dalam menguasai materi dan konten pembelajaran sehingga peserta didik dapat memahami isi pembelajaran dengan penggunaan teknologi komunikasi. Selain itu juga dapat membimbing peserta didik untuk memenuhi standar kompetensi yang ditetapkan oleh standar pendidikan nasional. Berangkat dari hal tersebut maka guru Agama pada MTS Al-IHSANIYAH sarang burung Muaro Jambi penting untuk menguasai literasi digital karena guru memiliki posisi penting dan merupakan aktor utama dalam organisasi mikro pendidikan dan guru dapat menjalankan tugasnya di era teknologi atau era revolusi 4.0 ini. Metode Pelaksanaan Pendampingan dan pelatihan Agama Berbasis Literasi Digital Kependidikan Di Mts Al-Ihsaniyah Sarang Burung Muaro Jambi Adalah dengan dengan metode persiapan, pelaksanaan dan pelaporan. Dalam Pendampingan dan pelatihan kepada guru Pendidikan Agama Islam MTS Al-IHSANIYAH sarang burung Muaro Jambi dalam mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran selama pandemi Covid-19 dan pasca covid ini sangat antusias diikuti oleh tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan sebagai upaya menambah pemahaman tentang literasi digital agar bisa berkembang dan dapat menjalankan proses pembelajaran dengan optimal sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran pada peserta didik.

Abstract

This topic was chosen to analyze the translation techniques in translating the poem-poetry anthology entitled The Sun and Her Flowers wrote by Rupi Kaur, translated into Indonesian by Ni Made Purnamasari. In analyzing the poem, the writer employs the theory of Lefevere's (1975), which includes seven techniques, they are 1) phonemic translation, 2) literal translation, 3) metrical translation, 4) poetry into prose translation, 5) rhymed translation, 6) blank verse translation, and 7) interpretation. The method is used in this research is descriptive qualitative, applies documentationstrategies. The writer collects data through multiple phases: collection, analysis, and identification. The Lefevere's perspectives are employed to figure out the techniques of translation to translate the anthology. 20 poems were chosen for this research as the sample. The resultsrevealed that 18 poems applied literal translation, 1 applied metrical translation, 2 applied rhymed translation, 3 applied blank verse translation, and 5 applied interpretation translation. The number of translation techniques used in each poem is as follows: 1 poem uses 3 translation techniques, 7 poems use 2 translation techniques, and 12 poems use only one translation technique.

Abstract

The tittle of this research paper is "An Analysis of Metaphor in Sport News of thejakartapost.com ". This research was conducted with the aim to describe, analyze the types also the meaning purpose of metaphors used in January 1st-31st 2021 sport news of thejakartapost.com. This research is included in research using a qualitative approach. The research data is in the form of word which is assumed to be a metaphor contained in the news. The main research instrument is the kinds of metaphor using Haser theory that transform to the research data classification table. Based on the results of research on the 75 articles in sport news of thejakartapost.com, it was found 20 articles which is using metaphor language. There are 43 metaphors and found 11 Absolute Metaphors (AB), 8 Dead Metaphors (DM), 4 Implied Metaphors (IM), 6 Mix Metaphors (MX), 5 Root Metaphors (RT), and 9 Primary Metaphors (PM). There are types of the usage of the metaphors in every sentence and phrase are almost the same, but the types of metaphor in the sentences and phrases are mostly using a primary and absolute metaphors.

Abstract

The urgency of guidance/coaching-based religious learning in higher education is absolutely in the demands of the current era of collaboration. Where the rapid flow of information and digitalization leads students to deviant religious behavior without being aware of the weak control and input of students' basic religious beliefs. This study aims to provide an explanation of the concept and implementation of the coaching model along with its supports and implementation constraints in the Jambi University Islamic Education tutorial program in providing basic religious guidance through collaboration between PAI lecturers and coaches/tutors within the framework of coaching modeling. The method used in this study is based on descriptive qualitative research methods. Which aims to explain a phenomenon as deeply as possible by collecting data as deeply as possible, which shows the importance of the depth and detail of the data being studied according to their needs. : (1) in-depth interviews; (2) observation; (3) documentation is used as the data collection technique. The results of this study indicate that first, the implementation of coaching models in tutorial activities is carried out with active and participatory collaboration between lecturers, tutors/coaches and students/coachees with an increase in religiosity through a fortopolio-based assessment of religious proficiency (FKB). Second, the obstacles that become obstacles are related to the effectiveness and efficiency of time and the quality of input for the low initial ability of students. and Finally, the support carried out with this activity is the availability of adequate infrastructure and textbooks, and the greatest support is from competent and professional Coach/Tutor resources by passing recruitment and selective competency tests.

Abstract

Devotion focuses on the efforts of socialization and assistance conducted to implement Electronic Health Records (EHR) at Salimbatu Public Health Center. EHR represents a technological breakthrough in medical data management aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and quality healthcare services. However, for a successful adoption of EHR in primary care clinics, it is crucial to understand and address both social and technical challenges that may arise. This study employs a case study approach, collecting data through interviews with clinic staff, observations, and document analysis related to EHR implementation Devotion findings indicate that the socialization of EHR at Salimbatu Public Health Center involves intensive training for clinic staff, regular meetings to discuss progress, and patient education regarding the benefits of EHR. Technical support is provided through a team of experts who offer technical assistance, system improvements, and day-to-day issue resolution. The outcomes of this implementation include a significant enhancement in medical data management efficiency, reduced human errors, and improved patient services. Socialization and assistance are vital components for the successful implementation of EHR at Salimbatu Public Health Center

Abstract

The identification and verification program for latrine assistance in Benggara Village is an effort to improve access to proper sanitation for the community. The process involves identifying households in need of assistance, followed by a survey or verification of latrine conditions, and an evaluation of eligibility. Initially, we managed to determine 40 households eligible for assistance. However, after the survey was conducted, only 35 households met the requirements, such as having available materials like boards, cement, and pipes. The implementation of the program involved active community participation and continuous monitoring. The results are evident not only in the improved latrine infrastructure but also in increased community awareness of the importance of good sanitation. This program is expected to serve as an example for similar efforts elsewhere in improving access to proper sanitation for the community.

Abstract

Dalam tulisan ini dijelaskan mengenai perdebatan tentang eksistensi Tuhan, kajian ini menjadi penting karena merupakan kunci dari semua pintu kajian tentang agama secara keseluruhan. Setiap agama akan dimulai dari pembahasan mengenai keyakinan tentang eksistensi Tuhan. Apabila meyakini eksistensi Tuhan, maka seseorang dapat secara sah disebut beragama (theisme), dan apabila menolak eksistensi Tuhan, maka seseorang dapat digolongkan kepada menolak agama atau tidak beragama (atheisme). Bagi orang yang menyatakan keyakinannya kepada eksistensi Tuhan akan mendapatkan banyak argumen yang mendukungnya, sehingga menjadi mantap dalam keyakinan dan kehidupan agamanya, tetapi tidak sedikit pula yang menganggap agama sebagai penyakit yang timbul dari rasa takut dan sebagai sumber penderitaan yang tak terungkapkan bagi manusia. Dari dua sisi pola pikir dan pendekatan terhadap agama dan eksistensi Tuhan tersebut, maka perlu untuk dipahami juga bahwa theisme dan atheisme secara tidak langsung memberikan dan menjadi warna pemikiran filosofis dan saintis dewasa ini. Keduanya menjadi basis filosofis dalam pemikiran, perbuatan dan prilaku manusia, atau paling tidak menjadi arah kecenderungan. Secara umum seseorang yang basis filosofisnya adalah atheisme, maka pemikiran, perbuatan dan prilakunya akan bernuansa atheisme serta jauh dari nilai-nilai spiritualitas ketuhanan. Sebaliknya seseorang yang basis filosofisnya adalah theisme, maka pemikiran, perbuatan dan prilakunya akan bernuansa theisme dan senantiasa berada dalam nilai- nilai spiritualitas ketuhanan.

Abstract

  Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia mengadakan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dalam bentuk “Pelatihan Pengembangan Bahan dan Media Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA/SMK Berbasis Digital”. Pelatihan ini  dilatarbelakangi oleh  rendahnya prestasi siswa  dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Salah satu penyebabnya, karena media pembelajaran yang masih konvensional, tidak menarik, dan tidak bervariasi. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan bahan dan media pembelajaran. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini menggunakan  metode  Participatory Action Research. Peserta pelatihan sebanyak 26 orang. Melalui partisipasi, aksi, dan replektif, peserta dapat memperoleh pengalaman mengembangkan bahan dan media pembelajaran digital. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan, diperoleh data, seluruh peserta pelatihan 26 orang (100%) mampu membuat media flipbook anyplif. Peserta juga membuat media lainnya yakni 13 orang (50 %) membuat media Wordwall, sebanyak 5 orang (19,23 %) membuat media Prezi,  sebanyak  5 orang (19,23 %) membuat media  Powtoon, dan sebanyak 4 orang  (15,38 %) membuat media Gamma  AI. Hasil penilaian  produk bahan dan media digital yang meliputi: aspek desain, konten, teknis, dan  kegunaan, sebanyak 23 orang (88,46%) sudah baik, sedangkan 3 orang (11,54 %) masih kurang baik. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan kegiatan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan berhasil dan  mampu meningkatkan kompetensi guru Bahasa Indonesia di SMA, di lingkungan YPDM Pasundan dalam mengembangkan bahan dan media digital.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the role of the government with regards to honorary workers in compliance with Law No. 5 of 2014 concerning the State Civil Apparatus. Furthermore, it seeks to identify the efforts and policies of the Serdang Bedagai Regency government in organizing personnel administration of honorary workers. Furthermore, this study will examine whether there has been an impact on the Government of Serdang Bedagai Regency in accordance with Law Number 5 of 2014, as well as the impact of Law Number 5 of 2014 on honorary workers in the region. The empirical juridical method was employed in this study. Data were collected through interviews and documentation. Upon completion of the data processing stage, it is evident that the Serdang Bedagai Regency Government has consistently implemented its policy of administering honorary staff and similar personnel through the establishment of formal legality, as evidenced by the issuance of a decree (SK) of honorary staff, which was originally initiated by the Regent or Regional Official. This practice has continued, with no changes being made, for the 2019 and subsequent years. Furthermore, the decree has been transferred to each OPD, where it will be administered by both the head of the agency and the head of the service within the agency. In addition, it should be noted that, in order for the Serdang Bedagai Regency Government to function effectively and efficiently, it still requires honorary staff, such as operators, security personnel, and cleaning personnel, whose roles are essential to the smooth running of operations.
