Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan masa kerja, tingkat pendidikan, dan rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja Perawat di RS Jiwa; serta variabel manakah yang paling penting hubungannya terhadap kinerja perawat di rumah sakit tersebut. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di RS Jiwa secara purposive sampling sebanyak 114 perawat. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan survey data primer dan sekunder. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan regresi berganda . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan dari variabel masa kerja; variabel tingkat pendidikan dan variabel dummy rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja dimana masing-masing nilai probabilitas (sig) bernilai 0,000. Nilai beta coefficient dalam penelitian ini paling tinggi pada variabel masa kerja sebesar 0,622. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan, semakin lama seorang perawat bekerja dan rotasi kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat di RS Jiwa Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan. Variabel yang paling penting hubungannya terhadap kinerja perawat yaitu masa kerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa determinasi kualitas pelayanan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan lulusan FIKES UPN “Veteran” Jakarta serta dimensi manakah yang paling penting pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan lulusan FIKES UPN “Veteran” Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di Fakultas Ilmu-ilmu Kesehatan UPN “Veteran” Jakarta secara sampling sebanyak 216 mahasiswa lulusan FIKES UPNVJ. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan survey data primer. Data dianalisis dengan regresi berganda menggunakan Program Statistical Package for Social Studies (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan dari dimensi responsiveness terhadap variabel kepuasan lulusan FIKES UPN “Veteran” Jakarta sebesar 0.243; dimensi empathy terhadap kepuasan lulusan sebesar 0,226; dimensi assurance terhadap kepuasan lulusan sebesar 0.283, dimensi reliability terhadap kepuasan lulusan sebesar 0.222 dimana masing-masing nilai probabilitas (sig) bernilai 0,000. Nilai beta coefficient dalam penelitian ini paling tinggi pada variabel Assurance sebesar 0,289. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah dimensi responsiveness, emphaty, assurance, dan reliability berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Fikes UPN “Veteran” Jakarta, sedangkan dimensi tangible tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Dimensi yang paling penting pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa yaitu Assurance, kemudian secara berurutan diikuti oleh dimensi emphaty, responsiveness, dan reliability yang hampir sama pentingnya

The purpose of this research is to empirically test the effects of occupational health and safety management (OHS) and employee engagement associated with organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB). The study was conducted with 610 sewer cleaners in Jakarta Province and West Java Province-Indonesia using a survey instrument. Data analysis was done by Structural Equation Model (SEM). Three hypotheses were developed in order to determine the relationships between OHS management, employee engagement, and organizational citizenship behavior. The result of this study indicates that OHS management had a significantly positive impact on employees’ engagement and organizational citizenship behavior. This study makes several contributions to employers that by developing a systematic and integrated OHS management at the workplace, it can increase employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior.

Cadres are one of the elements that have an important role in public health services. Effective and efficient communication skills are necessary for the actions of cadres who contact often with the community, such as during posyandu services and counseling. The goal of this service is to enhance the communicative and listening abilities of cadres at the Integrated Services Post (Posyandu) when they are interacting with the community. They will practice in developing their communication skills both verbal and non verbal communication. The main target of this activity is Posyandu cadres in Menteng Dalam Village. The method used in this training are : instruction, simulations, and mentorship. Community service activities using a combination of these methods can increase the knowledge and skills of Posyandu cadres in giving service and conducting health education in the community. The results of the activity include an increase in the knowledge and skills of effective communication of cadres. It is recommended that cadres receive specialized training on how to disseminate health information through media promotion and health education. Keywords : Communication skill, Training, Cadres.

Penelitian ini berupa penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelelahan kerja, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Total populasi berjumlah 43 dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu 43 karyawan operator SPBU Pertamina 34-15312 Serpong. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kuantitaif dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) kelelahan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) lingkungan kerrja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan (4) kelelahan kerja, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja

This training activity aims to improve the trainees' soft and hard skills, namely Members and administrators of the Cirebon district cottage. The output of the activity is an understanding of the importance of the role of women in doing business and entrepreneurship as an alternative to improve family welfare. Independence in earning a living can reduce dependence on men. This activity began with an initial survey and discussion with the board of the Islamic boarding school. This activity is carried out to get input and design activities needed by the training participants. This training activity uses the method: lectures and discussions.

This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the influence of work environment and work stress on job satisfaction. This study used 54 employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama and employees of Indomaret outlets in Pancoran, South Jakarta as samples. The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis technique and inferential analysis using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 test tool. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the T test with a significance level of 5% (0.05). The research results show (1) compensation have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction; (2) the work environment has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction; (3) work stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; and (4) compensation, work environment and work stress have a significant effect simultaneously on employee job satisfaction

The COVID-19 epidemic has created a new social setting that has significantly altered how employees operate. Social exclusion and isolation have forced people to pursue teleworking. Before the COVID-19 epidemic, teleworking was regarded as a tool for boosting employment flexibility and employee liberty. This paper aims to identify how teleworking, work-life balance, stress influences employee performance. By using simple random sampling techniques, this study distributed questionnaires to 121 employees who work in private airlines in Jakarta. Partial least square offers the main statistics methodology for data analysis. The results reveal that teleworking, work-life balance and stress have significantly impact on employees’ performance amongst employee in private Airlines in Jakarta. The study implies that when organisations are willing to improve teleworking, maintain a healthy work-life balance, and reduce employee’s stress, employees' mental and physical health will improve so they tend to be more focused, energized, and productive during their working hours.
