Abstract

Pengendalian kualitas merupakan aktivitas teknik dan manajemen dimana mengukur karakteristik kualitas dari produk atau jasa, kemudian membandingkan hasil pengukuran itu dengan spesifikasi produk yang di inginkan serta mengambil tindakan peningkatan yang tepat apabila ditemukan perbedaan kinerja aktual dan standar. UMKM Keramik Mustika Bunda merupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan keramik di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengendalian kualitas di UMKM Keramik Mustika Bunda, Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dimana menggunakan alat Statistical Process Control (SPC) sehingga didapatkan peta kendali yang menggambarkan pengendalian kualitas. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pengendalian kualitas di UMKM keramik Mustika Bunda tidak terkendali, ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan perhitungan terdapat 3 titik di luar kendali sehingga jumlah reject yang ada melebihi batas maksimal yang diperbolehkan. Berdasarkan analisis parsial cacat terbanyak yaitu cacat lepek, hal ini karena jumlah titik terbanyak yang melebihi batas maksimalnya.

Abstract

Business competition makes consumers benefit from the many brands that sell the same product with different variations. therefore the bargaining power of consumers against producers become more powerful, because the consumer has a variety of alternative product variations that can meet their needs. Various alternative options of this product can lead consumers to switch brands from one brand to another brand. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the perception of product quality and product differentiation on the displacement behavior Yamaha brand motorcycles in the town of Purwakarta. This research includes research into descriptive. The collection of primary data through questionnaires by sampling using Probability Sampling technique. Data analysis technique used in this research is the validity of the data, the reliability of the data, the normality of the data, mutikolieritas, heterokedastisitas. While the test design using multiple linear regression data analysis, the correlation coefficient, the coefficient of determination while to test the truth of the hypothesis performed with partial and Test Simultaneous Test. The results showed that the perception of product quality and product differentiation has a strong relationship to the displacement behavior Yamaha brand motorcycles in Purwakarta. This is evidenced from the results obtained in testing the hypothesis that t value perception of the quality of the product = 4,640> t table ¬ = 1,984. While the value of product differentiatin t = 4,226> 1,984. With the level of significance of both is (0.000 and 0.000) less than 0.05. while simultaneously test results obtained arithmetic sum of 95 735 F and F table at 3:09 with a significance level greater than 0:00 <0.05. The value of the correlation coefficient of 0776 as well as the coefficient of determination = 60.2% subsequent multiple regression equation obtained was Y = 20,329 + -0150 -0303 X1 + X2 + e. It means that any increase in the perception of the product quality 1% then the displacement behavior of the brand will decrease by 0.150. And if the product differentiation increased by 1%, the displacement behavior of the brand will be down 0.303. Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of return on assets, the ratio of operating expenses to operating income, return on equity, and non-performance Financings in the next 10 years. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method to predict the growth of Islamic banking profitability. The population and sample used in the pre-merger study of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah. The data used is financial reports for ROA values every year from 2010-2020. The research results show that there has been a decline in the profitability of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah. This is shown by the prediction of a decrease in ROA, BOPO, ROE and NPF. The decision to merge with Bank Syariah Indonesia was the right decision because it can be seen from the growth rate of BRIS' profitability that tends to decrease every year.

Abstract

Supply chain management merupakan salah satu bagian yang penting bagi perusahaan, karena menentukan kelancaran arus barang yang akan menuju costumer (proses distribusi). Proses distribusi ini menuntut ketepatan waktu, jumlah, jenis kendaraan, tujuan dalam setiap pengiriman. Jika pengiriman di jadwalkan dengan tepat, maka kerugian bisa di minimalisasi. Kerugian tersebut bisa berupa waktu, uang ataupun sumber daya yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilisis penentuan rute distribusi sehingga didapat rute yang efisien serta berdampak pada penurunan biaya distribusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan bantuan aplikasi open door logistic studio. Metode pengumpulan data teknik studi dokumentasi, data yang digunakan data sekunder yaitu data dari perusahaan tempat penelitian ini terjadi. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan di sub bagian PPIC Ekspor di PT XYZ. Dimana PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan multinasional yang bergerak di bidang textile manufaktur berupa proses knitting. Untuk mendistribusikan hasil produksinya perusahaan menyewa Truck dengan sitem fixed cost, dimana pembebanan biaya diatur perbulan dengan biaya tetap. Dengan sistem tersebut diharapkan biaya dapat dikendalikan, pengendalian tersebut bilamana seluruh permintaan diatur atau direkayasa agar penggunaan kendaraan tetap optimal. Hasil penelitian ini didapat rata kebutuhan kendaraan yaitu kendaraan 10 ton sebanyak 7 unit, kendaraan 8 ton sebanyak 1 unit, kendaraan 5 ton sebanyak 2 unit, dan kendaraan 4 ton sebanyak 1 unit. Serta penurunan biaya distribusi mencapai 50.6 % dari yang tadinya Rp 896.220.000 menjadi Rp. 453.500.000.

Abstract

Fiqh lembaga bisnis syariah adalah studi menyeluruh tentang prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam yang mengatur aktivitas dan transaksi bisnis. Dengan fokus pada empat bidang utama: pariwisata, hotel, rumah sakit, dan pemasaran syariah, artikel dalam jurnal ini menyelidiki konsep fiqh lembaga bisnis syariah. Artikel ini menguraikan prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam dalam praktik bisnis di sektor pariwisata, layanan rumah sakit, hotel, dan strategi pemasaran. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan teoritis dan panduan praktis bagi pelaku bisnis yang ingin mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam operasional dan pemasaran mereka. Ini dilakukan dengan memberikan tinjauan mendalam dari masing-masing sektor. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan fiqh untuk menjelaskan dasar hukum dan etika dalam operasi bisnis syariah. Ini membantu orang lebih memahami bagaimana prinsip bisnis Islam selaras satu sama lain.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the differences in abnormal returns and trading volume activity before and after the announcement of the Muhammadiyah Central Leadership (PP Muhammadiyah) memo regarding the consolidation of member funds, which are not to be concentrated in Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The research method used is an event study method with a paired sample t-test to assess the significance of differences between the periods before and after the announcement. The data utilized include abnormal returns and trading volume activity for 10 days before and after the event. The results of this study indicate no significant difference in abnormal returns before and after the announcement. This suggests that the PP Muhammadiyah memo did not affect stock returns, as shareholders still trust the credibility of BSI's management, disregarding external influences. However, in terms of trading volume activity, there is a significant difference between the periods before and after the announcement. This is due to a decline in trading volume after the announcement, as shareholders observe the situation of BSI stock trading before deciding to buy or sell shares.
