Abstract

Beasiswa merupakan hal yang sangat didambakan oleh mahasiswa. Dengan banyaknya peminat beasiswa, maka secara tidak langsung akan mengakibatkan proses seleksi yang lama. Selain subyektifitas, beberapa mahasiswa penerima beasiswa tidak dapat menyelesaikan proses perkuliahan dengan tepat waktu. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut salah satu alternatif yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan seleksi penerima beasiswa dengan menggunakan metode KNN, metode KNN ini di gunakan sebagai klasisifiaksi dari pendaftar beasiswa menjadi 2 kriteria klasifikasi, yaitu lulus tepat waktu dan lulut tidak tepat waktu. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data training sejumlah 500 data dan data testing sejumlah 125 data pendaftar beasiswa . Masing-masing data training akan digunaka sebagai data uji dari ke 125 data pendaftar, sehingga di harapkan prediksi yang dihasilkan akan akurat. Pengujian pada metode yang akan dibangun, sekaligus mengetahui berapa nilai tetangga terdekat (K) dilakukan pengujian KFold Croos Validation dengan cara membagi semua data training menjadi 10 blok data. Pada setiap blok data akan dilakukan pengujian dengan 10 skenario. Kemudian akan dihitung presentase kesamaan hasil prediksi pada masing maisng blok uji. Nilai terbaik di dapati pada pada nilai K5 dengan jumlah kesamaan 90%. Kata kunci: KNN,K Fold Cross Validation, Beasiswa

Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based library application to enhance the efficiency of information services at SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta. The study employed the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) within a Research and Development (R&D) approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation related to the existing manual library system. The application was developed using PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL and implemented on a local server using XAMPP. Key features included multi-level login, online book catalog, transaction history, and automatic reporting. Usability testing was conducted with librarians and students, while expert validation involved media, content, and field practitioners. Results showed that the application significantly improved service efficiency by reducing transaction time by 50% and enhancing access to book information. The validation score averaged 86%, indicating that the system is feasible for use. The study concludes that the application supports digital transformation and strengthens literacy services in vocational education environments.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the feasibility and effectiveness of interactive science learning media based on Articulate Storyline. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. Data collection technique use validation sheet analysis of material experts, media experts and sains teachers. Analysis relied on the Likert scale for media fasibility score and blackbox testing. The result of the study show that interactive science learning media based on Articulate Storyline obtained a material validity score of 92% with very feasible criteria, then media validity of 90% with very feasible criteria and teacher validity score of 85,33% with very feasible criteria. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that interactive science learning media based on Articulate Storyline on the Earth and Solar System material as a whole met the criteria of being feasible and effective.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine the integration of payment gateways, green financing, and sustainability innovation in improving MSME performance, while exploring their contribution to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly those related to inclusive economic growth and sustainable business practices. Theoretical framework: This research is grounded in the perspective of sustainable development and digital financial innovation, which views digital payment systems, environmentally responsible financing, and sustainability-driven innovation as key elements in enhancing MSME competitiveness and resilience. This framework is linked to the SDGs agenda, particularly goals related to decent work and economic growth, responsible consumption and production, and partnerships for sustainable development. Literature review: Previous studies have highlighted the important role of digital financial technology in improving transaction efficiency and financial inclusion for MSMEs. Other studies emphasize the significance of green financing in supporting environmentally responsible business activities, as well as the role of sustainability innovation in strengthening business competitiveness and long-term resilience in the global economy. Method: This study employs a quantitative research approach using survey data collected from MSME owners and managers. The analysis focuses on examining the relationships between payment gateway adoption, green financing access, sustainability innovation, and MSME performance through statistical modeling techniques to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the proposed research model. Results: The findings indicate that payment gateway adoption, green financing, and sustainability innovation positively influence MSME performance. Digital payment systems improve transaction efficiency and market accessibility, green financing supports environmentally sustainable business investments, and sustainability innovation enhances product competitiveness and long-term business sustainability. These elements collectively contribute to strengthening MSME development in line with the SDGs agenda. Therefore, integrating digital financial technology, green financing, and sustainability innovation within an Islamic economic framework may provide a holistic approach to improving MSME performance. Implications: This research highlights the importance of integrating digital financial technology, sustainable financing, and innovation in MSME development strategies. The findings also support policy initiatives aimed at improving digital infrastructure, expanding access to green financing, and promoting sustainability-oriented business practices to strengthen MSME competitiveness while supporting the SDGs agenda. Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in the integration of payment gateways, green financing, and sustainability innovation within a comprehensive analytical framework to examine their combined impact on MSME performance while linking MSME development with the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya efektivitas media pembelajaran TIK di SMP Negeri 2 Ngargoyoso, khususnya dalam menyampaikan materi antarmuka pengguna yang selama ini masih disampaikan secara konvensional. Minimnya visualisasi, keterbatasan perangkat komputer, serta dominasi metode ceramah menyebabkan rendahnya pemahaman siswa yang ditunjukkan melalui hasil evaluasi belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengevaluasi kelayakan media pembelajaran TIK berbasis Android sebagai solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model pengembangan ADDIE, yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, dan implementasi. Proses penelitian dibatasi hingga tahap implementasi dan tidak mencakup tahap evaluasi. Kegiatan penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 2 Ngargoyoso, dengan melibatkan 23 siswa kelas VII sebagai subjek utama. Selain itu, sebanyak 3 ahli media, 3 ahli materi, dan 3 guru TIK turut berperan sebagai validator untuk menilai kelayakan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase kelayakan berdasarkan Skala Likert dan pengujian Black Box Testing untuk mengevaluasi fungsionalitas aplikasi. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan mendapatkan penilaian tinggi dari para ahli, baik dari segi media, materi, maupun pengajar, dengan rata-rata skor di atas 80% dan termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Respon siswa pun menunjukkan antusiasme serta kemudahan dalam memahami materi melalui aplikasi ini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis Android layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai sarana pendukung pembelajaran TIK pada materi antarmuka pengguna, karena mampu meningkatkan pemahaman, keterlibatan, dan motivasi belajar siswa secara signifikan

Abstract

Budget management in higher education requires transparency, accountability, and reliable audit mechanisms to prevent undocumented changes and ensure traceability of financial decisions. This study proposes and implements a permissioned blockchain event ledger integrated with the Leadership Information System (SIPIM) at Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta to enhance the integrity of RKAT and KAK processes. The research adopts a design science research approach by designing a sidecar architecture that preserves the existing relational database while adding an append-only cryptographic audit layer. Document integrity is ensured through SHA-256 hashing and hash-chaining mechanisms, while chain validity is evaluated using quantitative integrity metrics. Experimental testing was conducted under transaction loads of 100, 300, and 500 blocks, including controlled manipulation scenarios. Results show that the system maintains 100% chain validity under normal conditions and successfully detects inconsistencies after unauthorized modifications. Performance evaluation indicates that block formation time remains below 7 milliseconds, demonstrating minimal computational overhead. The findings confirm that integrating a permissioned blockchain as an audit layer can strengthen transparency and tamper-evident control without disrupting operational systems in higher education institutions.
