Abstract

This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the impact of work motivation, career development, and flexible working hours on work dissipation at PT Karunia Mujur, Depok City. The population of this study were employees of PT Karunia Usaha Mujur, then the sample size was determined by 34 respondents using the saturated sample method and data collected using questionnaires via google form. The analytical technique applied is descriptive analysis technique and inferential analysis using the statistical test tool SMARTPLS 3.2.9. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test is t test and f test using a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of this study show (1) there is no positive and insignificant effect between work motivation and work discipline; (2) there is a positive and significant effect between career development on discipline; (3) there is a positive and significant effect between flexible working hours on discipline; (4) Work motivation, career development, and flexible working hours simultaneously affect work discipline.

Abstract

Jayagiri Village, Lembang District, is located in the government area of ??West Bandung Regency. Most of the population in Jayagiri Village work as employees, laborers, entrepreneurs, employees and farming. For potential commodities in this area, there are several home industries as well as in the field of agribusiness. One of the agricultural commodities found in this area is the Jayagiri Coffee product which is ready to be consumed or ready to serve anytime anywhere. The development of information technology is very rapid. One example is the development of the internet, its existence has an influence on SMEs. related to the world of business or business. In addition to simplifying and accelerating the process of communication and information, information technology has many conveniences and functions from the use of digital media, encouraging the public or entrepreneurs to take advantage of the digital media in every activity. Other functions of using digital media include: branding, sharing, promotion, and marketing. Based on this reality, efforts to overcome problems in terms of marketing for MSMEs of Jayagiri Coffee. The next stage is to prepare so that MSME actors can be independent and can create webbs and understand E-commerce. This is done by providing training and guidance on on-line marketing and understanding about online marketing in the digital era and monitoring and mentoring

Abstract

The two main elements of a successful learning process are lecturer competency and learning methods. Changes in the field of education as well as changes in the mindset of students caused by technological developments, requires learning, in addition to having fun it should be effective and efficient. This study aims to: 1) describe the tendency of respondents' choice on criteria concerning indicators of competency and teaching methods; and 2) describe some characteristics that are important to be applied in Islamic economics study programs. This research is a qualitative descriptive (non experiment)  using questionnaire in collecting data. with a population of 61 people who are students of the Sharia economics study program batch 2017. The results of the study show that the most doubtful criteria appear in each competency indicator (14), while the criteria “agree” to dominate respondents' answers to all learning methods (34). The development of lecturer prefessionalism on the depth and breadth of material is very important besides the learning method not only based on discussion, question and answer or reading task.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative research conducted with the purpose to know and prove the influence of the work environment, collaborative culture, and job satisfaction on turnover intention. The study object is the employees of PT Graha Megatama Indonesia. In this study, data were collected by distributing questionnaires via google form to 37 employees. The sampling method used in this research was a saturated sample technique, which consisted of 37 employees. The analysis in this study uses SmartPLS 3.0. The results indicate that: 1) the work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention; 2) collaborative culture has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention; 3) job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention; 4) work environment, collaborative culture, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this quantitative study is to determine the influence or impact of employee motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The topic of this research is a worker at the Ministry of Agriculture's Directorate of Food Crop Germination in Jakarta. In this study, data was collected by sending 58 employees using Google Form questionnaires in the form of questions. For sampling, the saturated sample technique was used. The SmartPLS 3.0 application was utilized to conduct the analysis for this investigation. And the findings show that: 1) employee motivation has a significant impact on employee performance, 2) work discipline has a significant impact on employee performance, 3) job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance, and 4) employee motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction all have an impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Work discipline is an important thing to pay attention to. Work discipline will be easily seen in employees who have a high sense of responsibility. This research is a qualitative research that aims to describe the work discipline of employees at the Agricultural Extension and Human Resources Development Agency (BPPSDMP) of the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture in Jakarta. Data collection in this research was carried out by interview, observation and documentation methods. Interviews were conducted in a semi-structured manner with six participants, including one coordinator of the legal group organizational and the staffing group, two sub-coordinators, two staff from each legal group organizational and the staffing group also one sub-coordinator of State Property that receiving services from the legal group organizational and the staffing group. To prove the validity of the data in the research, the researcher used the data triangulation method. Furthermore, the data is analyzed by performing data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research found two main factors that influence the decrease in employee discipline. definite rules that can be used as guidance and supervision of leaders in the workplace. Remote work during the covid-19 pandemic has also changed work styles from before, as the cause of the decrease in employee work discipline in the legal group organizational and the staffing group at the agricultural extension and human resource development agency (BPPSDMP) of the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture in Jakarta.

Abstract

Various environmental problems that have occurred lately are more or less caused by the problem of garbage and waste from various activities of living things, especially humans. Therefore, good waste management is one of the solutions to current environmental problems. One of the main problems faced by partners is plastic waste management. Based on a preliminary field study conducted by the team, it was found that until now there had been no waste management activities carried out by the residents of Baros Village, both plastic waste management related to waste banks and plastic waste sorting. In this regard, one of the innovative solutions for plastic waste management is to apply the circular economy principle by sorting plastic waste and then managing and developing it to create a circular economy, which is recycling plastic waste into a product of economic value, so that can help people's economic life. In this case, through a circular economy approach, karang taruna gets socialization of a circular economy as a foundation in managing plastic waste. The activity began with coordination with officials in Baros Village and the board of the Setia Youth Organization, pretest, counseling, and continued with a posttest. The implementation of outreach activities is carried out online and only involves the karang taruna administrators due to the COVID-19 pandemic condition. From the results of the activities carried out, members of the karang taruna understand the importance of managing plastic waste to make it a commodity with economic value. Abstrak Berbagai permasalahan lingkungan yang terjadi belakangan ini sedikit banyak disebabkan oleh masalah sampah dan limbah dari berbagai aktivitas makhluk hidup, khususnya manusia. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan sampah yang baik merupakan salah satu solusi dari permasalahan lingkungan saat ini. Salah satu kendala utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah pengelolaan sampah plastik. Berdasarkan studi lapangan pendahuluan yang dilakukan oleh tim, diketahui hingga saat ini belum ada kegiatan pengelolaan sampah yang dilakukan oleh warga Desa Baros, baik pengelolaan sampah plastik terkait bank sampah maupun pemilahan sampah plastik. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, salah satu solusi inovatif dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik adalah dengan menerapkan prinsip ekonomi sirkular dengan memilah sampah plastik kemudian mengelola dan mengembangkannya untuk menciptakan ekonomi sirkular, yaitu mendaur ulang sampah plastik menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomis, sehingga dapat membantu kehidupan ekonomi masyarakat. Dalam hal ini melalui pendekatan ekonomi sirkuler, karang taruna mendapatkan sosialisasi ekonomi sirkuler sebagai landasan dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik. Kegiatan diawali dengan koordinasi dengan aparat di Desa Baros dan pengurus Karang Taruna Setia, pre test, penyuluhan, dan dilanjutkan dengan post test. Pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan secara online dan hanya melibatkan pengurus karang taruna karena kondisi pandemi COVID-19. Dari hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan, anggota karang taruna memahami pentingnya pengelolaan sampah plastik untuk dijadikan komoditas yang bernilai ekonomis. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penyebab penurunan kinerja karyawan outsourcing subbagian pengelolaan piutang PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Teluk Naga Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan secara semi terstruktur dengan partisipan yang diantaranya adalah supervisor subbagian pengelolaan piutang, koordinator karyawan subbagian pengelolaan piutang, dan perwakilan karyawan outsourcing subbagian pengelolaan piutang. Untuk membuktikan keabsahan data dalam penelitian, peneliti menggunakan metode triangulasi data, dan selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan tiga faktor utama yaitu, keterampilan & keahlian, kepemimpinan, serta beban kerja yang saling memiliki keterikatan terhadap faktor lainnya sikap kerja, motivasi, kepuasan kerja, loyalitas, dengan perannya masing-masing sebagai penyebab dari penurunan kuantitas kinerja karyawan outsourcing subbagian pengelolaan piutang PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Teluk Naga Tangerang yang disebabkan adanya kondisi pandemi Covid-19. Kata Kunci: kinerja karyawan, karyawan outsourcing, PT.PLN, pandemi covid-19 ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the cause of the decline in the performance of outsourcing employees in the recieveable management sub-section of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Teluk Naga. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, data collection techniques in this study were conducted by interview, observation, and documentation methods. Interviews were conducted in a semi-structured manner with five participants, including supervisor of the accounts receivable management sub-section, coordinators of the accounts receivable management sub-section, and representatives of outsourced employees of the accounts receivable management sub-section. To prove the validity of the data in the study, the researcher used the data triangulation method, and then the data was analyzed by performing data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study found three factors, namely skills & expertise, leadership, and workload which have a mutual attachment to other factors, namely work attitude, motivation, job statisfaction, employee loyalty, with their respective roles as the cause of the decrease in the quantity of the employee performance outsourcing sub-section management of accounts receivable PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Teluk Naga Tangerang, which was triggered by the Covid-19 pandemic condition. Keywords: employee performance, outsourcing employee, PT PLN, Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

After being designated as a pandemic, Covid-19 has made us inevitably change our lifestyle and work patterns from the previous normal conditions. The results of the LIPI survey show that after the Covid-19 pandemic, as many as 95% of MSMEs experienced the impact of this pandemic, and there were around 75% of the MSME sector that experienced a significant decline in income as a result of the pandemic. Counseling on strategies for managing superior human resources in the new normal order for MSME actors in Cinere District has a special goal, namely it is hoped that participants in this community service activity will be able to adapt to the challenges of the new normal so that they can maintain the existence of their UMKM business and increase their business productivity. The industrial revolution 4.0 which is characterized by the widespread use of Information Technology such as the use of artificial intelligence is an opportunity and threat to the business world. However, as the wave of industry 5.0 enters, humans become a central point to attract the greatest benefit to the use of technology, the main prerequisite that must be met is that business people have a link-and-match thinking pattern with the aim of creating technology. The problem of MSME players is still shackled with the old mindset, seeking profit or success, for the short term, this kind of mindset is not suitable for pursuing the flow of industry 5.0. In addition to being able to take advantage of technology, awareness to apply universal values is important to be upheld, therefore PKM activities emphasize more on strengthening the character values of MSME actors. The implementation method is carried out using the Kurt Lewin model approach. Abstract

Penelitian ini berupa penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelelahan kerja, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Total populasi berjumlah 43 dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu 43 karyawan operator SPBU Pertamina 34-15312 Serpong. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kuantitaif dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) kelelahan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) lingkungan kerrja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan (4) kelelahan kerja, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja
