Abstract

Beberapa dari kita telah berubah sehingga kita bahkan tidak menyadari bahwa kita telah mengganti interaksi sosial yang nyata dengan mengirim pesan dan media sosial. Teknologi baru telah melakukan banyak hal baik bagi masyarakat, tetapi pada saat yang sama mungkin telah mengubah kita menjadi sesuatu yang belum tentu kita inginkan. Teknologi terintegrasi dengan mulus ke dalam praktik sehari-hari daripada dipisahkan dari manusia, dan perwujudan adalah keterlibatan dengan dunia yang membuatnya bermakna. Komunikasi yang bermakna dalam situasi sosial bukan hanya sekedar mengirim dan menerima pesan, baik melalui media maupun tidak, melainkan terjadi melalui manusia.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of religious moderation in the context of social welfare, focusing on a multidimensional approach to poverty alleviation and human development. In a pluralistic society, religious moderation becomes key to creating a harmonious and inclusive social environment. By promoting values of tolerance and mutual respect among religious groups, religious moderation can reduce social tensions and discrimination that hinder community empowerment. This research explores how the integration of religious moderation principles into social policies and development programs can create strong social networks, strengthen interfaith collaboration, and enhance community participation in economic empowerment initiatives. Religious moderation not only serves as a tool to reduce conflict but also as a driver of innovation in inclusive social policies that are responsive to marginalized groups. The study also identifies challenges in implementing religious moderation, such as resistance from certain groups and the still-present exclusive paradigms in society. Therefore, strengthening inclusive religious education and engaging religious leaders in intergroup dialogue is crucial to raising awareness about the importance of moderation in achieving social welfare. The findings show that a multidimensional approach involving religious moderation can accelerate poverty alleviation and improve human quality of life as a whole. The conclusion emphasizes the need for collaborative strategies involving the government, civil society organizations, and religious communities to achieve sustainable development goals.

Abstract

The orientation of this research is how the implementation adjustment of marriage during the Covid-19 pandemic to PMA RI No. 20 of 2019 concerning registration of marriages. This study applies a qualitative paradigm. This research also includes library research with documents as the main data source. The research results show that the procedure for registering marriages has been regulated in it. The stages or procedures are: registration of the will of marriage, examination of the will of marriage, announcement of the will of marriage, contract of marriage, and implementation of registration of marriages. This aims to prevent and reduce the risk of the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak and protect KUA employees and the public at the time of the marriage contract while adhering to very strict health protocols.

Abstract

The mechanism for the Ijab Qobul in marriage by the groom is carried out verbally, however there are differences for grooms who have disabilities or for people with disabilities, where people with disabilities use several methods in carrying out the Ijab Qobul. The aim of this research is to find out what the efforts of the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) are in providing services for people with disabilities and what the guidance mechanism for preparing Ijab Qobul is for people with disabilities at KUA Ilir Timur 2, KUA Sukarami, KUA Ilir Barat 1, KUA Bukit Kecil. The research method used in this thesis is field research with qualitative research data. The data collection techniques are carried out using interviews and documentation. By using data analysis techniques, namely descriptive which describes and explains the main topics discussed in this research. Then use conclusion drawing in a deductive manner. The results of this research are that the Religious Affairs Office's efforts in providing services for people with disabilities, namely marriage guidance for people with disabilities, are carried out independently (individually). Because for people with disabilities who are deaf, they need a facilitator in sign language, while for people with disabilities they need a way for wheelchairs and also a special room for people with disabilities and there are also different solutions from each KUA of Palembang City in providing a mechanism for preparing Ijab Qobul for people with disabilities at KUA Palembang City.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the philosophy of local wisdom-based ecotourism through the integration of the Presean tradition and nature conservation in Sade Village, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). Using a qualitative approach with an integrative literature review method, this study identifies and synthesizes theoretical and empirical findings from various academic publications retrieved through Google Scholar, Scopus, DOAJ, and Scispace databases. The results of the study indicate that Presean is not merely a cultural attraction, but also contains ecological values ​​such as balance, responsibility, and harmony with nature. These values ​​have the potential to become an ethical framework in ecotourism development that not only preserves the environment but also strengthens local cultural identity. These findings propose a conceptual model of culture-based ecotourism that is participatory, holistic, and sustainable. This model has the potential to be replicated in similar destinations with strong local wisdom. This study recommends further research to develop instruments for operationalizing cultural values ​​in tourism governance and evaluating their impact on tourist behavior. This study is expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions to the development of sustainable community-based ecotourism.
